Great staff,great doctors,beautiful office ! I was nervous at first, but Dr. Hill and his assistant put me at ease immediately! They have state of the art equipment, and I am very pleased with my whole experience! The best part is,I have a new beautiful crown in 1 visit! I highly recommend this office ! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, and really listened to my needs! Im ever going anywhere else!!

Otto is my hygienist and I highly recommend you have him as yours! You can tell instantly that he knows what he’s doing and genuinely cares about mouth. This was by far my best experience at the dentist and made me actually want to come back. The pricing very fair as well as I paid without insurance. The whole practice feels upscale and they seem to be very advanced with their technology. Anyways if you’re able to book an appointment with Otto you won’t regret it!

Dr Hill is the best dentist I’ve ever been too. He has a great calming presence. I walked in at 10 am needing two crowns and two fillings and left at 2 pm with a beautiful smile:-) His team is top notch too!

Ive been coming to Alpharetta Smile Center for many years. I LOVED the practice when they were located on Northpoint Parkway. The practice overall was customer centered and Doctor Hill was much more jovial and attentive to ALL of his patients. Since changing location, things seem more stressful, appointments are made and changed at the last minute, (the day before) Hygienist are not reliable and have changed many times. Ive tried to work with the new staff but things are on a slippery slope now. Time to look for somewhere new. I guess it was good while it lasted.

Dr Chuck Hill and his team and staff are fantastic. Im the pickiest person on dental work and they are the best Ive ever used. Dr Hill is a bit of a tech nerd too so he always has the most state of the art equipment and tools. Great Dental office!!!

I am so surprised this center provides the best service in my 50 years dental experience, from the front desk to technician and to the doctor evaluation. I am having cleaning services today and the tech spent almost an hour cleaning my teeth inside out, very carefully and thoroughly. First time here. The dental hygienist, Lisa, she was good. However, when she took x-rays she failed to ask if I could possibly be pregnant. Every time I get X-rays I am always asked this question.The doctor spent maybe 3 minutes with me, her only comments were gums are healthy and no cavities. Never said welcome to our practice, any complaints, didn’t ask for my dental history. Careless to me, just a number, checked and okay next patient. I won’t be back for my 6 month cleaning.

Dr Rose is amazing ! She took her necessary time with me and my 11 years old daughter , she explained all the details and answering all of our questions! Prompt and safe experience given they are operating under the Corona virus pandemic. You call them to let you know your are there and they text you when it is time to come it. Get your temperature read and then proceed to your on space where it is just you and the hygienist. The new office is very nice and at least for me more convenient.

Having to change dentist due to move and having no luck in getting Alpharetta Smile to respond to my request to forward my records to new provider. Been trying since December of last year.

Excellent Group. Our whole family has been seeing Dr. Hill for over 20 years. Professional, knowledgeable and faced with difficult dental issues were excellent problem solvers.

The receptionist, she also does the billing, is good at ripping off patients by promising one payment number, then sent you another bill with 400 dollars more. not sure if the Doctor is involved in the scam. very unprofessional place when it comes to billing. Based on the owners response. this clinic is unethical. liar is the best word for them. I went to this clinic for teeth cleaning, I liked the work, then I told them I would like to have my two dental crowns done, my insurance company has agreed to cover 50% of the cost, I asked them to find out exactly how much the insurance company pays and how much I will pay out of my own pocket,. but they sent me another bill for 400 dollars more... of course, they have all kinds of excuses....the bill does not have any details of what was done, , I will follow up and will sue this doctor.

Dr Hill and the staff of Alpharetta Smile Center are simply the best! Appointments are made in recognition of the patient’s needs. If you have an emergency or problem, they will get you in for help. Once there, Dr Hill and his staff take good care of the patient. I have never experienced discomfort or pain from any procedure there over a period of 12-13 years.My most recent experience was replacement of a very old crown and I dreaded it. It went so smoothly! And Dr Hill has the state-of-the-art equipment to make custom crowns in the office during your visit. No temp then returning for the permanent crown.I recommend Alpharetta Smile to family, friends and co-workers.

Just started going to Alpharetta Smile early last year. As most people do, I have a dentophobia. Needless to say, I never look forward to a dental appointment.
