One of those rare occasions when front and back office match in quality! Dr. Taylors front office is great. I hadnt been in the office in a while and the receptionist remembered me. His medical assistant was kind and returned my call promptly. Dr. Taylor is outstanding. Kind, funny, knowledgeable considerate to cost and your time. I highly recommend this practice as a whole. You wont find a lot of practices that have equal staff front and back with an expert physician.

I became unhappy with my former dermatologist because she was not Mohs trained, and I had had several skin cancers. I saw Dr. Brent Taylor’s advertisement in the Johns Creek Herald, stating that he was Mohs trained. An added benefit was his office location near my home. I have had several appointments with Dr. Taylor over the past year and every experience has been totally positive. He is quick to spot problems and offer his opinion and treatment options. He has a very professional staff and a beautiful office.

I was a patient of Dr. Taylors a few years ago when he removed a mole from my neck. It was a good experience. Monday, 7/26 I went in to see his PA, Catherine. I have a very bad rash on my face that has lasted for about 5 weeks. Catherine said it was an allergy and told me to take Claritin in the morning, and Zyrtec at night. I did this routine for 2 days and the rash was worse than ever. I called the office on Wednesday, 7/28 at 7:00 AM and told Morgan what was going on with me, and that my rash was worse. I asked if she could get Catherines nurse to call me. She said she would. By 10:00 no one had called, so I again called the office. Again Morgan (who seemed very sympathetic) said she would again give the was nurse the message. No one ever called me back and here is is Thursday 7:30 PM. I just wanted to let them know that the rash is worse, and to see if there was any other treatment that they would recommend. I did go to another doctor today when it seemed clear to me that Dr. Taylors office was not going to call. I was diagnosed with Perioral Dermatitis, and prescribed an antibiotic and an antibiotic gel. I am glad to get a diagnosis and the correct treatment. I am disappointed with Dr. Taylors office for the lack of communication, and it seems a lack of caring, since no one reached out to me.

From the moment you enter Dr Taylors office you are treated with the utmost care, respect and professionalism. Very personable staff and sharp facility. I have been a patient of Dr Taylor through several procedures and give my very highest praise for his exceptional doctor/patient manner; attentive and thoroughness to understand what you are experiencing and his fine tuned skills for procedures from surgery to general healthy well-being of the skin. Hes trustworthy to help patients get and stay healthy.

I have been going to Dr. Taylor for 3 years. He has removed a basil cell on my nose and even though I had multiple stitches no-one can tell. I have had my veins done and also some cosmetic work. I am 76 now and continue to go to this practice. Dr. Taylor is kind, compassionate and listens to everything you say. The nurses and office staff are amazing especially Cindy at the front desk. I love Premier Dermatology.

Was not happy with my experience. I scheduled microneedling there and the receptionist said you have the option to numb your face or if you chose not too you do not have too. My appt was at 4 went there at sharp 4, the nurse said numbing is required and we do not have enough time to do the procedure and that they scheduled me for a regular visit. When I called them 2 times to double check and see if I need to do anything prior to my visit. Changed my work schedule around to make it to the appointment only to walk out without even seeing the doctor.

Dr. Brent Taylor and staff were professional, helpful and efficient. He explained everything thoroughly, patiently and kindly answered my questions. I had Mohs surgery for a Basil cell carcinoma, just under my eye, and Dr Taylor had to go cut into the area twice. Stitched me up with 5 stitches. Followed directions. 7days later stitches out and it’s healing wonderfully. It’s a little red where the skin was cut and getting better every day. I am so impressed with how good it looks 8 days after surgery. I am anticipating very little to none obvious scarring. Thank you for taking great care of me. I hope I don’t have anymore skin issues to have surgery on, however if I do I will most certainly go to Dr Taylor again. Ps I liked the staff and atmosphere, I asked if they needed any staff help as I thought they are a great crew. :)

I recently had Mohs surgery at this office and have nothing but great things to say. Whether it was those working at the front desk to assist with scheduling and the transition of medical records, the MA assisting with the surgery, Dr. Taylor who performed the procedure to the various staff members who checked in, the visit from start to finish was impressive. They have a comfortable waiting room for those having the surgery which was equipped with leather recliners, Netflix, snacks, coffee and sodas. It was easy to follow-up with questions and they had someone check in the following day. I obviously highly recommend this practice.

This was my first visit to this doctor for Mohs surgery. The waiting room was nicely laid out. The staff was great. Dr. Taylor explained things and answered my questions. The only drawback for me was waiting. And waiting. Since this procedure carries a potentially long wait time already, I was very stressed out that the procedure didnt get started for more than an hour after I got there. It felt a bit disrespectful of my time and state of mind. I would go back. I just need to prepare myself for the perhaps overbooking that caused the wait.

The waiting area is full of light and wonderfully comfortable chairs. The front staff is warm and inviting, smiles can be seen thru their masks. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Taylor’s since he opened on Northpoint, over 4+ years I guess, and he is the most caring doctor I’ve ever experienced, I would love if he was a PCP!! His staff of nurses are extremely engaging and funny. I must also give kudos to the person behind him pulling his strings to keep him on schedule, never ever have I had to wait more then 10 mins if at all past my appointment time. I have the Irish skin and he’s treated me from pre-cancer topicals to blue light treatment(highly recommend) to Moh’s surgery. I am a retired physician with over 47 years of practice experience who was referred to Dr Taylor to evaluate and treat a painful tumor on my ear. When I called to make my appointment his office staff were very warm and caring. When I told them I was anxious to be seen as soon as possible, they said they would try to move my appointment up if they had any cancellations. True to their word, I was moved up twice and was seen in four days.I was able to complete all the required paperwork online which reduced my waiting time in the office.Dr Taylor and his staff were very thorough and knowledgeable performing all the needed treatments painlessly in the office. I can unreservedly recommend Dr Taylor to anyone needing treatment of dermatological pathologies or superficial vein varicosities.

Wonderful visit to see Dr. Taylor on Jan 5. I was ushered into my receiving room on time, he completed my checkup and did two minor procedures in about twenty minutes and I was on my way home in less than thirty minutes in total.

First time making an appointment here, and I was 30 minutes late since I got totally lost trying to find the place. I kind of lost my cool in the moment, but the hospitality of the people here made up my experience. Dr. Kathryn Filipek especially is very kind, understandable, and knowledgeable! I definitely do recommend this place.Google Maps and Apple Maps have it at 3180 North Point Pkwy #420, which misguides you in two places. If it takes you within Alpharetta High School, you must turn left to Webb Bridge and then left again to North Point Pkwy. At some point, youll do another left to enter the area, where youll see the #100 and #200 buildings. The GPS marks #420 here, which is wrong. Youll have to get past the #200 building until you see the trash bins, and get past that until you get a bit deeper into the parking lot. The #400 building is at the end, where Premier Dermatology sits at the second floor of said building.

Missed skin cancer. Concerned about cyst on my back. They told me it was benign but I opted to remove and test anyway. Lab confirmed it was basal cell carcinoma. Glad I didnt depend on their expertise.

Bad service, twice canceled the appointment with the doctor, and called for 1 day, if you dont want to just waste time, it is better to immediately contact others

Over the last 20 years I have used a number of dermatologists. Brent and his staff are the best!Front Desk personnel are great (friendly and efficient)! I had MOHS surgery on my right shoulder New Years Eve and I have had no pain, no issues. My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Taylor for over a year now. I had read about him in the Alpharetta Herald and was impressed with his credentials. We had been going to another practice but I decided to make the switch and had our records transferred to Dr. Taylors office. We are extremely happy with him and his nurses (especially Heather). Both of us have had procedures done by him and couldnt be happier with the outcomes. He even fixed a defect left on my husbands face by a previous dermatologist. It had bothered me more than him (probably because I looked at it every day) but Dr. Taylor did a wonderful job correcting it. Hes extremely competent, trustworthy, and has a great bedside manner. I cant say enough positive things about my experience with Premier Dermatology in Alpharetta with Dr. Taylor. His staff was honestly some of the most professional and kind people Ive interacted with at any doctors office.
