I do not really know where to begin. However, I met Dr. Williams 2 years ago when my daughter had the gastric sleeve done by another doctor with a totally different group. She was in really bad shape and he fixed her. I knew then that he was the one! From day one of my visit to the Alpharetta office my experience has been AMAZING!! Everyone from the office to the surgery center provided outstanding Customer service, caring, compassionate, empathetic to everything, they listen, and will answer all your questions! Dr. Williams you are an amazing doctor and person!! Your so compassionate about your patients and you really care! Your bedside manner is superb! I got dehydrated and he came over to the ER to make sure everything was okay and took really great care of me. I had my surgery September 7, 2021 I was 229.4 and currently today 3 weeks post op I’m 210!! I feel amazing!!! Thank you so much for all your support and treating me like family. I will post pictures soon! I can jot wait until my 6 month check up!! I love you Dr. Williams 😘

Upon my arrival to LESI, I didnt know what to expect. As I walked through the doors I was greeted with the warmest smiles and felt right at home. Dr.Curtis/Dr.Williams were also amazing and my procedure was done without any complications. I just love this office.

I was not able to see Dr.Williams as a self pay patient that I waited 3 weeks to be seen as someone suffering from long covid. As a self pay patient, please don’t leave your debit card at card or change purses. The lady Priscilla asked if I couldcall someone at home. I explained to her I was single and I couldn’t call anyone but would pay when got home.It is disheartening as a patient with long covid who was turned away when was going to pay the same day.Priscilla would not even allow me to speak with the doctor.

Dr Williams is a wonderful surgeon. Im so very grateful for all the time, hard work, and effort he made in order to become a physician and help save lives. I had a ruptured appendix and peritonitis and he took excellent care of me. Just prior to my surgery, I had multiple nurses tell me that he is the surgeon they would pick for their loved ones and that he is awesome. I agree completely. He personally checked on me every day I was in the hospital even on the weekend. For the follow up, I had no wait time. Please keep in mind the nature of his job, emergency surgeries become priority and could affect wait times which would not be his fault.Thank you, Dr Williams. I appreciate you and will keep you and your family in my prayers. I am extremely grateful that you helped save my life.

Originally I was going to have my surgery in Miami. They wouldn’t take my insurance and I was turned off on the fact that the doctor was Very greedy. So I just told my insurance I was open to have surgery out of state or at another facility in Florida. I had the VSG surgery 3/10/2020. Dr Michael Williams was my surgeon. Traveled from Miami to Atlanta 3/8. And let me tell you, I’m soo happy he was my surgeon. Very caring, down to earth. His staff was A1👍🏼. Highly recommended. I’m so excited to see my results. If youre thinking about getting a Bariatric surgery done, I certainly recommend Dr. Williams and Dr. Curtis. They are very knowledgeable and will guide you through your journey.I opted to get the sleeve done. My insurance required that I have a 6 month diet plan prior so I went to see Dr. Williams and Dr. Curtis every month to complete this.The ladies in the office are also ALL fantastic. They answer any questions you have and make you feel comfortable. I loved getting to see them monthly. They got to know me and my baby (she had to tag along for a lot of the visits) and have made this process an easy one. Rose, who handles the insurance and scheduling of the surgery has also been absolutely wonderful. She helped me to make sure that I could have surgery when my family would be in town.Before going anywhere else, make a visit. You certainly will not regret it! It could be the best decision youve ever made. It was for me.

Dr. Williams is by far the best Bariatric surgeon in Georgia. He, and his staff, are very friendly, helpful, caring, and patient. I have recommended this doctor to so many people, and encourage people who struggle with weight loss, to consult with him. I had the Gastric Sleeve on September 11, 2014, and to date, I have lost 125 pounds. I consider this a miracle surgery, because it has changed my life. In the beginning, it was an adjustment, but it was well worth it. If I could be their spokesperson, I would! My mother had the same surgery by Dr. Williams, 9 months after me, and is doing well!! Thank you Dr. Williams!!!

Dr. Williams and his staff are the best. They are so AWESOME I went in and was nervous he made me feel at ease. Ms. Jackie is great as well and I know I drove her crazy lol but she remained calm dealing with me. The day I went to the hospital I was so nervous but he made me feel comfortable. That afternoon I was in so so so so much pain that I couldnt even walk. Dr. Williams approved that I stay over night and that was best thing for me.The next month or so I had this pain that I caused myself and Dr. Williams and Dana had a lot of patience with me. I know that I probably drove them crazy :-) but they both helped me each time I called or went to appointments. I will recommend Dr. Williams to everyone in the world he is the BEST. Please if you are looking for a caring and knowledge doctor and staff he is the one. Thank you guys so much.

I came to Dr. Williams after my bariatric surgeon retired. I have no problems with him as a surgeon. Hes great and wonderful. However expect to wait 1.5-2 hours for a simple fill. This is my only complaint. My time is just as valuable and I wished they would schedule more appropriately instead of trying to overfill the waiting room. This is a huge pet peeve. I understand a 30 minute wait, but an hour or more wait is unacceptable!!!!! As I write this, Ive been waiting and hour and 45 minutes to be seen.

Dr. Williams is a very skilled surgeon. While I was at Northside Cherokee many nurses discussed he would be the one to do their surgery. I had a gastric sleeve. Don’t expect a fabulous bedside manner, he is not talkative. But he is more than willing to answer your questions without seeming rushed. I am five daysPost surgery and have really had no complications Related to the surgery. I was surprised though that neither of the hospital nor the doctors office have called to see how I am.

Dr Michael Williams and his staff is absolutely amazing! I recently had my surgery and leading up to no matter how many times I called and spoke with Jackie she was wonderful and helpful. Surgery was a success. No complications and surprisingly no pain around my incisions. I absolutely recommend this practice!

Dr. Williams is awesome! The first visit there was a long wait time in the waiting room but after that the wait time has been great. I would recommend the reshape balloon procedure to everyone!

Dr Williams is very pleasant, but his office staff? AWFUL. Got my name wrong (repeatedly), surgery type wrong (is there information correct? secure?)& my gender (????) wrong. The office manager called once, said she would call me back in 30 minutes...That was 3 months ago (& counting). Unprofessional. Money machine. Please fix the problem Dr Williams.

Dr. Williams did my sleeve in 2015.....that was the best thing that I couldve ever done 4 myself & hes the BEST surgeon ever & great staff.....I have no Complaints!

Dr. Williams is very thorough. The staff is great. After surgery they stayed in contact and made sure things were going well.

I cant say enough great things! First impressions are big to me so Im going to compliment all the staff off the bat. From the initial phone call to the consultation to the nurses to Dr. Williams. Everyone has been so loving and kind and over the top helpful. ♡ I had Lapband surgery exactly a year ago and I feel great. Im getting healthier by the day. If I have any concerns or questions they get back to me right away and ive never had to wait long to be seen. I feel like Im visiting friends when I walk in and I wish all medical offices were this way. Ive told everyone about the staff and Dr. Williams. Keep up the great work guys! -Denise 😊
