Great experience! From beginning to end. Both of the ladies at the front desk were very kind and understanding of me being a nervous wreak. During the exam Dr. Johnson was very gentle and explained everything. Unfortunately I did need the root canal but Dr. Johnson and the assistant worked really well and quickly together. It was painless and did not take long at all. The only thing I regret is waiting so long to have my tooth looked at.

I had to get a root canal and was not excited about it one bit. I was recommended to Dr. Johnson and it was the best experience!! He and Kayla did the procedure for me and it was so fast, I was in and out of the procedure in 30 minutes. They numbed me so I couldn’t feel a thing, and I just sat back and watched HGTV. I 100% recommend Dr. Cliff and his team if you need any kind of dental work. 10/10!

After reading these reviews I didnt want to go to this place, but I kind of had no choice. I was prepared to wait for a long time, as long as he saves my tooth. But my experience here was as pleasant as it could be with a root canal.The staff is nice and friendly.The doctor seems to be very knowledgeable. I had a complicated tooth with a small crack and tooth resorption. This doctor was able to save it! He explained me what he was doing and how to deal with infection and pain after the procedure.The procedure didnt hurt a bit and the most painful thing was the needle injection for anesthesia.

Not sure why this Dr would get a bad review!You can be upset about price or insurance coverage, but that would not be the Dr’s fault!If you want a quick and painless experience, I highly recommend Dr Johnson for a root Canal procedure!From a clinical perspective, Dr Johnson was knowledgeable, calming, and extremely talented!

Had the best experience here. I was out of the chair without any pain in about an hour. Friendly staff. Clear in regards to insurance coverage and out of pocket expenses.Dr. Johnson took the time to talk me through the root canal and great bedside manner. 5 Star rating!

I was referred to Dr. Johnson by another dentist. The receptionist had reassured me that insurance would cover the evaluation, but please note, this is a PAY FIRST BEFORE WE CARE ABOUT YOUR TREATMENT if you are out of network. However, again, I was reassured that I would be covered after providing my information. This was stated before I came in. On the day of the appointment I enter into what was decorated around 1987 and looked everyday of it. Now, Im not suggesting that shiny marble and Persian rugs are necessary, but there is very limited seating and I ended up sandwiched between two others on a stained living room couch made more for two instead of three. Ok, well, I was hoping it would be worth the wait. Of course the doctor is behind and I am called back to a room that looks every bit as ancient as the reception area. I tried to engage the technician in small talk, but she was very young and shy and greatly inexperienced at answering very general, basic questions about the facility. She also shoved the film for the X-ray into my mouth hurting me. One thing she did know, and asked me several times about considering was the obnoxious charge of around $100 just for nitrous oxide or more commonly known as laughing gas for anxiety. Ok, this stuff should be included with service or boast a nominal charge at best. That is truly taking advantage of scared patients and is an outrage. Insurance does not cover this as well. Its more money for the doctor. Incredible. Its like buying a soda and having a charge for the cup. The doctor finally came in and seemed cordial, but deeply reminded me of a salesman doing an infomercial. Dr. Johnson has the you will agree with me tone and smile down pat. He advised me that he did not want to perform a root canal because the tooth was cracked and couldnt be saved. He stated I needed an extraction and either a bridge or an implant. I got yet another referral to an oral surgeon. Im starting to wonder where the benefit is in recommending each other rather than letting the patient educate themselves and make a wise decision. I didnt ask for this referral. I got up, PAID!! Give them money! and left. I was notified by my insurance company a few weeks later that they were absolutely not paying, thank you, now Im out well over $100 for a wasted trip as I was told by a SECOND DOCTOR, THE ROOT CANAL SHOULD HAVE BEEN PERFORMED AS THE CRACK DOESNT EXTEND TO THE GUM LINE. Wow. Glad I didnt have it pulled! Wont be back, threw away the referral and am rethinking the dentist that greatly encouraged me on many occasions to patronize this establishment.

My dentist declared, “You need a root canal”. My heart began to pound! I phoned Dr. Johnson’s office and was sweetly greeted by Gloria. Thankfully, my anxiousness and fear of the unknown was soon put to rest. Gloria was able to schedule my appointment the same day. Upon arrival, the staff was friendly and beyond professional! The entire office welcomed me and made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr. Johnson is exceptionally skilled and compassionate. The procedure was painless and took less than an hour. I experienced no discomfort or swelling, and I was right back to work the next morning. My expectations were far exceeded by Dr. Johnson and his team. I highly recommend his care. I just got root canal and im very disappointed. It took Dr Cliff Johnson 1 hour and a half for a root canal? We all know that root canal is done for 30/40 maximum . He was working on 2 other people, so he numbed the area, went working on other patient and left me there like almost 30 minutes. He came back did the roof canal in less than 5 minutes, put the medicine on my tooth and left me for whole 20 minutes. Its ridiculous, how he is working on 3/4 clients the same time... I ll never go back, its very expensive, very dirty office ,full of dust, and they are over booking with patients .

I wish i can give zero star this review is not the reel one ;this office is full of thief they cheat on you and make you pay more more money after the treatment .very small place and not clean .they told me i was gonna pay 247$ out of pocket and the insurance was going to cover the rest ;after the treatment they told me that THE amount I PAID was just an estimate amount that i have to pay 300$ more .I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY ,NOT CLEAN AND NOT HONEST STUFF ,They DO NOT KNOW THEIR JOB .

Dr Cliff was the BEST!!! Staff was awesome ... Wont go anywhere else for Endo ever!!!
