My procedure went great and I had no issues. There are other people complaining about billing but I didnt have a problem - they gave me a pre-procedure estimate that was too high, I emailed them back and let them know my insurance should cover it since I have coverage for this procedure given the context of my health, and they fixed it immediately, was never an issue.

This is a nice facility but good luck trying to contact them on insurance and billing issues. Ive been trying to settle a bill with them for over three months and they will not call me back, respond to messages or assist me. They are threatening collection action but wont speak to me about the bill!

The Dr. and nurses were all great. I would give them 5 stars. I will give their treasure zero stars. I had a co-payment of $51.10 and they charged my credit card $551.00. I have been trying for two months to have this charge reversed and they have not corrected it yet. I have been back and forth with their treasure who stated over and over she had corrected for the first month. Then by the second month she refunded my money to my FSA card that I did not use to make the payment on. Now I have a credit on my FSA with no matching service bill. She will not give me a contact number for her, I have been trying to resolve this issue through email. I can only speak to the billing gentleman and he take messages for her. This is a very poor service.

I recently had a colonoscopy and upper endoscopy (EGD) at this facility. The staff was first rate...professional, efficient and friendly. I would question the sanity of anyone who said they had an enjoyable time having these types of procedures, but the medical providers, from the nurses to the anesthesiologists to the doctor (Salzburg in my case) made it as good as it was going to get. I understand the billing issue a prior reviewer had and know that must have been frustrating for her, but from that standpoint they were straightforward and got mine right, for what its worth.

Georgia Endoscopy Center coded my bill incorrectly stating that my colonoscopy was not routine (even though I have family history of colon cancer and my doctor coded their portion of the bill correctly) resulting in a $600 co-pay for the facility. I have been trying for 2 months to get them to correct this billing error and am having no luck getting the endoscopy center or their billing service to return my calls fix the problem. I have received two overdue bills from them and just keep getting the run-around. They are are impossible to get a hold of on the phone as well! Next, Im sure my bill will be turned over to collections. The same exact thing happened when I had a colonoscopy 5 years ago at the Georgia Endoscopy Center. I thought it was an isolated incident before and foolishly chose to use them again. I will not repeat that mistake - do not use this facility unless you want to deal with billing headaches.
