This Dentistry was by far the best children’s dentistry I’ve ever taken my children to. I’ve been to a lot of children’s dentist, as I have 3 boys. Dr. Haffner is amazing, and her staff are not only incredibly kind and gentle with the children, but very transparent and informative with me as a parent.

I made a review about a year ago about the horrible work that was done on my then 2 year old daughter. Here I am one year later with even more confirmation that they did a horrible job on my daughters 4 crowns, causing her to now need those 4 very front teeth extracted. They put the crowns on crooked and with gaps at the top of each of them. These people have no business with good reviews. I have three kids who go there and two with horrible experiences. Parents aren’t allowed back so it’s harder for you to notice but they are careless and have no patience or compassion with these kids. Give it time and you will all be changing your reviews

A great dentist with great staff. My child is not the easiest to deal with when it comes to his fear of goinf to the dentist but they have managed to do the best job of getting his teeth taken care of and very patient with him and understanding. The dental office is wonderfully decorated as well for the kids to enjoy and there are video games for them to play and cartoon movies playing for their entertainment while they wait to be seen. Ive been bringing my child here since he was 3 years old and will continue to so so until he is all grown up.

I have been going here for my entire life and every single time they do an amazing job. All the hygienists are super friendly and make it a priority to make sure you leave with fresh teeth! Dr. Haffner is also great and is always patient in answering any questions I have ever had about my teeth. If you ever need any type of tooth work done I can assure you that Dr. Haffner will exceed your expectations and you will leave a happy customer.

My 3 year old daughter was referred to this dentist after breaking her front tooth at daycare. Before coming here we were given the run around from 3 other pediatric dentist because my daughter needed to be sedated for the extraction. We were referred here by Tebo dentist. I called this office and was able to get an appointment the same day. Dr.Haffner and her staff were the best. My daughter had to end up having an emergency extraction but Dr.Haffner took great care of my daughter. She even called the next morning herself to see how my daughter was doing after the procedure. If I lived closer this would definitely be my go to dentist for my kids. I highly recommend Dr. Haffner.

Easy to have 5 stars when you keep an attorney on retainer to threaten anyone who leaves a bad one. Why improve when you can use the legal system to bully people around like your staff physically bullied their kids?If you want this review taken down, youll have to pry my phone from my lifeless corpse. Try doing better or recognizing you have problems instead of hiding behind the courts.

After looking for a Pediatric Dentist that didnt charge extra for PPE, I found Dr. Christy Haffner. I made the appts & took 6 of my Grandchildren to Dr. Christy. I bring my three boys here for routine and involved treatments. Despite the place being an absolute magnet for Moms who love all things themed out and kids who want to scale a treehouse or watch that Disney movie you loved so much, the care we receive with Dr. Haffner is praiseworthy. She is thoughtful and compassionate and her knowledge in this practice is sterling! She takes her time with my children and she prioritizes their comfort and safety while in her care. Dr. Haffner invests in the parents, too, as she has taken time to resolve my billing and general care concerns times past. She is a great professional. She is knowledgeable, and I trust my children in her care. There is a rock star cabinet of staff members, too. Katherine bridges the relationship between patient and insurance (we all know that pain). She takes time to pre-authorize my services to ensure my bill is accurate and Kiera stops at NOTHING to ensure the happiness and care of my family is apparent. When my kids are putting up a fuss, Kiera settles the storm. Each of these ladies are warm and serves up satisfaction each visit. They are who I look for every six months. There is another, Dara maybe, at any rate, this personality is EXACT when working with kids. She is gentle and calm.

Been coming here since I was at least 4 and I’m 25 now, and I have never had a problem with Dr. Hafners office. They are all great and seeing that after 21 I should have went and found another dentist should tell you a lot.

What a pleasant experience, my son was seen by Dr Haffner and he was treated with such excellent care. The staff were all so kind. We loved the fun and playful environment, the treehouse and the beautiful murals are a great distraction. Dr Haffner is so sweet and gentle. 💙

Our youngest son hit his front teeth on the side of the pool! Dr. Haffner saw him right away and stabilized his front tooth. We are so thankful for her expertise!

Have been going there for an year but the experience I had today is worth rating and sharing. So its for regular cleaning and check up and they know an x ray had to be taken for which the earings have to be removed. This is information they should have provided as I for the matter of fact did not know how to remove the earrings to begin with. So, Dr. Haffner and her associate tried to remove as the x-ray dint turn out good and wanted to re do it. Eventhough I told them its OK, they continued to disregard and tried to remove it. It was rude and top of that my daughter was hurting and crying all along and they still disregarded it. I had to almost yell at them to stop it and at the end of all that they were still unsuccessful. It was totally unwarranted for and they didnt even apologize at the end. I will find someone else going forward.

7/23:Updated to speak on office response.The amount of excuses I have heard since yesterday is outrageous. It is your job to make sure the job is done properly and not use excuses like the time allotted was not enough, so what? Did you just wing it. This is something that should have been thought about before setting the appointment up, a good suggestion would have been two teeth at a time and I dont even work in a dental office to know that.The second thing Id like to address about your response is the fact that I am now being lied to. I spoke with insurance and not only did you not even try to submit for white, if you would have tried and deemed it necessity because it is the front teeth they would cover it.I am sure you can see through the picture attached here how incredibly unacceptable this work is. I do not care the reason, I shouldnt have had to react negatively for you to have come out and spoke to me about what happened in the back when I was not with her. You should have explained then that you can sedate her more or I could come back another time to fix. You were simply going to let me leave without addressing as if you believed this was an ok job. UNACCEPTABLE and I cannot explain how disappointed I am. I now am faced with either finding two grand to fix this or pull her teeth or have this horrible memory in every picture our family takes until they fall out. You ruined her smile and although you may not feel its that serious because it is baby teeth, I look at her old pictures and feel regret for putting her through that for this result.******7/22:Horrified is an understatement. I have been taking my three children here for a while. Until today my complaints havent been severe enough to want to write a review. My 11year old has complained in the past that he is spoken to pretty horribly when getting work done. Things like oh stop it, youre already numb, which I have expressed and I am told never happened.Today I took my 2 year old in for dental work on her front teeth. She has extremely small cavities in the middle of her front teeth. I was told she would need four root canals & crowns and they would be white fronts and silver backs. They got pre-approval from insurance and I was informed my insurance wouldnt cover Patient Management/Behavior Management. I decided to call insurance and I was told I should let them know that this is included in the sedation cost as it. I ended up paying $177 for her to be monitored. When my daughter was returned to me, because I was not allowed back, Upon looking at her teeth I was horrified, they looked a million times worse then when she walked in. I expressed my frustration and was told we were given free crowns that have white on the front because insurance only approves completely silver which is 100% false. Not only were her gums destroyed, every single crown in crooked and now she has two large gaps that she did not have prior. Her smile literally looks like a joke, as if she has a pair of plastic teeth that are extremely oversized for her mouth.My biggest issue is I have something to compare this to. When my 11 year old was younger he had the same 4 teeth worked on and I had the same insurance and his crowns looked great, completely white. This work was unacceptable. I am unsure how anyone thought it was ok to return a child to their parent looking like that.The only option I was given was to pay $375 each for the crowns that are white all the way around and of better quality. Even if I was to pay that which I 100% cannot, I am afraid this is unfixable, she will not have these huge gaps until her teeth fall out which hopefully is sooner than later at this point.I am hoping with a second opinion I am able to update you all on if these root canals were even necessary, which I do not believe they were, a simple filling of some sort should have sufficed. Also hoping another pediatric dentist is able to fix this in some way. I have attached pictures of her beautiful smile before this horrible work and after.

Dr. Haffner and her staff are phenomenal! They are professional, knowledgeable, and so wonderfully sweet to my child. We chose this practice based on the numerous referrals from other parents in the Roswell/Milton/Alpharetta area and we are so glad that we did! My son is 4 and has been coming to see Dr. Haffner for 2 years, we love that he is celebrated every 6 months for keeping his teeth clean and cavity free! He is excited to see his dentist and frequently wears his “no cavity club” t-shirt around the house. Each time I would go, every 6 months, they’d tell me I have 5, 7, even 8 cavities. I cried every time I would go home, not knowing what I was doing wrong and burdening my family even more on top of other problems. And we wouldn’t question it; I went in with wet eyes each time. And then we decided we needed a second opinion, so we went to another dentist; no cavities, just tiny, harmless stains. And then we went to a second - no cavities! None! They complimented me on my teeth and their cleanliness. I’ve been going to the new dentist for years and I haven’t had a single cavity.They scammed a child and her family out of thousands of dollars. A child. They use the vulnerability of children and their parents’ willingness to do what “professionals” think is best for them to their advantage. Truly atrocious.

I have been taking my children to Dr Haffner for almost 18 years. She is one of the most patient and innovative dentists I have seen. My child is on the spectrum and he always says he wants to be a dentist after his visit. My other children are also cared for well. Dr Haffner s staff who cleans their teeth is very gentle on all my children. My sensory issue child is treated just fine for his condition.

The office receptionist, Debbie, is extremely rude and difficult to work with. Scheduling the appointment was a hassle. She kept taking my number down to call me back “in 5 minutes” to schedule and then would never call. Verifying my insurance information was a hassle. My insurance company even called the office on my behalf to verify information and they were extremely rude to the representative. The office manager, Katherine, was also disappointing. My son would have been a first time patient and I went with my gut and canceled the appointment. We will find another dentist.

Great visit as always. Dr. Haffner has been taking care of us for over 10 years. The office staff is very friendly and helpful especially with our busy schedules. We love the office waiting area. I can get on the computer to check my emails and the kids can play games if they want. I know that Dr. Haffner truly has our best interest in mind. On our first visit this office asked that I let them take my 6 year old back to see the dentist without me. Keep in mind I had no idea what was back there, who was back there, or what would be done to him. I refused. They told me I could go back Just this once. I went back all the while thinking Itll be just this once because its ridiculous that you want to force me to leave my child in the care of someone before Im comfortable. When I got back there I was not impressed with the technicians bedside manner with the kids. They were gruff, impatient, and rude to the children. They were fair with my son even with me sitting back there. I wouldve expected them to really pour it on since I was the only parent back there. Actually glad they were themselves so I could make an informed decision not to return. I went to the front and a mom was sitting in the lobby as we were walking out. She looked nervous. She said she is a new patient (her child was). She said she was so uncomfortable because she had let her child go back there and had no idea what was going on back there. She asked me a few questions and I shared what I just shared with all of you. I submitted my concerns on a comment card after I left. I never heard from the dentist or her staff. Guess they dont care unless the feedback is positive. I will never return.

One of the best dental offices weve been to! I have 4 kids and making the schedule between check-ups and actual appointments might be a challenge. The stuff was so organized and committed that we did everything with perfect schedule for me. My kids never used the laughing gas before and we wanted to keep it that way. Dr Haffner did not mind to perform the work without it. My 10 year old daughter needed an extraction. When she came out her words were, They pulled my tooth out and I did not even notice it! I thought they were still doing the preparation!. This is what you want to hear from your child and who is always eager to come back. Thank you Dr.Haffner! You and your practice is the best! Great place to start and keep the practice of taking kids to see dentist and hygienist annually.Easy to find building with plenty of free parking. The office is roomy, very clean, light and well decorated for the kids to keep their worries away while waiting. Which shouldnt be to long as they have a dozen of dental chairs and a few hygienists. Front desk and others were sencirely friendly.Actual rooms with dental chairs are very big and have wall to wall windows with very nice view at Alpharetta. Multiple TVs with cartoons kept my daughter occupied. I wonder if they do appointments for the days/times when we have fireworks. That would be cool to see the firework at the end of annual dental checkup.But ofcourse the most important part are the hygienist and the dentist. Both are great! Very nice, quick, knowledgeable and professional. Not a single time my daughter had any pain or even unpleasant feel. I asked her when we were done. But she chatted a lot about variety of flavors, hygienist offered to her.This is the place my daughters will visit annually from now on till they grow up

Excellent office. Very caring and helpful for my kids. All three of my kids have never had cavities but if they did, Dr Haffner would be the best to fix them. I highly recommend this office.

We have been coming to Dr. Haffner for many years, and we are very lucky to be in her care and the care of her amazing staff! The atmosphere is very kid-friendly and professional.

Beware of this practice: the doctor discovers 6-7 cavities every other visit, so that she charges you for filings. The cavities, when checked by two other dentists, proved to be simple spots that could be easily removed by cleaning.Additionally, the cleaning this practice performs is sub par. New dentist for my daughter was amazed how much cement and build-up was left unclean from the last cleaning.Glad to have left this practice and to find a real dentist for my daughter.

My brother and I have been going to Dr. Christy Haffner since we were little kids. Myself, now approaching the age of 20, have been delighted with the care and service provided by her and her staff throughout the years. To me, Dr. Haffner is like family and she makes it a point to create a personal connection with all of her patients. You cant go wrong by choosing her as your dentist!

The dentist can be a intimidating experience, but Dr. Haffner and her staff make children feel welcome here. I had the opportunity to see Dr. Haffner and her staff work with a child that was afraid. Ive never felt so belittled in my life. Was referred to her by our family dentist due to my childs health another treatment was preferred thus sending me to this office. That woman not only insulted my intelligence but told me you wouldnt be here if your child wasnt uncooperative not knowing my child or her health conditions. Then went on to tell me that my insurance wouldnt cover the treatment THAT SHE WAS ALREADY APPROVED FOR AT OUR REGULAR DENTIST OFFICE.. Not going to play the race card but i will say Im a black mother whos child receives Medicaid. Im also a healthcare professional. While i was spoken to like an uneducated child i held my respect level and left I refuse to let them touch my child.. Shame on that woman. Ill never go back there again.

Were seen Dr Christy Haffner for 16 years and she is absolutely wonderful with kids. Very professional and experienced. The office is amazed decorated. My kids always talk about the tree in the middle of the entrance, computer, movies... We highly recommended her to everybody!

My family with four children ages from 8 to 3 have been seeing Dr Haffner for 6+ years. Her office is crazy fun for the kids and every thing is kid sized, including Dr Haffner! She and her staff are professional and kind and really take care of my kids.By the way, it is true that my kids dont scream when I stay in the lobby. I cant explain it, but when I am not back there, they are angels! When I go back, they freak out! Not going back there again! Im watching a movie in the theater in the tree house next time!

Great staff and great doctor

This dentist office will kill you with kindness on the surface, but its simply a shady mechanic. Youll be replacing and getting upgrades that arent necessary, and at top dollar. Oh, and they never knew beforehand if your insurance was going to cover it. But it needs to be done now. Really? Youve been in business how long? This all added up after 2 years of visits. We were wowed at first too.

Nice office space and decor but in my opinion the provider/staff was not as friendly and bright as the office itself. Maybe it was a bad day. My children did not feel comfortable with the staff or dentist and I didnt feel respected as a parent. We are better off with a more gentle and welcoming provider.

Great office, staff, and dentist! My child LOVES the treehouse, movie area, and game consoles! She gets very excited to go to the dentist. When younger, parents accompany their children for visits. As they age, they go back by themselves. Ive had nothing but positive experiences!

I recently gave this place one star after my sons treatment were we left feeling belittled and had a very rude and cold encounter with Christy. She later called me and apologized post my review explaining it was an off day for her. She asked me to change my rating and feeling merciful I did. I forgave her and changed my review to 3 stars simply because we have been going there for 2 years and maybe it was an off day. However, Im going to go back to my initial 1 star review based on performance and results and not on her off day client experience. Post a recent visit she made recommendations which I wanted to get a second opinion on. Come to find out 1) her staff mislabeled information in my sons records 2) provided faulty imagery not xrays 3) missed critical issues...like multiple. When I called to discuss the gaps she couldnt explain nor took accountability or ownis that this should have been in his file or properly communicated. Im highly dissatisfied and hoping to file a claim with my insurance for her faulty service. Please people get other opinions when dealing with Christy and her staff. People care more about a free t-shirt. Some parents take health and dental hygiene seriously. I am one. Christy please do not call me to remove this post. This is the truth and people need to know. Off days shouldnt be reflective in your ability to perform when youre in the healthcare industry.

Dr Haffner has been my childens dentist for 14 years. Through these years, all I have experienced is an exceptionally professional organization and with her at the helm I trust that she always does the right thing for my childrens health and their teeth. She is a caring pediatric dentist and I would absolutely recommend her if you are looking for a dentist who has your childrens best interests at heart. Dr. Hafner is great! I have been going ever since I was little- dating back to 2003! 34 visits all with no cavaties. She and the practice know what they’re doing.

Great Dentist! This office was very kid oriented. The waiting room had a real treehouse in it. My kids loved their visit. I was very happy with the way they treated all of us. My son got a filling done and he didnt even feel a thing. Thanks Dr. Haffner!

I never had a cavity in any baby teeth and didnt brush like I should have. We took our son there. The first time, she claimed he had 7 or 8 cavities. The next time it was even more. Finally she claimed one of his baby teeth needed a crown. That was it. Funny thing is, we switched dentists and surprise surprise, no more cavities.

I love this dentist! They are so professional! I even received a follow-up call to check on my daughter the day after service. This is not my first pediatric dental office, but it is my last pediatric dental office.

We moved to Alpharetta from Washington State. My two children had excellent dental care in a Tacoma. We started at another pediatric office before finding Dr Christy. Well, I have to say, their office went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We had a problem with our new HR department having us on the insurance but Dr Haffners team worked it out. The office was very tech savvy. The Doctor took time to show me the developing teeth on the X-ray. Assured us braces would not be anytime soon. They both had no cavities. We will definitely be back in six months.

I highly recommend this office if looking for a great pediatric dentist. Clean facility, organized staff, friendly and they even took and filed our insurance. Good experience.

My little sister and I have been going to Dr. Haffners office since we first needed dental care. Every time we have gone to Dr. Haffner we have had a great experience. The office is very kid-friendly, with games and an area to play before a visit. For older kids theres a wii and for the adults theres a computer section. The assistants are always friendly with me and Dr. Haffner is very professional when explaining the treatments. There are great rewards for the children if they dont have cavities and overall we highly recommend Dr. Haffner as a dentist.

Ive been going to Dr. Haffners office since I moved to the U.S from South Africa about 15 years ago and I could not say enough good things about her and her staff. Im about to be 20 years old and will continue going to them for as long as I can! They always make each visit as comfortable as possible and I have never had a negative experience as long as I can remember.

I took my sons to the dentist during the summer so that their mother could take a day off. I was so impressed by the service at this office. They were very efficient and my boys loved it. Thank you Dr Haffner!

Ok, let’s get real everyone. I’m only a teenager and probably doesn’t know much but my experience there was awful. I had to get some teeth pulled to get my new ones in. Basically this is how it went. The numbing process was sticking countless needles into my mouth. Same with cleaning my teeth. Then the doctor comes in. 5 seconds later, YAGGA, pulls out my teeth with no care at all. Just getting it over with. After that me and my parents agreed never to go back there. Please, do the same.

My two sisters and I have been going to Dr. Haffners office for close to a decade now. Everyone is always kind and speaks warmly to us when we arrive, often asking us about our schooling and future plans. Its always great when one of the hygienists makes a reference to how long we have been going to Haffners by showing us the picture they have in our patient folders (mine being from when I was about 7 years old, now at 22). Although I am well past the pediatric dentist attending age, I have never felt unwelcome or uncomfortable at their location.

We loved it. Very kid friendly. The staff was very nice and the doctor was very professional. I would recommend this office.
