Dr Ye is very kind and thorough, front desk lady is very nice too. My whole family appreciates their practice very much!!!

Dr. Ye is a great gastroenterologist. I’m glad I found him who was able to treat my severe gastritis with bile reflux really efficiently. I was losing hope because booking an appointment with a local GI would take weeks so I made an appointment with him and drove to Atlanta. I was able to get treated right away and the medication has been working well. My gastritis is chronic and I’ve had it for many years so it’ll take a while for me to completely recover, but I’m seeing the improvement! Thank you Dr. Ye!!!

Do not see this doctor unless you want your credit ruined with genuinely arbritary bills.

I cannot tell you what a wonderful doctor 😷 Dr Jeff Ye is. He diagnosed me and with the help of his staff had the medication approved by my insurance company within a week. . His staff is the most efficient that Ive ever encountered. It doesnt take a long time to get an appointment. Sometimes the same day. Im making him my family doctor . Dr. Ye is one of the best doctors Ive ever had. Tracy and Cynthia are wonderful and made me feel comfortable. I perfect doctor, perfect staff!

Dr. Ye is very knowledgeable and enjoyable. Takes his time with me and my family. Its rare to find a good Dr. that actually takes his time and answers your questions. He doesnt rush you out the door. Weve been going to him for several years now, and will continue to.Would definitely recommend.

Dr. Ye is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to gastrointestinal treatments. He wastes little time on small talks, and was able to identify my core stomach issues in a very efficient and precise manner. He also made wonderful recommendations on remedies. Now that my stomach troubles are solved, I hope I wont have to see Dr. Ye for a while, but I definitely know who I will see if my stomach ever becomes an issue again.

This is literally the worst office ever. I tried to confirm an appointment with the office manager and she began to assess my condition on the phone telling me I was a level 4 so I would have to pay the highest copay now when I asked for an explanation she told me that they would no longer like to have me as a patient and refused me care. Seriously ANYWHERE else is better I heard such amazing things about this doctor but with staff like that it really does not matter

I have a complicated situation, which other doctors could not find the right meds for me. Dr. Ye is very knowledgeable, found a medication that can help me . The nurse is very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Ye shows no interest in helping. I went in hoping get answers for my condition, and 10 minutes later walked out with no new information and $70 bill. On a second occasion, I requested to get my blood done to test if i have h pylori or anything related. He deines to provide the service or write a prescription for the lab to do the blood work (which more accurate and cost saving) and wants me to do a breathe test that cost over $400. Highly would not recommend. There alot of great GI doctors in Johns Creek. Keep searching.

Dr. Ye was nice, but I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with this practice. I went in for treatment for a possible stomach ulcer and he recommended that I come back in a couple of days for either a breath test or endoscopy--they advised up front that the cost would be $395 for the endoscopy and $99 for the breath test. I called my insurance provider,BCBS and they advised that I would not have to pay because I have a spending account that would cover the cost. I go in for the endoscopy and I received nothing but attitude and trouble from the billing specialist, Cynthia. She would not budge and explained that their policy was to pay up front. Im sorry, but I pay for insurance for a reason...Then to try to make my experience better (last minute), Dr. Ye comes in and writes me a prescription!! He shouldve done that the first time! So ultimately, youre charging my insurance for 2 visits when all this could have been resolved in one! Needless to say, I will NOT EVER return here!

1. They dont mail any exam reports to you, they always ask you go to their office and pay the office visit fee, then give you the report, which is unacceptable.2. The doctor is unconfident on his findings or suggestions.I will avoid going again.

Dr. Ye is the most caring family doctor we have ever met, thoughtful, patient, meticulous and professional. Not only provide very professional services and opinions, but also can often consider and suggest different testing and treatment options from the perspective of the patient. Inquiry and auscultation are very attentive, friendly and cheerful, and able to respond to patients telephone consultations immediately, which is reassuring for us to solve problems.
