I went in for a gel manicure & pedicure. The staff was kind & it was very clean. When the technician started on my nails she asked if I wanted to do SNS. I’m not familiar with it, so she explained it was better for my nails so I decided to try it. When it was over, she didn’t do anything for my cuticles, & she didn’t put any lotion on me, no hot towel, or massage as advertised in the manicure. There’s even black stuff under & around my nails, so they aren’t even clean. On top of that, it looks like there’s still powder under the color. It looks terrible. When I complained she said it was fine, but as I was paying another woman noticed it & said it needed to be fixed. After 3 tries, my thumb looks ok, but not great & most of the other nails look like there’s still powder on it. It also cost more than the gel, which no one told me. I’m fine paying more if it’s good quality & service, but this was not that.

I came for a pedicure with my sister. We were seated at the same time. However, her services were started before mine which isn’t a big deal. Until, three other people walked in and were seen before me. I legitimately sat in cold water attempting to wait patiently, but at the hour and a half mark and my sister’s nail and pedicure service were almost complete and I still hadn’t been seen I had to walk out. There’s no excuse for any business to behave in this manner. The only thing that was different was the color of my skin! Shameful behavior!

I love the staff and services at Noire Nail Bar! Always prompt and so friendly and skilled at what they do. They always remember me when I come in! Great rewards program as well.

I’ve been here multiple times and each time Angie has done the best job on my nails. I’ve gotten more compliments on her work than any other nails I’ve had.

I went to get my nails done for 1st time. These people want people visiting them to know it all and then go there and make decision in seconds like their regular customers. They don’t have the patience to talk to a 1st timer or wait for a response. They assume the length of the nails I want, shape I want and even color I want. If I have chosen a color aren’t they supposed to ask me if it’s the same color for my toe nails and fingernails. When I say I’m poor at maintaining them and I wanted suggestion about what kind lasts longer, they answer in such a rude way saying you rather don’t get it done if you cannot maintain. This is not what a 1st timer who is skeptical needs to hear!! 1st of all they are so keen on upwelling their expensive ombré nails and if I’m not sure if I like it they lose patience and start doing my nails without getting proper details.. it was very unprofessional. I would understand their impatience if the place was busy..but it wasn’t.. definitely not a acceptable 😡

If you are looking for a great experience, I highly recommend Noire! The whole staff is so friendly, professional, & do great work with a variety of services & techniques. I usually work with Tammy, who is always an absolute pleasure to chat with & I walk out with perfect, long-lasting manicures every time.

This place is a one of the worse i have ever experienced.The owner is just money hunger and want to rip you off and make money, no matter what. After a week my nails started to separate from the Gel powder, and he said : oh, you need a new set again, means pay another $60. I said you guys should have told me this last week, but he rejected to accept it . My suggestion to you guys : DONT EVER GO THERE....

I completely disagree with prior reviews. It took almost 2 hours just to get dip powder acrylics with gel on top that literally broke the next day, and i had to sit there for over an hour just to get one nail fixed (another one broke in half the next day- the day of my wedding!) The gel on my toes was already chipped by the time the wedding rolled around 2 days later. needless to say I’m very disappointed in the service and quality of my nails. I spent way to much money and time to have nails that normally last me 3weeks break and chip off the next day.

I got SNS on my natural nails on a Saturday. By Sunday, the very next day, they had already started chipping. Monday they chipped more, and then more. They looked nice but the chipping was disappointing, my natural nails were at risk.

Angie is the best! I go here for my ombré nails and fill ins and I have not been disappointed. I’m very hard on my nails and often break them but Angie recommended ombré powder for extra strength. Since I have been doing ombré, my nails look perfect for weeks and they don’t break anymore! There are also different color options to change it up every once in a while :)

The services that I received we’re definitely over charged they did my nails and they are not what I expected , I feel like she rushed and did not take her time as she did them. My lengths and acrylic applied does not match ... I also brought a family member with me and the left her sitting with her feet in the water for 2 hours while they worked on 3 different people who came in after he . The nail polish that was applied for them was not applied correctly and we will never go there again .

I go see them every two weeks. If you can, get Angie. You’ll want to book ahead of time, cause she’s in high demand! Her work always looks clean and lasts! She takes pride in her work and sets a high standard for herself.

My family and I visited this establishment on March 20, 2021, for a girls day. I treated my mother-in-law, mother, stepdaughter, and goddaughter, and myself. My stepdaughter is seven, and my goddaughter is 11. My stepdaughter is seven, and my godchild is eleven. I dont allow them to get acrylic nails due to their age. An older male charged me $10 for the 11-year-old and $5 for the seven-year-old. When asked, he told me that my 11 godchild was considered an adult. I complained, and he informed me that its his policy and explained that I would never visit this establishment again

I really liked Tammy and my experience was ok. I walked out paying $88 and they didn’t even offer Andy thing to drink. My pedicure was $78 and left a tip of $10.00. I’ll keep searching the area and until I’m completely happy

First time at this salon. it was a pretty atmosphere but the coating is uneven and bumpy. i asked for an almond shape and some of my fingers look more like stiletto. wont be going back :(

I hadn’t had a pedicure or manicure in a while. The staff is very professional and welcoming. We even share a hometown connection. I went here in a recommendation from my coworker and I was not disappointed. Definitely going back especially since they’re located directly across from my job.

I am new to the area and I have been here four months. When I relocated from another state I thought it would be easy to find a nail salon.. but HEY... I FORGOT THIS IS GEORGIA... ATLANTA... so anything within the hour has crazy competition!! I googled salons and read plenty of reviews for a while..I went here today and Jimmy services me... I LOVE THIS SALON!! I LOVE HIM... his personality and all.. everyone is nice and courteous and down to earth and the salon is extremely nice! It doesn’t have a salon feel and I like that!!! CHECK THEM OUT!!! I now have my nail tech and my salon!!! I am not a chair hopper with anything so he is stuck with me as long as I reside here!! The service and atmosphere was GREAT!!!

Update: Went into the salon to get them fixed but the manager refused to help me because it was more than 3 days ago. The woman who did my nails started arguing with me because she claimed she charged me $10 extra for length and she did inform me. 1) no she did not inform me 2) those nails were not long at all. 3) arguing with a customer looks and is ridiculous. I asked for a refund and they refused, so I asked for the owners number and they gave me a fake number.Ive been going to this salon for a couple months now. Gorgeous nail salon. They offer you wine which is why I gave it 2 stars. I asked for pink and white with tips and the woman who did my nails did way too much white. On top of that, 3 days after I paid $55 even though their menu said $45, one my my nails snapped off. They now look so bad, its only been 4 days. My nails have air bubbles in them, and on the edges it looks like I glued the nails on myself. I called the salon today, 4 days after the manicure and the guy on the phone said that if I want anything done about it Id have to come today or tomorrow. Ill update my review after my experience.

This is the first place in a long time that has actually won my forever business. I have been to three different nail salons in the past year and Noire Nail Bar is hands down the best in the metro Atlanta area. Toby is beyond amazing, gentle and very detailed. This is my go-to even though I live 45 min north and work in Sandy Springs. Started going there 3 years ago for pedicures, gel and SNS manicures. It’s very clean and comfortable. Nice chairs. They always do good work. Great selection of nail color. Water or other drinks and even a complimentary glass of wine. Fairly priced. It’s my favorite place for nails or waxing.

Skilled at nails and waxing, fast, efficient and the staff are fun to converse with. They are not afraid of recommending better products and explaining both the good and the bad of each product! Its also easy to book appointments and they keep the schedule running and that makes them very reliable! I will keep coming back!

I went to this nail place on recommendation from family. What a disaster! The man doing my nails completely rushed through it and my nails were completely uneven. I had to sit there and have him redo to ENTIRE thing WASTE OF MY TIME!! I have never had my nails turn out so poorly. I will never go back here. Horrible experience! Do yourself a favor and save your money, this place is a scam!

My nail chipped one day after I got it done and another time before the week even ended and they were rude when I went back to get it fixed. I’m currently waiting in the salon to get it fixed and it’s been over 40 minutes. I got a gel manicure and it’s never chipped so fast but I’m waiting on my third chip the week isn’t over yet 🙄 Not worth the $33 and tip

Really liked Noire at first...beautiful salon and great service, but after awhile, they made the mistake many businesses make, they got too familiar and start taking their customers for granted and taking liberties they really shouldnt...the last few times, my nails were done so badly, and the nail technicians attitudes were so bad, I just decided not to go back. There are too many nail salons in my area for me to put up with bad service.

It was my first time going to a nail salon in Atl and the experience was AMAZING! Along with the great decor and the amazing vibe, the place was impeccably clean and very relaxing. The staff was welcoming and the technicians were thorough and very talented. They didnt rush and spent much time on the details. I am in LOVE with the result and they still look amazing! I think I have found my new place! Definitely going back:)

Ive been here once because Ive just moved around this area. But I was really disappointed because of the cheap way of the technician. I remember that I came for a gel manicure. It wasted $35 but the lady who did to me didnt do as professional as she looks. I think she is the manager there. She did at the same time 2 people and it just took me 15 minutes to have gel manicure done. She looks like in a rush to catch other clients and didnt spend passion in clients. I must say that Ill never come back here again. I wish I can rate zero for them.

The salon has a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and talented. I have tried almost every technician here and they are all amazing. I got SNS manicure and they last for at least 3 weeks. The price is comparable to Avalon or Bluegrass but the customer service is what will keep me coming back.

I had a great experience at the nail salon. Angie did my nails and Sam did my pedicure. They both did an excellent job and very polite and considerate. Any request that was made regarding how I liked my manicure or pedicure was well received. They are a very professional group of technicians.

I have been here twice and I have loved my nails both times. The staff is very friendly and professional. My only complaint is I made an appointment for me and my friend and we didnt get who we made the appointment with but we were both happy with how they did our nails.

Ive given this place multiple times to provide better service. Each time I am disappointed. Today, I walk in, no one greets me initially. Finally, a very well dresses lady walks up to me and ask me what I want. Well, Im in a nail salon, theres a chance I want a pedicure, manicure, eyebrows or something of that sort.She tells me to sit there and I litterally had to find my own seat. She immediately hands me the sheet with a list of services. The lady starts the pedicure and she whips right through it. It was a rushed job and Ive experienced this with them before. The service is very cold, straight to the point and dry. My recommendation is to try a spot further up Old Milton, Crystals Nails . The ladies are welcoming and very warm.

The chemicals in the spa will consume you. It is strong and very unpleasant. Beautiful salon, but they did not paint my nails well here. They will offer you additional beverages such as wine, water, or soda. Theres plenty of parking and the staff is very friendly. I also with they had better quality nail polishes for what you pay for.I wont be back, but good luck!

I came in with long nails and left with stubbs!!. The nail tech couldn’t get my old SnS polish off so she was so aggressive and so ruff with my nails. She literally dug and tore my skin. I told her several times she was hurting me, but it continued. I woke this morning with cuts under my nails and the beds of my nails are so sore I had to put medication on them. I’ve never had such a ruff nail experience and I’ve been having my nails done every two weeks for years at another salon. Save ur skin and nails and go elsewhere!!!

Soooo, I’m always whatever with the nail salons in general. I keep going because I don’t have any other option, I have to do my toes at least once a month, I mean....So I came to this brand new place, the guy in the reception told me I would wait 15 min, I actually waited 1 h 10 min. Then the girl, nice girl tho, barely touch my toe nails. So it’s basically you come to these nail salons to give your money away, not trying to be rude or mean but this is not a cheap service, and I feel like we have to start saying something about it! I feel like they are so used to people not complaining about paying for nothing.I rather writing good reviews better than this one but felt it necessary to give a heads up to others.Roswell Rd location.

I went to get my nails done a couple of days ago. The old lady with short hair who did my nails was quick. She didnt clean up my cuticles and didnt massage as well. When I complained, she tried to convince me it looked good. Rushed me out though not busy. Terrible business. I am disappointed for this nail places.

I had been looking for a new nail place for a while now and this place was perfect! I came in at 6:30, worried theyd be frustrated I was coming in so late for a full set and gel nail. They soaked mine and my daughters finger tips in the cuticle remover. My fingers hurt and are pealing, catching on my clothes etc. From someone thats been getting their nails done for over 20 years this has never happened to me. They didnt seem to care and said that is the way they do it. The place is dirty from the floor to furnishings as well. I have pictures of my fingers, Im sensory sensitive as well so its double annoying especially when my hands are getting caught on my clothes.

Theres a million places to have a manicure done in this area, but only one place that always gets it right!!!! Noire nail bar is absolutely amazing! Every technician Ive had there is awesome, fast, nice, and always trying to save me money and help me take care of my nails! I keep going to different places and they do terrible jobs, Ive gone back here to have them fix my nails like 5 times, and they always do 200% better! They have a super nice, clean area with the newest techniques but still the best prices! Dont waste your time or money anywhere else!!!!!!!

Had a great experience was able to get my nails done exactly like the picture i showed will definitely be back!

I only came here because a friend recommended me. But I left feeling absolutely cheated . I told them I specifically wanted some plain black matte nails. The nail technician suggested ombré glitter because of the holidays. Her suggestion not mine . She promised me it will look good so I agreed. However when the bill came she charge me an additional $20 for this design!! And $5 was for a shape that I already had before I got there! They never mentioned the price or asked if I was okay with the price increase. I was led to believe during the conversation the glitter was simply includeded like any other paint or glitter that you would get it. Angie, The owner absolutely cheated me and she knew what she was doing. It was my first time there and she never showed me the price list for my nails or told me about the upcharge. Never again. And to be honest, my nails look cheap and gaudy, not worth $60! I wish I wouldve just went with my original decision.

This place used to be great; now they nickle and dime for every service. Just paid $80 for half painted finger nails, streaky toe nails, and oily hands and feet.

We were early for our pedi appt, but still didnt have to wait. They were very patient and gentle with my 88yo grandmother. A very enjoying and relaxing experience.

Not a good customer service experience. The place is brand new not sure if they will survive offering less than decent customer experience. The prices are more expensive than other nail places, yet the nail technicians arent accommodating. I felt like I needed to accommodate them. Its a turn over nail place, and it wasnt a good experience. The massage for pedicure lasted a minute and a half, the technician told me her back hurts too, after I said that I would like her to come over to the left side to do my left hand, because I cant turn my body to the side and constantly keep it turned like that. ( no Im not overweight and I also know its not a natural position for the body). Not good. I believe this place will get many one-time goers to check them out as they are new, but will have a a hard time attracting regular clients if they dont change their customer service skills to cater to clients needs much more than what theyve offered so far.

Although the people were sweet that work here I was charged $50 for basic SNS no design or tips and $36 for my daughters Acrylic without designs when I was told it would cost $30! Watch out for those hidden charges and be prepared to drop a small fortune on average service!

I asked for gel nails and got talked into sns nails. I wanted american tips (soft white vs bright white of french nails). The nails came out stubby looking meaning the white tips were way too thick and unnatural looking. On top of that the surface was not smooth nor shiny. I was very upset because I didnt have the time for her to redo them nor do I live in the area. I went home and put clear gel polish over the top but it did little to improve them. I will never go back.

This is probably the nicest and classiest nail salon in Alpharetta. Ive been to several and this is the one Im sticking with.

I visited Noire Nail Bar after having no luck finding parking at the nail salon at Avalon. I wanted a quick mani/pedi that I could fit in on a lunch break. The setting is adorable. There was an open seat for me right away. Angie was fantastic as was the gentleman who did my pedicure. Fair price, great service and quick turn around which is what I need. This will be my new Alpharetta go-to.

I had the worst experience here. The manicurist cut my skin with the cuticle clippers and it was bleeding. It continued to be painful throughout the pidicure (and still is an hour later). Afterwards I asked the manicurist if they were taking the service off my bill and she laughed and walked away. I then spoke with two managers who were rude and offered nothing off the cost. I am only hoping their instruments are clean and my toe heals with no issue. I know mistakes happen but they were so rude. Will NEVER go back here again!
