This review is long overdue. If I could give 10 stars, I would! Theres so many great things I can say but to summarize: this place is AMAZING! Dr. O’Neal is hands down the BEST dentist Ive ever came across and his staff are like a big happy family! Dr. O’Neal has been extremely patient, extremely informative and knowledgeable about the dentistry profession, taking time to give me several treatment options and helping me choose the right treatment plan for my age, lifestyle and budget. What has really kept me coming back to Dr. O’Neal, is his passion over his work. He is a true perfectionist and goes above and beyond to ensure his patients are happy and confident with their smile, all while ensuring that your dental health is at the forefront. Trust me, Ive been to a lot of dentists who graduated from great schools. I do my research :) My patient experience far exceeded my expectations! His office staff and assistants are extremely kind, warm, welcoming and knowledgeable as well. The office is always clean and inviting. My appointments are generally always on time and I never have any issues. Thanks to Dr. O’Neal and his amazing team, I smile confidently and boldly, which isnt an understatement, as I was so uncomfortable with my smile for years until I met them! Dr O’Neal is a wonderful dentist and extremely thorough. He has completed work on my husband, grandmother and even an emergency appt for my 3 year old son. Dr. ONeal is great! He has spent the last 12 years building a relationship with me and my children so it saddens me to write a bad review because of his staff. His office staff have always been nice until a double booking occurred on my last scheduled appointment. As a current patient, I scheduled an appointment 3 weeks out and waited patiently. 2 days before my appointment, it was brought to my attention that my appointment time had been double booked. I was offered an earlier availability for 9:30am the day before my appointment, or keep my scheduled appointment but I may have to wait several hours at the office to be seen (as if I dont work), or wait another few weeks to be seen for my failing filling. I told Taleeta that I needed to confirm with my Employer in order to take the time off for the earlier appointment. When I followed-up several hours later, I was told, sorry, that appointment time has been taken, appointments get booked quickly. They offered the appointment to someone else without even following up with me and then Taleeta was extremely rude. She treated me like the entire issue was my fault. Honestly, it made me feel like my appointment time was given to another patient that was a higher priority then me. Needless to say, I have decided that me and my children will be seeing a new Dentist that isnt an hour drive from my home. I scheduled a NEW PATIENT appointment and had a confirmed appointment for the next day. My friend is a Dental Hygienist for his office, so he comes highly recommended.

Dr. Brandon O Neal and his entire team is amazing. You are treated like family here and they take pride in the services they provide. I was referred by a friend 3 years ago and I now fully understand why he recommended the office to me. Gighly Recommended.

I was referred to O’Neal Smiles by a coworker and let me tell you, pleasantly surprised and thoroughly impressed, which I am not easily impressed. From the moment you walk in the office, the ambiance reads modern, comfy, spa, clean, welcoming! You are greeted by a personable and engaging young lady, Wendy. She is just as polite and professional on the phone and let me tell you she is thorough. The hygienist, Brittany is everything! She reminds me of a true Southern Belle, she is always smiling and always positive. In addition, she does a phenomenal job and with her positive disposition on EVERYTHING, she’s done! In addition to Brittany there is also Mary-Ellen. Mary-Ellen is superwoman! She is sweet, kind, STRONG, and she is sassy. She is so sharp witted and funny, as well as superb at what she does. Then there is Boss Lady, Ms. Taleeta. Ms. Taleeta is also phenomenal, a sweet Southern Belle, but she is also a fire cracker! She truly cares about her patients. I love seeing the dynamic and banter between her and Dr. O’Neal. She is truly Dr. O’Neal’s right hand, and at times his brain. Taleeta always makes sure that I am comfortable and accommodated; phenomenal bedside manner. Finally there is Dr. O’Neal; ‘the singing dentist’. Now, you might recall that at the start of this review I mentioned ambiance. Well, the music is always relaxing and nostalgic; taking you far away... Of course Dr. O’Neal sang every song, which has practically died down to random hums post COVID. Still, it makes me laugh as I would join in (in my head it’s karaoke duets). All that bringing my anxiety significantly lower. Let me say, Dr. O’Neal is really OUTSTANDING at dentistry and patient care. Dr. O’Neal is professional thorough, caring (ensures I am comfortable and tolerant of the procedures) ... I could go on. I have elevated anxiety as well as sensitive issues, hence this long review and assessment of O’Neal Smiles. Honestly, Dr. O’Neal is the BEST Dentist! His whole establishment and his staff are stellar and unmatched.

I have been going to Dr ONeals office for several years now. I have had outstanding service and results in all areas. Dr ONeal really goes the extra effort to make sure you get a great result. I had a crown done there and have had crowns at other Dentists offices. Dr ONeal is truly the best. All of his office staff and technicians are equally outstanding.

Dr. ONeal goes the extra mile! When my son had a dental sports injury, Dr. ONeal not only answered my questions that weekend but made a spot available when his office opened on Monday morning. Not only is he professional and a wonderful dentist, he is kind and caring and has the best smile when he welcomes you for your visit.He has great office staff, everyone is professional and work well together. The patients needs are always first! The whole team is friendly, smiles and laughs and puts you at ease, even though you know they are working as fast and efficient as they can.He has a wonderful chair side assistant, Jennifer. who is very efficient, puts you at ease, and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the visit.I cant say enough about this wonderful dental office.

I have been going to Dr. Brandon Oneals office since moving to Atlanta 5 years ago. I LOVE THIS OFFICE. I have always been anxious when going to the dentist, but this office eases all my nerves. Brittany, the hygienist, is the best Ive had in my 34 yrs of life. She is patient, kind, and gentle when dealing with my teeth. Provides suggestions to improve the health of my teeth, without being pushy or degrading. Dr. Oneal is just awesome all around. Always friendly, smiling, and very knowledgeable. When I had a dental procedure performed, Dr. Oneal was professionally perfect. Hes a pro at cosmetic dentistry. I am glad I choose them to be my office.

Excellent service/Quality Care. I am from a small town and very particular about my dental care. Upon relocating to the area, I was able to get in with ease. The Dental Team, which includes the admission/intake staff, was friendly and kind. I loved the way that my teeth felt after my cleaning and exam. Dr. ONeal greeted us upon arrival. And, he spoke to us about his assessments during the exams. It felt like being back home, with my previous dentist. In addition, My daughter also enjoyed her visit. Access and quality of care is definitely Top of the Line. I look forward to our next visit.

All the staff at Oneal smiles almost make you enjoy going to the dentist. Professional, sociable and all around great people. Good dental work and always on their toes with making sure you stay up to date and have a healthy mouth! Our whole family loves Dr. ONeal and his staff. Dr. ONeal is a very charming (and handsome!) man. The practice uses newer technology for diagnosing and treatment. The office is professional, yet friendly and welcoming. Dr. ONeals assistants and hygienists are top notch - gentle, thorough and attentive. Ive never had to drown in my saliva here; they are always ready with the vacuum! Ive been to a lot of dentists all over the country- Dr. ONeal is my favorite, hands-down.

My visit with Dr. Oneal was great. He is very good about explaining what the problem is and how to fix it. The best part about my visit was that I needed a crown and he was able to do the crown all in one visit. I have not had a bit of trouble with the crown. Also the staff at the front desk was very nice and informative. By the time I left I knew what my insurance was going to take care of. Very impressive!

I have been using ONeal Smiles for close to 10 years now. I have never been disappointed. They greet me by name when I walk in, and I seldom have to wait. If I do, my wait is no more than a few minutes. The staff is friendly, and I would highly recommend them if youre looking for a dentist.

Pros: I have TMJ and the hygienist is fast and efficient. Lovely waiting room. Plenty of parking. Friendly dentist.Cons: kind of an open floor plan - too much noise for me. Not major enough to lose a star though, or more importantly: not major enough to change dentists.So, yeah - if you are looking for a dentist: Dr. ONeal is your guy.

Whereas many people hate going to the dentist, I can honestly say I LOVE coming to ONeal Smiles. The staff is warm and welcoming and treat you just like family. Dr. ONeal and his practice have been wonderful for me and my children. I cant recommend them enough!

Once Upon a Time I would put off going to the dentist for as long as possible. Thanks to the skilled and funny Dr. ONeal, his warm and friendly staff, and their modern and beautiful yet welcoming facility, it feels more like going to a spa then going to the dentist, and I hardly want to leave!

Dr. ONeal was warm and friendly but also extremely professional in his visit with me. I had some specific questions on my porcelain veneers and their replacement and his detailed explanation of how he would handle the replacement involving a periodontist to check the health of my gums and the lab to match my natural teeth exactly was very comforting. I truly felt like I was in the right place to have the work done. I was so pleased with his warm chairside manner and professional knowledge that I referred my elderly parents to him for their dental needs and we have been beyond pleased with the results.

Dr. ONeal and his staff are absolutely wonderful. Before going to Dr. ONeal it had been almost 10 years since I seen a dentist due to my horrible experience with my last dentist. Dr ONeal and his staff are always so friendly and kind. I have never waited long for my appointment or waited at all really. They are even great about getting preauthorization for dental work with your carrier in a timely manner and they do not push you to have work done unless it is absolutely needed as soon as possible. My husband and I are very happy with the work he has done. My husband has had some major work done and he always walks out feeling good, even after being in the chair most of the day. He was please with the outcome and had no pain, not even a headache. Dr ONeal and his staff feel more like close friends and family to us then just our dentist we see twice a year.

When I moved to the ATL area, I had to leave behind a dentist that I loved. I tried a couple of different local dentists with disastrous results. Then a coworker referred me to Dr. ONeal. These folks are AWESOME!!!! I dont dread going to the dentist anymore. :-) Dr. ONeal went above and beyond to correct the issues caused by the other dentists (and hes good with a needle ... no pain!). He never recommends work that isnt needed and he stands behind the work he does. The hygienists are also friendly and skilled. As long as Im in the ATL area, this is my dentist!

During a conversation with one of my customers I found out that he was a dentist with an office in Alpharetta.
