Dr. Anita Shetty gave me only 4 mins of her time in my first visit as a new patient !!! Went early to be taken on time, I was told I came early , but they still took me after 16. Min!! During these 4 mins she rushed through every question I asked. I tried to show her my concern areas on my skin her answer was that needs another appointment to my each question. She was only focused on scheduling new appointments and get me out as soon as she can. Total disappointment!!! I will never come here again!! She is not a caring doctor!

I would say the environment from the building to the lobby area to the offices were not of the quality one would expect in Alpharetta. It just did not exude professional or high quality. We went there for my teenage son but even my son did not have a positive impression. In all, it was a very underwhelming experience. We will go somewhere else next time.

I arrived almost at the time my appointment was. The front office was very pleasant and helpful. After signing in I waited at most 5 minutes and I was taken in by the nurse. She got all the information she needed and told me the doctor would be right with me and for the first time ever, the doctor came in about 2 minutes after she walked out. Gave me my shots and a prescription and an understanding of what was going on and sent me on my way. They were very quick, very informative and just genuinely nice people. Completely recommend this office to anyone who is in need of a dermatologist.

Dr Wayne was amazing, I loved his bedside manner most of all! I was very nervous prior to my visit as I didnt know what to expect but his office took very good care of me without overcharging me for my procedure. I always get nervous using my high deductible planThank you for taking good care of me! I will refer you to friends and family with the certainty that you run an honest practice!

Dr. Shetty is always so helpful. I was hospitalized for an extended period and ended up needing a good dermatologist to help with scalp infections that I picked up in the hospital. My scalp is already so much better. I highly recommend her!

Excellent customer service, beginning with making an initial appointment and a courteous and friendly staff upon my arrival. Wayne was thorough, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and has a great sense of humor as well. I am extremely pleased with this office and will not hesitate to return.

My 13-year-old son saw Wayne Emineth and while he tried to keep the appointment light and fun, some of his comments were rude and unprofessional. One of the first comments he made was making fun of my son’s white Nike shorts. He said something close to, “Well, those are fancy shirts. Those are the type of shorts you wear when you have nothing else clean.” Excuse me? He also made a comment, “Do you talk at all?” to my son when he wasn’t saying much. We will not be going back.

Wayne was amazing with giving me a direct answer to my issue with clear-cut solutions. Hes very experienced and passionate about what he does. He educated me on the pros and cons of all my options and I felt very comfortable in having plenty of time to ask questions. I have been dealing with a skin issue for over 6 years now, and I am very excited to finally be rid of it after a couple more visits!! Also, there was no wait time; I was seated in a room and tended to promptly. I dont have insurance, but the pricing is very reasonable. Glad I found this place!

Wayne is amazing. He is so so smart and knowledgable about all things skin. I have taken my kids to him. I go to him and I sent my husband to him. He is honest and fair. I cant say enough good things about him and the office. I dont trust hardly any doctors but I really trust him. He cares and knows his stuff!

Receptionist was very friendly ! (and typically medical receptionists are not friendly and seem frustrated and tired all the time). Assistant was super nice and even held my hand during the biopsy since I was so nervous! The doctor was very kind and calming and you could tell he is truly passionate about his job and seemed to enjoy looking at moles! I was in and out in 30 minutes.

Wayne is one of the most kind and caring providers I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. He consistently provides great care and is always willing to listening to my needs. I’ve never seen a provider who can explain things to me as well as he can. He’s obviously very smart and talented. Plus he’s a veteran so has a wide variety of training and I like to support our service members. I definitely recommend seeing him- I live in town and drive all the way out to Alpharetta because I think it’s worth it.

Lovely staff and office, equipped with brand new technology and on top of all that I was in and out of the office with no wait time!

Have bounced around 4 different dermatologists in the last few years having various bad experiences. This place is well run, efficient, and Dr. Goedjen specifically (only doc there Ive seen), is great - good bedside manner, knowledgeable, listens to what Im saying, and does not waste my time. Recommend.

The staff was super friendly & professional. Just wish Wayne was in your Buckhead office or trained someone in that office to do the shot he does. Driving to Alpharetta isn’t fun from town

Complete waste of money. I went in for a consultation b/c of dark circles under my eyes that I have had for almost 10 years. The dr first looked at my eyes with the mini light, then said the dark circles were probably coming from allergies. I told him twice that I didn’t have allergies, then he asked if I rub my eyes a lot. I told him probably, as I’m sure everybody rubs their eyes & he said that was most likely the cause. His diagnosis was to stop rubbing my eyes & apply any eye cream that has vitamin c, then come back in 3 months. End of consult. He did not ask any questions except for if I have allergies or if I rub my eyes. It has now been 3 months & I still have dark circles with no solution as to how to get rid of them. Needless to say I will not be going back there and if you want an actual consultation, you shouldn’t go there either.

I always have wonderful experiences going to their offices, as the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Goedjen’s attention to detail as well as his personality are truly unmatched. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend Wayne and Liz at the Alpharetta office. Only seen these two but I will continue to drive there for all my dermatology needs. So kind and knowledgeable. No time wasted either. I’ve never waited more than 5-10 minutes in waiting room. Once in the exam room, Liz and Wayne are in within minutes, my problems are listened too and addressed and I’m out the door!

Great doctor and great staff over all. Very polite and they get you in at your actual appointment time!

This was my first visit to Dermatology Affiliates. The office staff is super friendly, answers any questions you have and extremely accommodating. I had a ton of questions since this was the first time I’d seen Wayne Emineth for Botox. I’ve seen him over the years for other skin conditions such as breakouts. He is absolutely wonderful, professional and I highly recommend Wayne as well as the staff.

I live close to Pill Hill where dermatologists brag about packed waiting rooms with up to an hour wait; this office rarely has more than a 5 minute wait! I am very fortunate to be treated by Dr. Brent Goedjen who is one of the most competent dermatology MDs I have ever encountered. He is thorough and follows up even calling patients at home with lab results.

I saw Elizabeth for a facial and she is fantastic!! If you don’t have an aesthetician she should be yours! She is a great addition to the dermatology Affiliates team and I will definitely keep seeing her for my facials!!!

I called to set and appointment with Dr Brent I was transferred to LIAM because of an old bill my insurance billed me for which I have no problem paying . Liam who was very disrespectful and rude when I expressed my concerns with paying over the phone and asked could I come in he actually hung up on me. I called to get clarification if im allowed to pay in person which A woman confirmed but then he (Liam) actually called back to further more harass me over the phone and tell me my business was not welcome and not too come in and pay ! wow I have never ever in my life been so disrespected as a customer in my life very unsatisfied with this experience

Extremely arrogant and unprofessional. They did not provide any useful or professional care. They prescribed topical ointment which costs over $1,500 even with really good medical/pharmaceutical coverage. Did not provide any industry leading alternatives. Would strongly recommend avoiding this practice.

Only dermatologist that has been able to help me clear my skin up. Dr. Forney and team are the best!
