I told to make caramel color for my highlights .first of all they did blonde color highlights.then they apply something else and all high lights vanished.my hair is look like neither balayage or highlights .no highlights effect .on top of that all process while doing color ,appling shampooo or conditioner not professional at all .I don’t know which product they used my hair become more rough .I have did hair color 7 th time but ,this time it was my night mare experience.According to owner it is all perfect.very sad 😢 Saturday.spent 2 hours in this salon and results are not as I expected.

I am new to Johns Creek and I am looking for a good salon for threading and waxing. I saw this place have some reviews and wanted to give it a try. The person sitting in front desk did my eyebrows threading. She made my eyebrows very thin and one of my eyebrow was big and other was small at the end. And she speaks in a language I don’t understand. They look terrible. I look like a different person at the end. Never going back to this place again.

Salon is lovely. I walked in on a Thursday afternoon, without an appointment, to a very welcoming and accommodating staff. This was my first visit here, I had hoped they could fix a botched haircut from another salon. They did an amazing job on my hair and I even had them thread my eyebrows. I’m very happy with the results, and will definitely be going back again for haircuts, color and eyebrow threading.

She has given me helpful hints to help me grow back my eyebrows because they were very thin when I first came to her. Over the years I have seen great improvement. Sana did Microblading for me, First I was very scared as this is going to be something permanent on my face, she made me very comfortable and help me pick the color for my skin type. After she shaped my eyebrows with some black marker I was scared but she calm me down and told me she’s just trying to draw a shape as per your need, finally we decided on color and shape and now guess what ladies I have eyebrows..... Horrible experience with eyebrow threadingI don’t believe it’s owner that did themI’ve gotten my eyebrows threaded over 100 times this was my worst experience. She was smacking on her gum and was very slow and didn’t even shape them. I’m left with almost bleeding skin most painful threading ever. My eyebrows don’t look the same. At least train your staff before they work in clients and also to greet and speak English well enough. Never will I return

Ive also got keratin treatment done for my frizzy hair and love how manageable my hair now is.They wear masks and follow the proper cleaning guidelines even with multiple customers. Great experience with Sana! I was extremely nervous about process and results of Electrolysis. Sana made me feel very comfortable and I started to see results only in 3 visits my chin hair are growing very thin and almost going away. My ingrown hair stopped my skin is getting lighter and scar free super . Highly recommended.

So I been going to Dr Sana for past few months now to get my electrolysis services and I’m very happy with the results. My hair has almost gone and I got my original skin back. I will continue to go to her and will start another area like my underarms.

Poor customer service, poor quality work, slaps hot wax on my wifes lips burning them and to top it off when my wife complained, she told her to get out. The owner, Sana, does this.Seriously? Sana, you need to learn business skills and how to deliver customer service. Close your business if you dont want to work or you think you are beneath waxing and threading ... that is your job!

I went to this location twice to get my hair done and unfortunately the lady Eli has messed up the hair color . When I tried to explain her she don’t even understand the proper language . plus their salon smelled very bad flooring was dirty and I see some bugs around their salon .Very unprofessional people .it really don’t seem that they have over 15 years of experience at all . Half of their words on their site don’t match when you walk in for service . forget about the staff even owner don’t understand proper English .
