Seen Dr. Brown for mild recurring acne and after 2 months of medication and product routine my face has cleared up. She was very informative and addressed all my concerns. I havent had any breakouts in almost two months. Dr. Brown was kind and considerate, as was her team.

Dr. Ellner is the best. Telephoned this morning with some questions. Susan, who works at the appointment area answered my call. She was exceptionally knowledgeable, gracious, and couldnt have been nicer. I recommend this facility because of their excellence.

Dr. Brown is awesome. Very congenial, and really knows her stuff. I moved 2 hours away to the mountains a year ago, and I still drive back down to see her. I trust her implicitly.

I have to agree with the other patients Dr. Brown is unsensitive very rude and makes you feel like your issues are not real issues. I have never had a doctor make me feel the way she did. I have always had Dr. Fisher in the past and he was awesome.... I would actually give her no stars.

This was the absolute worst experience at a doctors office. I went to see Dr. Brown because of a skin condition that I have been suffering with for two years. Without letting me finish explaining everything I have already tried and things previous doctors have diagnosed me with she took a look and within five seconds says, oh, that is acne. No, it isnt. I have tried NUMEROUS acne medications on my skin and none work. I have been told by other doctors that what I have is not acne. She recommended we that we biopsy it so I agreed. She gave me a shot to numb and biopsies it ten seconds later without letting the numbing shot set in. She then says, If it comes back as folliculitis that is acne. And I said okay, I understand it is a FORM of acne but how can I treat it and why does it keep coming back? She said, There is no way to treat it. We can give you things to manage it but there is nothing that will get rid of it. Some people have Scoliosis and some people have skin problems, which would you rather have? I have to deal with the fact that Im 55. No one is perfect. LIKE WHAT? How insensitive can you be? Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Dr. Brown does not care about her patients or their problems. Having skin issues can alter your self confidence and you dont need her to make you feel even worse about yourself. I literally left crying.*2 weeks after my biopsy*I called today to find out what my results were because no one has called me. The receptionist let me know that they have had my biopsy results and didnt call me to let me know what they are... She said a nurse would be in touch with me. I have gone two weeks with no treatment waiting on my results, youd think they would be sensitive to that and try to resolve this as quickly as possible. Or at least a real doctor who cared about the wellbeing of their patients would.

Went in for a mole check and then removal. Dr. Brown was very kind and patient, and explained everything to me very well. The staff was very efficient and I was in and out in no time! Highly recommend.

First, let me start by saying this is the first review I have ever written about anyone ever. I am not that person, but this was necessary.I saw Dr. Tamu Brown back in February for the first time, and originally when I called, I was calling for an issue I was having on my arm that just wasn’t right. The receptionist made me schedule a body check up instead of a problem visit. Dr. Brown took one look at my arm and completely belittled me for feeling like something was wrong. She told me it was something menial and I just picked at it too much. Spent two seconds looking at it. Didn’t even listen to what I had to say about what was going on and prescribed me a lotion that ended up making it worse. In that visit, I had to get stitches that later needed removal, so when I went to get that done I brought it up again and she told me I wasn’t allowed to ask about that unless I scheduled another appointment and waited for the picked scabs to clear up. She had no time for a quick question. Fast forward to 6 months later and I went back in for another body check, and she walked in the room asking me if I had gotten a bunch of bug bites on my arms. I know she has a lot of patients and I’m not special , but She either didn’t notate or take the time to read my chart about my previous visit where SHE diagnosed me. After explaining what she told me it was, I asked AGAIN if there was anything else I could do for it because I kept having breakouts and she said “no there’s really nothing else we can do, just don’t pick at it.”The next week, I went to a different derm and they gave me an antibiotic and two different topicals because they believe it’s something completely different than what dr brown stated. They actually took the two minutes to listen to what I had to say about it, and they immediately said “oh yeah it’s not that. That wouldn’t feel like that.”She is the most unprofessional, condescending, and entitled doctor I have ever been to. 10/10 would not recommend.

I have visited Dr. Berman at the Roswell location, and I was very pleased with my treatment. My skin looked flawless! I went to see Dr. Brown, and she was curt, dismissive, and she is not attentive. Dr. Berman prescribed me a topical Melasma cream for my dark marks and it cleared right up! Dr. Brown prescribed me Retin-A (I’ve never used a retinoid), and now my skin looks like I have a rash! I refuse to go back to her.. She doesn’t pay attention to her patient’s needs..
