Her office is run with military precision and all of her people are extremely competent and communicate well. Seven weeks later and you can barely see my 3 long scar on my cheek. I have had several skin cancers removed from my face by this practice. I have never had a bad experience. Dr. Nalovic is a true professional with MOHS and suturing. They are very attentive, they listen to you, take notes so that any one of their team who is part of your procedure is in the know. They encourage communication so you are always comfortable!

Outstanding experience. Entire team including Dr. Nalovic has exceptional bedside manner. Had Mohs surgery on my forehead and had at least a quarter size hole. Just took the initial bandage off to clean and prep it and I have to say, if I walked down the street, I think people wouldnt even be able to notice it. Amazing job of sewing it up!!! Great after care instructions so make sure you follow them.

An amazing experience! The staff was extraordinary, and I must have dealt with more than 12, each doing something different, but necessary. When I met the doctor, she was very personable, funny, but keenly focused on the issue at hand, a squamous cell carcinoma on the right lower leg. Got it all in two attempts, nice stitching, little bleeding, swelling and no infection. Go back in two week to have the stitches removed, cant wait!

I had dermabrasion on my nose to remove a scar from a biopsy. The work was done about 8 weeks ago. Dr. Nalovic did a great job. The scar is gone and the skin is smooth. I have an expected flat area on my nose where the scar was located. Some redness is still present but it is continuing to fade. The office has contacted me several times to check on my progress and give me advice. I am very happy with the results.

I am very aggravated by her attitude and that the cancer continued to grow after the surgery. .She did a beautiful job leaving no scar visible, but one end of the scar did not heal properly and she refused to see me in a timely manner, canceled an appointment with me, and then denied that it was the same place she had done the surgery. It was almost four months after the surgery before she would see me and most of the scar had healed. But since it had been on my face for 4 months there was no doubt to me that it was where she had done the surgery. So, I had to go to a different doctor, have another biopsy, and surgery again when she refused to help. Kathryn C. Underwood

Best experience I have had with a medical practice! Cannot comment from a pt viewpoint but i can say from a prospective employee viewpoint, this place is horrible. Interview was 45 min after the given time, the doctor was too lazy to come out of the office to even say hello, some med asst/resident/etc (who did not seem to understand how to conduct an interview) came and peppered me with some rapid fire questioning....it felt like speed dating.In addition, the front staff were not friendly at all.I can see why they are constantly advertising for employees on job websites.

The team that did my procedure was very professional and efficient. I also had a billing question and the third party person (Maya) was very pleasant and helpful. It was refreshing to talk to a live person when I called and to get the information I needed to followup on a claim.

I have visited this office a few times in the last 2-3 years to have cancer removed from my face. I use to really like coming to this office but after my last visit I think it will be my last. The office staff has changed a lot over the years since I started but I always remembered one or two familiar faces when I visited. That has changed.. This most recent visit I felt as if I was at a new office and I was treated as if I had never been there before, this put an uneasy feeling in my stomach. I also noticed that the staff looked very young. I asked one of the girls about the new staff and she joked and said that the doctor likes to keep the staff younger because it is fast paced and a younger staff will listen and keep up better. I thought this was kind of odd... I later noticed that during my procedure the doctor was constantly critiquing and ordering the staff around. This made me feel uncomfortable. I also noticed one of the newer employees getting reprimanded by another employee in their laboratory as I walked down to the surgery center. Also unprofessional. To top all of this off my Insurance was not done correctly and my bill is through the roof!My surgery was an extremely rushed experience and I will not be returning to this office if I have another one of these spots removed.

I just had my second basal cell skin cancer surgery done by Dr. Katarina Nalovic. Both on my nose, once in 2006 (left side) and recently (2019) on the other side. She uses the Mohs Procedure. I show people photos during the surgery and the end result and they marvel that it can heal that well. She really has great skill! She has a terrific sense of humor, very kind, friendly and professional. The staff is attentive and helpful. Truly a first class operation! Five stars!

HORRIBLE experience at this place. Please save your money and time because there are much better places to go in Atlanta. I have never been to a health care establishment with a management that was so incompetent. During my visit, the staff was constantly being shouted at by management. Completely unprofessional. I felt uncomfortable being there and listening to such things during my visit.

Got in same day I called due to her open door policy; she takes her wounds and their treatment very seriously, giving clear, specific instructions. Her staff and the entire office experience was truly remarkable: everyone had a pleasant attitude, limited wait time, frequent check ins from staff (do you need water, blanket, anything). A live person even answers the phone when you call. Lastly, Dr. Nalovik calls to check on you after surgery; a staff member called after my follow up on a Friday after 5:00pm. Just impressive. Was my surgeon, Dr. Natlovic ,She was very thorough and explain everything to my Satisfaction. A second incision was needed to completely remove the Basel Cell Carcinoma, the first one was to shallow . Her staff made sure I was comfortable. The staff went thru the post OP. instruction two times , and I was presented a copy to take Homeas well as some dressing items for use during the healing.She called that evening to make sure I wasnt having any problems.I will definitely come back to her if I have any new problems.

The most impressive, efficiently run organization I have ever experienced, in both my business and health needs. The staff and Dr. Nalovic are all exceptional. The doctor has many support staff and each has their own specific specialty. All are totally aware how stressful cancer is for everyone and they respond accordingly... warm, professional, understanding, caring and patient. I was treated like I was their only patient, some sort of celebrity, and felt more like I was visiting a spa rather than a physicians office. Of course Dr. Nalovics humor (I call it mom humor), help me relax, as I bet it does for most or all.My dermatologist, Dr. Kevin Berman, raved about Dr. Katarina Nalovic and her staff. Now I too am a believer... and groupie.

I had two separate surgeries for Basal Cell Carcinoma on my face. The whole experience was great. Each Dr. and each assistant worked perfectly together to make sure all my needs were met. We spoke during the procedures and Dr. Nalovic was warm and fun during the whole time. I would recommend Dr. Nalovic to anyone needing skin surgery. I cannot say enough for her and her staff.

Dr. Katarina Nalovic is an outstanding Mohs surgeon. She has treated my skin cancer issues several times. Three times the skin cancers have been on my face, and you would never know that I have had surgery on my face. I was impressed with the Dr. Navolic and medical staff. She is very proficient and efficient. She had high standards and requires action. Staff were friendly and helpful.

I went to see Dr. Nalovic for basel carcinoma and my experience was incredible. She is such a perfectionist along with her team . I had deep stitches as well as closing ones. in two weeks it looks like , I have not had any surgery at all. She also will not let you leave without getting all of the cancer , thought that was great as well. I would recommend seeing her if at all possible , the best , and a great attitude to go with her sense of humor.

I couldnt give a higher recommendation for the staff and Dr. Nalovic! Superior patient care and professionalism. If I ever need another procedure, I will not go anywhere else! Great job everyone!!
