The office staff is amazing and professional. Dr. Roy is also amazing. We found this office when we moved to GA. Our first pediatrician was not right for us and then we came across Pediatric physicians. We are very thankful for them. We have been going to them for the past 6 years or so.

It’s very rare to find a practice that has the FULL package. The best doctors and nurses aligned with an amazing office administration. Not only do you get great care, but it’s also one of the most efficient offices I have experienced. I always can get a convenient sick appointment, someone is available on call to answer questions, very minimal wait time, sweet nurses and doctors that take time to talk to you and not rush you away, and a very organized back office. Well done to this team! I recommend this group to my mom friends every chance I get and I always get a thank you from them for doing so!!

This practice is the BEST! All doctors are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I adore Dr. Michelle. There is one young lady at the counter/phone who can sometimes be a bit snarky but I don’t let her steal my joy! The others make up for her deficiencies.

We have loved having Dr Roy as our pediatrician! He always takes the time to answer our questions thoroughly and is very responsive any time we’ve had to reach out after hours. As first time parents, we have really appreciated the level of education, support, and care we have received for our son.

My little one has been a patient here since birth. We love all the doctors here. Everyone is wonderful, attentive, and the doctors remember my little one. Well taken care of every time.

We’ve been a patient at Pediatric Physicians PC for over 12 years. This is an amazing practice with doctors who truly care about our kids and always take time to address any concerns. We have always had a positive experience here. They go above and beyond and also are wonderful in dealing with our kids. They found celiac at a young age in our daughter and since then she hasn’t had pneumonia, hives or asthma. They also diagnosed our son with it, and both kids are thriving now. Love this practice!

We see Dr. Roy at Pediatric Physicians. He and his staff are professional, attentive, helpful, competent. We started as new patients from out of town and they made it easy to transition and we had no interruption in care. Dr. Roy has provided excellent medical care and is knowledgable about so many aspects of care. He has provided great referrals to specialists when needed. The office is very helpful with school forms as well.

We absolutely adore them all! Both of our children love them. Theyre always able to accommodate us, even with same day appointments. My son has been going here since he was 2 years old and first diagnosed with autism. Both Dr. Stebbins and Dr. Fedack are amazing, and patient Doctors. I could not ask for better care. To be honest even at sick visits when my sons doctor wasnt available Dr. Kelly was just as amazing. Honestly one of the best Practices in the area. Never left this establishment disappointed.

I think this is a great pediatricians office. They are quick and friendly, and have fun murals on the walls to look at. Dr. Reann was very good at answering my questions and giving recommendations.

I tried to schedule a new patient appointment. They are currently accepting new patients with insurance but not for self pay because they “have reasons”. Being self pay is a choice. I’m not spending $800 a month for a 5 year old who doesn’t spend $800 a year in visits out of pocket. Thank you for your idiocy so I can go somewhere else where people make sense.

Deciding on a pediatrician is probably one of the most common sources of anxiety for parents - that said, you can be sure that Pediatric Physicians will take excellent care of your kiddo! Both of my children have been exclusively seen by the friendly and ultra competent staff at the Windward Office (Alderman Drive). They are wonderfully flexible with the routine visits, as well as, finding a way to see you for the unexpected sick visits. We always have a pleasant experience and recommend them to anyone who asks us where we take our kids for pediatric care.

Our family has been seeing Pediatric Physicians for four years now. Due to moving, we’ve experienced many pediatric offices, and this one is by far the best! Every doctor we’ve seen has been extremely attentive, thorough and kind - excellent care. You can always get same-day appointments, and I love the separate waiting rooms for well and sick patients.

First time visit - moved from out of state and needed a last minute appointment to establish new patients for my two boys in order to get them enrolled with school. I was impressed with the service and absolutely love our new pediatrician, Dr. Rhoda. Best staff hands down.

I know that he didnt get to read through my childs medical history but from the brief time he spent through the files, he was able to grasp immediately the nature of my kids health issues. We love this practice! all the docs are friendly and love the kiddos. our appointments never feel rushed, all questions get asked and answered, and we never have to wait long to see the docs. super easy to book sick appointments and theres always something available.

Really enjoyed meeting with Dr Maryann. The nurses were lovely and they were all very good to my two boys. I also like that there is a sick waiting room separate from a week waiting room. More peace of mind that my kids wont get sick visiting the doctor.

First visit was great. We are new residents and needed GA state forms for school. They are organized and punctual. We got in and out very quickly. I like that there are two entrances/waiting areas - one for those with illnesses and one for those that are healthy.

I’ve never experienced more loving and caring people in my life. From the person who makes my appointment to the person who checks us out I truly feel they care about my children, their health and always do what is in our families best interest. Truly the most loving kind people I’ve ever met and I am blessed they care and love for my children as much as I do.

Friendly staff and great doctors. Have been going to Dr. Fedack since our boys were newborns, and we have always been thoroughly impressed with her professionalism and bedside manner. She truly cares about her patients and always make herself available for any questions that we have.

I give 5 star because on the day of my visit I was well pleased. The service granted was exceptional. Everything was handle in a timely fashion. The nurses were friendly, patient, and organized. Most of all they showed empathy and communicated well.

Both kids had their well visits with Dr. Rhona. She is AMAZING! She was so thorough and thoughtful. She talked directly to them about the decisions they are making, and could make, to take control of their health. We love this practice and have referred multiple people there over the years. I feel so fortunate to call this practice our pediatrician of record. I am also loving the adoption of technology and how it makes communication so much better.

We go to Dr. Michelle Kelly for both our boys ages 2 months and almost 3. She is excellent. Her diagnoses is always correct and you can tell she truly cares about our family with her quick responses to our portal messages and inquiries. We love Dr. Michelle! Wouldn’t take our kids to anyone else.

My shy 2 year old has never been too fond of the doctor’s office but this office is very welcoming with all the wall paintings and the nurses are so nice, my daughter was finally comfortable with the idea of going to the doctor’s.We went for a check-up visit as new patients and were in and out. We used the patient portal, we didn’t waste our time filling out forms.The location is good, away from all the traffic and easy to get there, plenty of parking outside.Dr. Reanne is awesome, she only brings up relevant concerns (if any) and is very gentle and sweet to kids.

Both my kids having been going to Pediatric Physicians for the past 7 years. They have awesome doctors who take time to get to know their patients and parents. The nurses do an excellent job too. Its very easy to get a same day sick visit, which is so convenient for me as a parent. We love Dr. Stebbins, Dr. Michelle, Dr. Roy and Dr. Maryanne. Entire staff is very friendly. Dr. Rhona is patient and nice person. She is very professional and does a good job. Spent a lot of time with me and answered all my questions regarding my son. Her staffs are very nice and friendly.

The waiting time wasn’t too long at all. The nurse was very patient with my uncooperative daughter. The doctor that saw us gave a very accurate diagnosis and treatments started right away. She was very warm, friendly, and I felt like she really cared about my kids well being.

We are new to the area and recently became established with a pediatrician here. The doctor was extremely helpful and my kids warmed up to her very quickly. She also provided me with great information on their practice, area hospitals and after-hours care options. The nurses and staff were also very friendly and helpful in working with me to set up appointments, complete forms, taking the kids’ vitals, administering vaccines, etc. We have been to numerous doctors and thus far I am comparatively very pleased with our experience here. Dr Roy is an amazing doctor. He has been both myKiddos pediatrician since birth and will be as long as he can. He’s always accessible, answers my questions, engages with my children and I leave every time feeling like they’re in the best hands possible. The professionals at PEDIATRIC Physician PC are friendly, helpful and courteous. We had taken the first appointment of the morning and didn’t have any wait time. Our doctor talked in layman terms that my teenager could understand. That was helpful.

The staff was very welcoming and warm and made my children and i feel very comfortable. They helped my children especially my younger son feel at ease about his shots and they helped with any info i needed for their schooling.

This practice is awesome. Weve been going here for 13 years. Dr. Roy specifically has helped us navigate through some tough and unique medical conditions. He is an avid researcher and stays on top of the latest findings, which has not helped us just once, but twice. All of the staff are courteous, kind, and efficient.

Dr. Roy Benaroch has been my pediatrician for 18 years now. He is the best of the best in his field. Not only that, the rest of the staff are all amazing at their jobs. Definitely the best place to shake your child if you live in the Metro Atlanta Area.

They do not keep data entry/records of vaccines updated. My daughters were completely updated with vaccines and one of the staff members was getting on to us about not having vaccines updated even though they were the ones responsible to do the data entry to know that they are kept up to date.

My son is sixteen years old and has been a patient since birth. Pediatric Physicians has been awesome every time we go; the docs, nurses, and staff are STELLAR. Recommend highly.

I’m not a big “review” person but I want my fellow moms to hear a real mom review. We have a 3 year old and a 6 month old. We followed Dr.Reanne Stephansson from her old practice to Pediatric Physicians. This practice/office is absolutely amazing. They put the kids first, and are so helpful in so many ways. My 3 year old is potty training - so of course we have to stop everything and go when it’s time. The nurse held my baby, while we did the potty thing... and then gave my 3 year old a sticker for having a successful potty trip!!We’ve been to the office 3 times in the last 10 days (2 sick visits and 1 normal check up). Literally I’ve picked up my baby from daycare- one day he had a fever and the other day a horrible cough. I called their office at 4pm or later and they told me to come straight to the office. They’ve never tried to pass me off to urgent care or an after hours practice. They also have an online portal where they upload all the notes from each visit - and other tech things to make checking-in/refills/doc questions super easy for busy moms.Also- We never have to wait long for the doctor or to be called back. The receptionist actually greets us and doesn’t treat us like we are ever a bother (2 kids/tired mom, etc). Their office is a tad dated but I think they have a remodel planned soon.There you have it. Real mom- real review. I’m sure there are a lot of details I’m leaving out, but just wanted to pass along our super positive experience.

We have always loved the care and attention we receive at Pediatric Physicians. But most recently, Dr. MaryAnn was so thorough, following up with me, reaching out to a specialist to make a referral, and personally calling various pharmacies to find one that carried a prescription we needed. We have been coming to this facility for 4 years in a row. We love Dr. Jina Brown. She is fantastic.Last week our daughter was sick (flu like symptoms) so we took her to see Dr. Michelle. Dr. totally missed to diagnose her flu and said she is allergic to pollen. Really without doing any tests??And here we are dealing with aftermaths of flu at home. Another child is sick with flu and so dad is sick with flu. Wish sick visit was taken more seriously and diagnosis was done properly.

Yuliet and the office staff were so welcoming and helpful. Mondays are a busy time but Dr. Michelle took her time and made us feel heard. We love this practice!!!

My kids went to Pediatric Physicians for 14 years. We left because of Dr. Roy, who is a doctor and part owner here. He is judgemental, sarcastic, condescending and cusses people out that dont agree with him. Very unbecoming of a medical doctor AND owner.

Weve been bringing our son to Pediatric Physicians since he was one month old. He turned sixteen years yesterday. Everyone there were gracious, professional, and accomodating. We didnt have to wait long at all. They treated me and my son with dignity, respect, and professionalism. This was the first time we saw Dr. Jina, and she was AWESOME!
