Chris is the best dental technician I have ever had! I rarely have any issues so I usually choose a dentist office based on the tech who does my cleanings and liked Chris right away. Recently I had a crown fall off and during the replacement I needed to be numbed. I was scared so Chris held my hand, made me laugh and kept me distracted the entire time. I am very thankful for her and so happy Ivy Dentistry has her on staff.

This was my first time at this facility after being recommended by my boyfriend. Clean and neat. The hygienist was personable and friendly, but she was also thorough. I’ve found my new dentist!

I was in the Ivy dentist office the same day my scheduled appointment was canceled by another dentist office for not taking my insurance. Got on the phone with Ivy dentist right then and the took me in right then. The full staff was very nice to me. After brief paperwork, I was in the chair. The took good care of me. The doctor and her tech made process so easy that I didn’t feel any pain. I am going back for work. 🙏🏾 🦷

Dr. Bing has been very observant of my needs. Shes also been very accomodating of my concerns and scheduling. So has her staff and theyve been very friendly.

First time with this practice and left looking forward to my next visit. Who says that about their dental visits? Great staff, very accommodating, and most importantly, everyone seemed to really enjoy being there and working together, and everyone seemed to have a great sense of humor. I highly recommend. There were some questions regarding my coverage and a follow up was necessary. As promised, they followed thru. Please consider them for your dental needs.

Please for your safety and best interest, avoid this dentist. You will notice there is a great deal of turn around and it is because she will fire anyone that speaks up about how she is handling patients and procedures.

I love this place. When the office moved to Alpharetta, I went too. Dr. Bang and her staff have always been friendly, caring, and efficient. The only reason I gave an 8 instead of a 10 is that I do not recommend dentists or doctors to anyone.

Dr. Bang has been my dentist for about 10 years now and I won’t use anyone else even though she’s an hour from my home. She’s almost like family now. Her staff is always so welcoming and friendly. Dr. Bang always has takes her time to explain everything and address any concerns I have. Her hours are very accommodating to my schedule also which is so important since I travel a good bit to see her. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a dentist.

Excellent Dentist and Staff. Dr. Bang-Crooks is petite so she is able to perform her work very delicately while you feel extremely comfortable. Her staff is pleasant, attentive and intelligent. It was fortuitous that I found Dr. Bang-Crooks on a Saturday in need of emergency dental work after a long business trip. I instantly felt back to normal after my appointment. The event was quick and painless. You should also know the office has modern equipment and the facility is clean. I would refer this Dentist, all the Dental Assistants and Office Manager at this location to anyone with confidence.

Noah and Dr Bang were great. I arrived thinking we were doing a semi short procedure but with further inspection, Dr Bang realized I needed much more work. Both, Dr Bang and Noah, stayed until the job was done, which was pretty late.This was my first time meeting Noah, Dr Bang’s assistant. He was very personable and honest. Dr. Bang at Ivy Dentistry is the best dentist I have ever had. I have been going to her for 10+ years. Cleanings are quick and comfortable, without too much poking. The staff knows my name and is very nice to me. The doctor jokes a lot with me and the staff, but stops and pays attention when I ask my (many) questions. My visits never feel rushed. I have only had one procedure, a filling. I do not enjoy needles, but I closed my eyes and everything was over in a flash. Give her a try and you will stay.

I Have been a patient of Dr. Bangs for around 20 years. She is a great dentist. Her office staff is friendly and very professional. The office iscomfortable and very clean. I would not consider using anyone else formy dental needs.

Dr. bang and her dental assistants are top notch. i had several items that needed attention (2 crowns, 2 fillings, please dont judge :) done in one session. they are affordable and client focused. highly recommend.

They cut corners and recommend unnecessary treatments. I went there for a routine cleaning and exam. They didnt polish my teeth. Ive never had a dentist not polish my teeth, so I asked why they didnt. They offered some excuse about my gums bleeding and offered to schedule another appt for them to be polished. The dentist also told me I had a cavity, my first. I had no discomfort so I was a little skeptical. The dentist explained that they apply a preventative medicine to the tooth before filling the cavity which wouldnt be covered by insurance. I was now more skeptical. I visited a different dentist for a second opinion. They said theyve never heard of the preventative medicine and that I didnt have a cavity. Dont make the mistake I made by choosing this dentist because theyre open on Saturdays.

The dentist office is one of my least favorite places, partly because I sometimes have trouble getting numb.When I needed to find a new service due to insurance changes I was not happy. I found IVY on Cignas list and gave them a try.The experience was rewarding. The whole team was great and DR. Bangwas wonderful in her approach, manner and reassurance while working on my not so easy procedure.Read more reviews but personally I would recommend them.
