Dr. Parikh is wonderful! The doctors and staff truly care about their patients. NP Tamara Fuller is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I highly recommend their practice!

I would not believe any of the five starts rating for this location, Especially any without a review. I recently was at another Ga clinic and was asked by the front desk to rate this Ga clinic 5 stars although I have not been here. I believe the service here is so bad that they must have their other locations give fake reviews in order to look good. I would be wary to trust any 5 star ratings from this location

I had to take my grandmother here and it was a horrible experience. This confused me as she has been to the dunwoody location before and she told me that it was the most pleasant experience. Unlike dunwoody, the people at this office we’re extremely rude. On top of that, the wait time was horrendous. When we were finally able to see the doctor she was extremely rude to us. She didn’t bother to listen to our concerns and then preceded to order all these tests that weren’t covered by our insurances but she reassured us they were. We are also getting calls for bills for things that weren’t even done. This entire experience was unpleasant and we will not be returning.

Im giving 5 Stars to Dr. Naresh Parikh and Dr. Asha Parikh. I have been a patient of both of them since I was 18 years old and now Im 42. They cared for 3 generations of my family. It makes me sad to read a lot of these reviews and the experiences of so many patients have had to endure. I can attest to have not been treated very nicely at all by some of this staff in the clinic(s) during some of the testing he has ordered in his clinic and yes there have been some billing issues. Dr. Parikh owns the whole Georgia Clinic and all of its locations. If there is ever a issue with a staff member or your bill please see him and make sure to bring your bill. He will take care of you, I promise. Ive been in the world of credentialing for 22 years. My number one priority of my job is patient safety. When I was a child I had gotten sick and Dr. Parkih saved my life and my grandmothers life too when she went in cardiac arrest. I will always be grateful for their service, care and compassion for their patients. Lindsay Bennett.

I did myself the biggest favor by not going to this clinic ever again. They charge you for services that are paid by your insurance. Like I fool I paid for physicals for years before switching to a different doctor. Much happier now. There was an Asian doctor here with a bias. She was manipulative and wish I knew better because I’m sure I would have had a lawsuit in my hands. Do yourself a favor, if you value your health don’t go here. They are vultures.

THIS IS THE WORST DOCTOR OFFICE I HAVE ATTENDED....THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK IS EXTREMELY RUDE. SHE DO NOT RETURN CALLS....IF YOU SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS EXPECT TO WAIT IN THE WAITING AREA FOR 20-30 MINUTES BEFORE BEING CALLED TO SEE THE DOCTOR. ONCE YOU GO BACK TO SEE THE DOCTOR YOU ARE THERE FOR 10 MINUTES BUT YOU STILL ARE PAYING A HIGH OFFICE VISIT. ONCE IN THE ROOM WITH THE DOCTOR THE WALLS ARE SO THIN YOU CAN HEAR THE CONVERSION WITH THE DOCTOR AND THE OTHER PATIENT IN THE ROOM NEXT DOOR. OH MY GOD...BILLING THEY DID NOT PUT IN A REFERRAL AND THE RUDE LADY UPFRONT SAID THE DOCTOR DID NOT TELL YOU TO PUT IN THE REFERRAL BUT SHE READ THE PATIENT CHARTS AND IT WAS WRITTEN THERE AND IT WAS NEVER SUBMITTED AND SHE REFUSED TO SUBMITTED WHEN I BOUGHT IT TO HER ATTEND. THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND HAVE THE NERVES TO OPEN ANOTHER OFFICE.

Shady billing I wanted a check up that is supposed to be covered by my insurance 100% They did blood work and all types of stuff that isn’t covered under preventative care now I have a bill in the mail. My last appointment is coming up and will never go back.

They are very nice and very thorough. I didnt give 5 stars because the wait time is ridiculous. Twice Ive waited for 45 in the waiting room.

I waited over an hour and this was after scheduling an appointment in advance. I ended up walking out. They need to tell people they are prioritizing walkins over appointments and that scheduling an appointment has no purpose.

I cannot emphasize strongly enough how frustrated Ive been working with these people and how rude and unapologetic they are. Dont waste your time and find a place that is well managed so youre not spending all of your time following up to ensure they do what they are supposed to do.

Probably one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a doctors office. The staff is OK, the doctor took 4 weeks to review blood work for a simple check up. The worst part about this experience has been with their billing department which of course is outsourced overseas. Three months after my visit, I have yet to be able to settle my billwhich has been paid and drafter from my account, however, they show no record of payment. I would stay away from them just for that reason. The staff is OK nothing out of this world, billing is awful a lot left to be desired.

They are AMAZING!!! I went in for my appointment at 4:30 and as soon as my paperwork was completed I was taken straight back. The doctor was very nice and listened mo my concerns and didnt put me down because of the problems I am having. She never gave off the vibe that she didnt believe me and she is doing testing to confirm what both she and myself think it is... She has most definitely found a new patient. I have a lot of mental illness and not once did she make me feel like I was trash for my illness like other doctors have. My one request is that she would have staff that spoke English a little better. But that is something I can get over to be a patient!!! I definitely suggest you trying her

This is one of the worst hospitals I have ever been to. The front office lady is extremely rude, and one of the worst people I have ever met. She doesn’t listen to what you’re saying and she demands details instead of requesting your information. On the phone, she doesn’t listen to you and ignores everything you say and hangs up when you’re still talking. Waiting time is over an hour even though I made aun appointment and the doctor doesn’t even come to talk to you, only a physician assistant helps. They also follow no privacy, they don’t close the door while consulting a patient, and the front desk lady speaks to you in front of everyone about your health problems so they don’t follow HIPAA. I don’t know why I paid to come here. I am never coming back here.

Omg! People have to wait at a dr office. That must be terrible. I feel so bad for you. A whole half hour too. You must have been wasting away you precious snowflakes.My experiences here have been solid. They did what I asked and helped me get better when I needed.

CONVENIENT CLINIC, GREAT PHYSICIANThis clinic is at the intersection of State Bridge Rd and Kimball Bridge Rd, (next to a service station). Dr. Ashmita Joshi heads the clinic and she is a wonderful doctor. She was my primary care physician for a while and I just appreciated her bedside manner. She was very thorough in her exams and always asked questions and made sure that all of my concerns were addressed.It was fairly easy to get a quick appointment for sudden illness or injury, which was nice. I no longer visit this clinic because I really appreciate the convenience of having all required tests and procedures performed on site so that I dont have to travel to other locations. For certain tests, you will need be referred out to their larger facility in Norcross.Finally, her staff was very nice and professional.She is now the primary physician for my daughter who really likes her as well.

I am giving all 5 stars to Dr. Asha Parikh! Medical staff come & go, and that has nothing to do with the care of the Doctor. I have been to both of her locations, primarly the corprate square office. She has been my doctor for 23 years, and she alway on point with my medical problems, and she always solves them. I have been to other doctors, and once I was in an emergency room where they over diagnosed me, and I didnt feel comfortable, so I left, and called Dr. Parikh, and I was right! It was something simple, and she took care of it, and I never had that problem again! Anytime I am sick, she helps me fix, or manage the problem! Dr. Parikh really cares about her patients! I appreciate her so very much!!!!!!!!!!

Very shady billing in my experience. Appointments were made without my knowledge and I found out when looking at my file online. I cancelled it to avoid a no show charge. Medical records are not updated timely.
