Dr Harrell and his staff are wonderful, and they took excellent care of me both times that I have had to have oral surgery with them. I highly recommend them, they are courteous and kind, and take the time to check in with you post-op to see how you’re doing which I greatly appreciate! It really makes a huge difference to know that your doctor and his staff care so much about your well-being; a very comforting feeling. Highly highly recommend them.

I had a very pleasant experience with Dr. Harrell. I knew that I was going to need surgery on my gum disease. All the staff were very pleasant and calmed me down. The surgery was done in a flash, with no pain. I had no need to use pain medication after the surgery, because I felt great. I just went back for my two week visit, and got a clean bill of health. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Dr. Harrell is amazing! I needed to have a tooth pulled and stitches put in and honestly it was out before I realized it!! And Im terrified of things like this. But he and Michelle, youd love her!, made everything so easy and calming I cant even tell you! I love them both and I hope I never need their services again but Im telling you, if I need something done this is the team!!!

I fully recommend Dr. John Harrell and the staff at the practice of Dr. John Harrell, DMD. I am generally afraid of the dentist but Dr. Harrell and his staff made me comfortable right away. All the staff are very friendly. My assistant, Michele(?) helped me feel at ease throughout my procedure. The doctor was excellent and cared about my comfort. He personally called me several times to check on me after the procedure. I would fully recommend Dr. Harrell and his practice to anyone in the Alpharetta, Roswell, Cumming or North Atlanta area.

I had a hygienist appointment, and I was very pleased with my experience. My appointment started when they said it would - meaning I wasn’t made to wait for forever just to get back there. My Hygentist, Lauri, was cheerful, friendly and professional. The cleaning itself was thorough and done with care. The rooms were clean and tidy, and there’s always some good music going on in the background. And Dr. Harrell himself was a very kind man. When he did my check-up, and both he and the Hygentist explained to me what I needed to be doing and giving me or recommending the tools I would need to keep my teeth in good shape. Definitely a 10/10, as far as going to the dentist goes.
