The Northside network is all about trying to squeeze every cent out of you. Went for an annual physical and ended up paying a few hundred dollars for stuff like facility fees not covered by my insurance and I have pretty good insurance.

Best team and staff, I have been around in a long time. Follow up by nursing staff, billing, where great, could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. McCord, answered all our questions and took the time to explain all treatments.

Dr. Austin is a very experienced doctor and knew the treatment that I needed. I am cancer free and very grateful. The nurses are so caring and made me feel encouraged throughout treatment!

People is disrespectful and very rude. They act just as they dont really care. Bad experience, specifically with the people who answer the calls.

Went there for Check up they charged me over 900$, called them many times and the manager refused to make any refund!!! Dont go there, poor management, horrible
