They tried to have a student perform an exam when I requested a doctor. I asked her what was the best way to clean my ears at home and she said don’t. “You should schedule a visit every time you need your ears cleaned.” While this could be great advice it’s not what I asked. After a brief exchange I walked out and paid for my visit. The cleaning procedure I was additional billed for next took place. This sorry bunch of people hit my credit report for services they did not do. Take a recommendation for anyone else before going to these people.

I don’t know how there are so many reviews but they hardly looked in my ears and didn’t address anything I said. Didn’t even do a hearing test or anything, um hello I said I have an ear problem. I went elsewhere and got way better care. Also no one washed their hands or wore gloves or anything when they came in the exam room. Staff was not friendly looked miserable.

Daniel Carothers was unprofessional, disappointing and didnt inform me I would get an additional bill.1-If your going to charge your patient a significant additional cost for the procedure aka looking in your nose with a flash light... YOU TELL THEM. I got an additional surprise bill in the mail after I paid in office.2-If I said Ouch, your hurting me you listen to the patient. It was evident that didnt matter to him.I probably sat there for 5 minutes as he tried to talk to me like a brick wall and explain what allergy spray was after I said I knew was it is and have tried it.3-No gloves, hand washing or sanitation.Overall, dont waste your time or money. They push you in and out to make money and dont care about your care or treatment.

Jennifer and the team in physical therapy are amazing. I had been to the Mayo clinic and Emory for help with little success. Jennifer took a personal interest and has tailored a rehab program that is working to bring my life back to normal. She has the experience, personal touch, and caring that will help you overcome the obstacles along the way. I am very pleased with her and the entire team.

Wow! I am truly blown away with this practice. I went in with an issue I really wanted to fix but doubted they would be able to help. They went above and beyond and truly cared about me and what I had been living with. They listened to everything. Never rushed me. Spent the time and found solutions. I recommend this practice, especially the Audiologist Erin Luckett. Truly amazing. Thank you.

Very very bad experience. They don’t care if people live or die. I waited for months on my sleep machine and neither the doctor nor the sleep therapist called when the machine is required and has been recalled. Don’t ever back to this place. I am surprised that Fish FM is still supporting them being Christian radio. Be true to yourselves.

Went for audio test to him, he said all looks good and suggested nasal endoscopy then suggested allergy test and at last said nothing can be done for the humming sound in my ears.Also sent me a bill of $600

My visit last week was great. Great communication with staff. Until today I looked on my portal and I was billed $126. Before my appointment last week, I told them I was self pay and they told me the quote before my visit. I was told today that I was under charged and now I’m expected to pay. And if I don’t pay within 90 days it goes to collections. I work for a doctors office myself and when it comes to self pay patients they get charged an arm and a leg and it’s not necessary. They couldn’t even explain to me what the extra fees was for. Very disappointed, I don’t recommend.

I have been going to the Brookhaven and Alpharetta offices now for a couple of months. During this time I have gotten diagnosis and treatments for problems I have been suffering through for years. In a short time frame my quality of life has jumped to a level I didnt think possible. Everything happened so quick and effortlessly with very clear education and instructions. I have felt thoroughly informed through the multiple issues they have been addressing and correcting. Communication, diagnostics, staff, and follow up have all exceeded my expectations.Today I took my 17 yr old for her first visit. I work in pediatrics and really came to respect my doctor even more because he spoke to my daughter. Its her health issues, not mine that were addressed today and he directed all of his attention to addressing her directly. Obviously, if I had questions I am sure he would have answered them, but she was the patient and he treated her and I really appreciated him letting her take the lead and not deferring to me.

In Jan 21, I had sinus surgery for the 3rd, and likely final time. Dr. Carothers was fantastic and I feel better than I ever have. Not needing countless sinus medications, rinses etc. Highly recommend a consult for any of you chronic allergy suffers.

Dr. Carothers is an absolute blessing! Our son could not breathe through his right nostril for 11 years due to a broken nose when he was younger! After seeing the Dr and having surgery he can now breathe and his nose is straight again. If social distancing was not an issue I would have hugged him. God bless him and his entire staff for helping my son!!!!

I waited 1hour and 10 minutes to be seen by Dr. Carothers to later be billed with the whopping amount of $767. He spend 10 min just to check on my nose and no other additional lab testing. Its crazy that they charge 1st time patient fee.I called other ENT offices and they dont charge for being a 1st time customer. Also I had another appointment with Dr. Carothers but they cancelled on me 3 days before it was due. Their office seem very disorganized and not too clean.

Dr. Carothers is an expert and so knowledgeable in his field. Multiple patients of his have told me how he has changed their lives. Breathing problems gone. Chronic sinus infections gone. I highly recommend seeing him for his expertise.

If you need an ENT doctor, Dr. Carothers is the one to see! He has always taken great care of me during my visits and is very knowledgeable about all of my ENT ailments.

I wanted to thank Dr. Carothers for introducing me to a New Medication DUPIXENT to help control my sinus issue, asthma & Polyps. I had only been in Georgia about 3 months from NYC when I started to have complications with my Asthma, Sinuses, loss of smell & Polyps in my nose. I had Nose surgery in NYC 12 years ago to remove Polyps from my Nose. I had recently started to have Asthma issues, Allergy Issues as well as Sinus infections. I went to see Dr. Carothers and after using steroids & other medications he introduced me to DUPIXENT to help reduce my polyps. It is an injection that I get maybe every 3/5 months depending if needed.Thanks to Dr. Carothers I did not need to have Sinus Surgery again and has helped me be Asthma free, polyps free, and infection free. Dr. Carothers is an Awesome Doctor and I strongly recommend him to anyone who has issues.

Dr. Carothers was so sweet to my 6 year old who suffered from enlarged tonsils and adenoids, causing sleep apnea. He recommended removal and it has made a world of difference. He is so personable and had conversions with my daughter that made her feel at ease as well as built trust. The Surgery Center he used (Alpharetta Surgery Center) was so much easier than a hospital and the care she received not only from Dr. Carothers, but the entire staff was A+. I could not have asked for a better care team for her if I would have hand picked them myself!

I have been seeing Dr Carothers for 6 years now. Dr Carothers has changed my life. I moved from Missouri to Georgia with horrible allergies. He has taken the time to figure out my sinus issues and has gone above and beyond to make me comfortable. He is probably the most gentle doctor I’ve ever met. The staff at ENT Institute is not far behind him in manners and politeness. The office is always clean and always welcoming every time I come in. I have on occasion needed to make payment arrangements and their option are more than complimentary in any specialty practice I’ve ever been too. I would recommend Dr Daniel Carothers and staff to my friends and family any day. Don’t let negative nellies cloud judgements of how amazing they truly are.

DO NOT GO HERE! The staff is very kinda during my appointment however, financially this is the worst place you could go. I asked prior to my visit how much the test I needed would be and the amount I was given was hundreds of dollars below what they billed me. This is the second time this has happened to me with this company and I should have learned the first time. Also the customer service line is terrible. It took 7 voice messages for me to get someone on the phone and they were no help to me at all.

I could go on and on about the misguiding, the price gauging, the hypocrisy and unprofessionalism of ENT. The results of my sons tests given by ENT had produced such serious concerns for us as parents (ENT pretty much said he was allergic to everything and recommended costly, weekly shots) that we sought a 2nd opinion 2 days later. The results from the new physician varied so much that it astonished even our new physician!!!I do not know what kind of antiquated doctrine ENT is using but I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!!! In fact, if i could give them -4 stars I would!!! MY ADVICE: seek a doctor who uses the most up to date modern technology & just STAY AWAY FROM ENT!!

It is funny how almost all 5 star reviews are coming from users who only have 1, 2 or 3 reviews! But anyways, this place is horrible. Do not expect any treatments from them. As other people have also mentioned, all they care about is your money. This is how your visit goes: You visit them for a serious hearing or throat issue, and what the doctor does is he sticks a camera in your nose for 5 seconds ($250), tell you to stay away from spicy food, and you better take the allergy test (several hundred), then they try so hard to convince you to take allergy shots (again another large bill) and tell you that you better perform the nose surgery to open up your nostrils, so you can breathe better. At the end, you and your insurance company have already spent thousands of dollars and you are still dealing with the same issue as when you walked in.

They are life savers and a blessing.

The doctor and surgeon were great.However, their billing practices are terrible. I have attempted to speak with the billing manager several times about a bill that they want me to pay. In December, the doctor said I should do immunotherapy for allergies, I agreed under the condition that the medicine wouldn’t be mixed until January after I had my surgery so that my deductible would already be met and my insurance would cover the entire cost of the immunotherapy. Doctor has provided his notes where he says the medicine is not to be mixed until January. He confirmed this with the nurse.The office ordered and mixed the medicine in December 31st and is now repeatedly attempting to charge me $2100 because “it doesn’t matter when it was ordered, I have to pay for it.” Keep in mind, during this time, nobody at the office has scheduled me to actually receive the therapy either.Do not use this office. They attempt to belittle you and do not care when the error is theirs. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.

I was asked to take a test by the physiotherapy team which would cost USD 100. I paid for the same. They could not provide results on the day that the test was done due to some machine issues and I was asked to come back after couple of days. I was given the results when I went after couple of days. A paper on the same exercises as provided as on my first trip was given to me. I was charged another USD 50 to just get the results of a test I had already paid for and exercises that I already had.

DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE! The office is drab and appears unclean. The front window staff was unprofessional and didnt respect my time nor did Dr. Carothers. He will nasal scope you without warning or cause then walk you to the exit window to pay a $250.00 plus bill. Unprofessional and Unacceptable!!!

Very happy with the doctors, testing and physical therapy facilities. Service seems to be handling well this special time with the pandemic. I haven’t had to wait more than 10 minutes to go in. Highly recommend.

Seeing Joel Alexander was a bad experience. He couldnt WAIT to get out of the room. I thought he had another patient to see, but nope... just had enough of doing his job answering my questions. Barely even looked in my ears... to the point that he completely missed or ignored significant ear drum inflammation in my right ear when I decided to get a second opinion. Terrible bedside matter and clearly just didnt want to be there. Overall a complete waste of time and money

My wife had a pain in her ears because of ear wax congestion and we wanted to clean wash it.Doctor ,I don’t remember her name may be Christy , just used a thin iron tool without any softener or water or solution..my wife got more pain while doctor was trying to clean her ears..my wife rejected it because she got lots of pain after that thin iron in her ear.. Doctor said that even she did not touch her ear only touched to wax!! we have realized that one of my wife ear was bleeding when we have return to our house.Also doctor fell the iron tool on the ground and not clean it took it and used it..I don’t know other doctors but she was terrible...we will never ever go to this place.

We were sent to ENT Institute Alpharetta from their Gainesville office for special testing to determine why my husband had horrible sudden onset vertigo which couldnt be diagnosed with just an exam of the ears or hearing test. The ladies in their PT department at Alpharetta were so nice and managed to get us in same day as his Gainesville appt which was a blessing because his vertigo was extreme and making him very sick. They figured out exactly what was wrong and had him well by the next day with the maneuver they used once they knew what to treat. We are very thankful and greatly appreciate their speedy help and genuine care and concern for his well being, and especially for getting him well so quickly. Thank you so much.

Always felt totally confident with ENT’s services. Had a procedure today which they neglected to inform me whether it would be done at their office or the surgery center. Getting a live person on the line is not always easy. After 3 attempts, I was able to connect with a person who was very helpful. Otherwise, always a pleasant experience!

Had to wait for almost an hour after scheduled appointment before seeing a provider. Phone number is useless. Our office hours are 9am-5pm, called at 10am, please call back during office hours.Edit: Was supposed to have received a phone call to receive more information about a surgery(price, scheduling, etc) over a month ago. Tried calling back but no one seems to be in at that office at all.

Dr. Marcis was very pleasant and through. She addressed all my issues and made sure I was comfortable with the changes to my hearing device.Front desk was also very pleasant.

I have been here multiple time in last 3 months, before and after sinus surgery. I would highly recommend Dr Alvarez and Dr. Angel. They are thorough and know what they are doing. I feel like they genuinely care about my health.

If I could give this location No Stars I would. First visit for a hearing test only with Dr. Carothers went well. I had a scheduled follow up for my HEARING TEST and saw Dr. Angel. He basically looked at me and literally said Yeah, your hearing is not going to get any better then proceeding to have me fill out paperwork regarding my sleeping. I went along with it because i wasnt sure if this had anything to do with my HEARING, hes the Doc right?! He used a swab and stuck this thing up my nose (the was be COVID 19) really far. Then by the time i left there he had me scheduled for a sleep study test. After leaving the office and I thought about what had happened i cancelled the sleep study. This is NOT what i was there for and Dr. Angel pushed this on me. Do not think they are not selling you stuff you do not need. After all of this i disputed my co-pay just for that visit and explained this to there accounts payable group. I spoke to one lady there (a few different times) who said she understood and she would do what see could. BTW... i do have insurance and an additional secondary insurance that they did bill. The co-pay was only $130 for both visits. After this i stopped receiving the billing past due email and thought (this is what i get for thinking) they did the right thing as just cancelled my bill. NOPE, just received a hit to my credit report that they turned this in to collections. If you have to go the ENT Institute what ever you do be real careful of Dr. Angel and what he tries to sell you. I will tell everyone i know about my experience at this location and recommend looking elsewhere.

After Dr. Carothers performed my sinus corrective surgery, I realized that I could breathe so effortlessly through my nostrils. The difference is night and day and I suffered for years.

RUN dont walk from this place. All I wanted was to be able to breathe easier and all they wanted was my money. I am now in debt trying to pay off a balance over a grand higher than they quoted me would be a max (the girl who I spoke with frequently from billing before surgery apparently stopped working there soon after I got the bill - convenient). AND my nose and breathing is in worse shape then it was before surgery. Im so upset with this practice. The doctors try to charm you but they just want their money, billing and front desk staff seem incompetent and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I had a poor experience with the call center. And I ask for John the Office Mgr and he was amazing. He listening to me go on and on. Never once doubt or challenged my experience. Instead he apologized took responsibility and put me in direct contact with an Allergist (Shelly) and in her absence her amazing sub for the day Ms Jill took great care of me. Keep me calm during the test. Love this practice because they care about the customers. Great Great Group of professionals

On my first visit, I had the pleasure of talking with the audiologist Michael Goforth. He has an abundance of skills and a good method of communicating to patients. Hes honest and upfront and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you understand the treatments available.The folks in the front office could probably use some coaching on a more warm and friendly presence toward patients. But overall, they seemed to be very good at what they do.

They charge once in office and later in mail saying that insurance didn’t cover. If insurance is not covering, why are are those charged without asking? If money is taken upfront, then they should be well aware of what’s covered and what is not.. billing staff needs training.

New Patient Experience: The easiest, most efficient doctors office I have EVER been in! Receptionist picked up my call on the 3rd ring. She was friendly, empathetic about my symptoms and got me scheduled 3 days out from my initial call. I walked in the office 30min early; new patient check-in on a tablet (SO EASY!), handed it back to the front office and in 5min I was being taken back to see the doctor - who walked into the room right behind me. Dr. French & his MA were friendly, empathetic, knowledgeable, and efficient. I feel like I finally have answers to my chronic (8 months) sinus issues!

I would recommend this Doctors office. They provided excellent customer service from the administrative desk , the nurse and the Doctor. They thoroughly explained what was going on and wanted follow up, it did not feel like the normal factory experience you typically get with Doctors today. I was happy with the entire appointment.

Dr. Carothers is amazing! Prior to seeing him I had been sick for 6 months seen by 8 different doctors and specialists. No one could figure out what was going on and would just continually put me on random antibiotics. One doctor even told me that I needed surgery. Dr Carothers did a culture to pinpoint what was going on and how to treat it. I am now infection free, not needing surgery and feeling better than I have in a long time. I am so thankful that I found ENT institute! Thanks so much!

Only thing missing was the coffee. Everyone had a smile, the nurse was awesome, new to the practice but hope she stays around. She went out of her way to assist with providing us a list of medications that was subscribed to her, to keep for your records.She introduced herself in a professional manner, insured we answered the questions correctly on the screening intake, and was a pleasure to work with.The computer tablets used to complete registration, earned a A+ for excellent!All round experience was excellent.

This was a great experience, especially for someone new to Georgia. Dr. French was calming and informative, my appointment was kept without waiting, and everyone, and I mean everyone, inside this office was helpful and friendly! Too, I did need hearing aids, and Linda, the audiologist was caring, professional, and took the time with me to explain all of my options without a heavy sales pitch. Too, Linda has gone that extra mile to ensure that the aids fit me well. Professionalism, a great listener, and caring for the whole individual. What more could anyone ask for? I would highly recommend this ENT Institute.

My experience at the ENT Institute exceeded my expectations. The nurses, nurse practitioners, therapist, and doctors are all very helpful and have some of the best bed side manners Ive ever seen.

Totally a scam place. I went in for an itchy ear feel and a hearing test was performed. I asked if this test was covered on my insurance and was told yes. Now I am receiving bills for $250.00. I trued calling the number provided on the bill for 2 weeks leaving messages never had my call returned. Finally today someone answered. I explained that I did not even need this test and was told my insurance would cover it. She said hold on... and returns after 5 mins. Mam I am sorry you were charged for a test you didnt need, but its your responsibility to do your research and know what your insurance covers not ours. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Worst service and I feel completely scammed too. The place was also unclean. Go somewhere else and avoid this scam. My ear problem was not resolved either and I was told to come back to see the Doctor again for another $219.20 charge. No thanks

This was my first and last visit to the ENT institute. Between receptionists not being at the desk at the scheduled time of my arrival, to messy work from the doctor (who seemed to have a cold) to the rooms not being properly outfitted and equipment questionably sterilized. Rude employees having conversations directly behind me to the point I cant even hear the person checking me out before leaving. Countless phone calls trying to talk to someone about my concerns and without much help. Would not recommend this business.

I have known Dr. French since he came to this practice. Dr. Gallup did my 1st sinus surgery and that too was a successful surgery. Dr. Gallup started the practice. Dr. French is very friendly and knowlegable. He lets you have input to what you feel works for your body. That is so important for anyone. If you dont understand something, ask him to explain. He is very good at that. I would highly recommend him.

ENT Institute is simply fantastic. They are quite possibly the best and most professional medical practice I have been to. Dr. French is in a class of his own and his competency and ability give credence to his reputation. I highly recommend Dr. French and his team if you are having any issues with your ears or nose. They will fix the issue with compassion and precision.

Good overall experience for my first visit. The visit was 5 Stars, but Im only giving 4 for now because I havent received my bill and cant give an honest review until then.The check in staff was very friendly. Would maybe seem unprofessional to some because she was laughing and having a good time. I personally enjoyed it. Its nice having someone that does their job without looking like theyd rather be anywhere else. The wait time after filling out my paperwork was less than 5 minutes.Had the hearing test done with Michael Goforth. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. Clearly explained everything he was doing and when he went over the options I had for improving my condition he stated which ones were and were not covered by insurance.Had my ENT exam with Jennifer Chen- PA. She was fabulous!! She listed to everything I said and never once made me feel rushed. I have multiple things going on we worked together to prioritize which was the most urgent to treat and what I wanted to wait on because I was feeling overwhelmed.Based off of this appointment I would recommend them. I will update my review after I receive my bill and see if anything changes.

Had problems with nose bleeding and the silver nitrate treatment did not work. Contacted ENTI this morning and explained that I had a flight out to Tampa on tomorrow and needed this treated ASAP, they fit me into their busy schedule. The Dr. performed a electro-cauterization and was very gentle as I am nervous around needles. Dr. Daniel Carothers was outstanding and his Nurse was great as well.

I went over a month in the dark about my condition and dealt with severe symptoms, ER and unproductive office visits while trying to move forward with daily life. After my first visit with Allison at Fyzical Therapy/ENT Institute it felt like bricks lifting off of my shoulders. Bricks of relief from finally getting answers and DIRECT information. They got me an appointment quickly as a new patient and have been nothing short of phenomenal since. Don’t waste your time anywhere else.

I want to thank the staff at the ENT Institute in Alpharetta. Each time I go for my therapy for my vertigo the staff was so friendly and kind. My PT worked with me I could not ask for any more professional people. They showing me how professional they were, I call for an appointment on short notice they work me in. My PT therapist Christen (PT) very nice lady work with me on my therapy. She knows I was not feeling well she ask me if I wanted to see the Doctor that day because I was in so much pain. She asks me that show she care for her patients. DR Angel seen me few minute after my therapy for that was a blessing he was my angel that day. He knew what he was doing. I just want to take time to thank everyone at the Alpharetta office DR Angel, (PT) Christen, Renee, Front desk Olivia, and Joy. ENT Institute in Alpharetta has my vote being the best ENT office around.

They Refused to treat me because they couldn’t verify my insurance. (My wife is under my policy and she did not have any problem here and i told the front desk about it, but they did not listen). I am not even a new patient, but they forced me to pay new patient fee ($110) upfront plus whatever doc is going to charge. I waited over hour and had to walk out.

I am very pleased both with the results of sinuplasty a year ago and the follow up visits.

Again, as Ive seen on other peoples posts, I was billed for a surgical procedure that was not required. I was told the billing office would get back to me. To this date, Ive heard nothing. They claim to have transparent pricing - this is very far from the truth!

Doctors are good but the patient services stuff is incompetent. From messed up appointment to attempt to overcharge for a visit. And at the end taking a defensive stand with a patient. Bad experience. Will not use them again. Btw, this was an Alpharetta office on Preston Ridge. To the ENT stuff - remember, patients are your customers and customers have to be treated with respect.

The staff and Doctors were friendly and professional. The office kept on schedule with the appointments which to me is very considerate of my time as well as theirs. Dr. French spent time explaining my symptoms and the treatment method he was going to use. One of the best Doctor appointment experiences I have had.

Dr French and his staff of PAs are professional, thorough and efficient. They have good bedside manners and listen to their patients. I have been seeing them for three years and they have greatly improved a condition that had stumped many other doctors.The patient intake is also electronic and relatively fast.

I was referred by my PCP. Upon visiting there were other obvious issues with my sinuses and congestion. They offered to check them out for me. Soon, I began treating my allergies with injections at home. I appreciate the treatment and the staff. Theyre always very kind and friendly.

The front office does not have their act together here. I wont go into details but the net-net is they wasted my time on two different occassions (2 of 3 appointments) and I will never work with them again. Their manager never even followed-up on my request to speak with them based on my experience. Strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Scammers. Beware. They charged me hundreds of dollars in out of pocket fees at check out for some special instrument that is not covered by insurance. That wasnt my issue...the issue is that although I was aware of a possible charge IF used, the practitioner didnt inform me FIRST prior to using and TELL me what the additional charge would be and then ASK my permission to proceed. Tell me how much it costs first and allow me the option! I had no idea a special instrument was even being used! How would I know what is a standard device vs special device as part of a medical visit. Its like going to have the Dr check your heart and he uses a stethoscope and then he says at check out you owe $400 for using that instrument to check your heart Um, what made that stethoscope so special? How would I know the difference or what is standard? And why would you not tell me first and give me a choice before charging me?! I totally felt they hustled me like a car dealership. This place is truly about making money from patients and insurance companies and they could give a sh** about your well being.

As a first time patient I didnt know what to expect. The team here is great. From the front staff to the nurses assistants to the PAs I was treated great. Everything was explained and Ill definitely recommend you to friends and family. Thanks.

Dr French and his practice are the best!! I had spent many years with constant sinus infections. The infection got so bad at one point I was in bed for 2 weeks of every month before I finally had the balloon procedure Dr. French recommended. Along with the allergy testing provided in office I started on allergy shots. I have just completed year 2 of the shots and I havent had sinus infection once since. Dr French has great patience and compassion and I recommend him and his practice to everyone.

The entire staff was great! The doctor took his time to listen to me and explain why I could be having my symptoms. The office staff was very accommodating and friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I could get an appointment time that was convenient for me. I have never been treated so well at a doctors office!

The worst service ever you can have 😤😤😤You have to call more than ten times to get your service....... hold you on the phone more than 15 minutes, so you have to be free at the day which you want to call them on .Doesn’t matter for them if you spend a week out of your medication but the most important thing for them to collect their money first.😡

Deshawn H. in the ENT billing department is truly phenomenal and deserves recognition for her hard work! She legitimately cares about others and is an all-around GREAT person! She knows her job well and treats each conversation as if it is the first one shes had after a long nights rest. Deshawn does her best to provide you with clarity regarding your bill and takes her job seriously. Her co-worker Robin was also fantastic and pleasant to speak with prior to transferring me to Deshawn. I appreciate you both!

This is the worst place to see a doctor. I never see such an unprofessional place including doctors and staffs. They just want to get your money like a money sucker., As soon as money is paid, they will behave with you like a number. As an example, I requested to release medical report to a new doctor. After calling 6 times by talking to the staff and leaving messages. They never return the call and never released the record. When argued, they said , a t the last moment they said they did not receive the fax, but when showed the fax report, they could not say anything. When you go there before even talking to you, they will ask for payment, even without verifying the insurance.

I dont believe this practice places any emphasis on the customer experience. My father developed a life-threatening abscess on his left tonsil that almost cut off his airway. He was in the hospital in South Carolina for 2 weeks and after discharge, came to live with me in Johns Creek. I took him for a follow-up visit to ENT Institute and the first doctor we worked with did not give us confidence. Im an advanced practice nurse and was very disappointed. The doctor decided to schedule surgery to remove the abscess and were told we would hear from his practice for the details. Even after 3 follow-up calls, they never scheduled any surgery. We were about to select another doctor, but thankfully, three weeks later, the abscess began to resolve. A year later, my father lost hearing in the affected ear. I asked for a new doctor. After 3 hours at the clinic (working with an amazing audiologist), the doctor came in and said, You have hearing loss in this ear. Theres nothing we can do other than a hearing aid. He was in and out in 1 minute, wearing jeans and sneakers, and had absolutely no bedside manner. We will now be looking for another practice.

Am so, soooo hopeful now, via Dr. Angel - who is one! My Dh & I have been grateful patients for a while, but had an unfortunate incident last month that triggered horrific pain levels beyond my typical Fibromyalgia! Thankfully, brilliant Dr. Angel - who I was seeing on a routine followup, took action & immediately got me booked to PT in Alpharetta with wonderful Jennifer Harrell, PT - who is amazingly competent & caring. She even did research on a new device that has also provided some hope for some mitigation, as I was having extremely great difficulty via the onslaught of the high level of relentless pain this assault caused me. I dont know IF I could have survived it IF Dr. Angel hadnt stepped up to provide such superior Medical Treatment. Plus, hes following up on an ear issue apparently also caused therefrom. Dr. Goforth the Audiologist is professional & kind, plus the other PTs = Christine & Myschell are terrific too. Thank goodness for these caring professionals at ENT Institute indeed!

The staff are very competent and very conscious of the patients time. I will continue going here for the foreseeable future.

I did not have to wait a long time . I liked the check in process . Dr. French was awesome and the staff . Of years of being told I have allergy problems. I never knew what was allergic to. Well I finally found out what I am allergic to environmentally and was happy to get educated about it. Thanks for your help

I was a new patient at the ENT Institute and I had gotten there around 3pm and filled out some paper work for new patient registration for about twenty five minutes. I then waited for about five minutes to be seen by the doctor. Doctor Michael G., was excellent. Everyone there including the check in receptionist were super nice and professional. Not a bad experience for my first time there. Look forward to my six month follow up for my hearing. Thank you ENT Institute.

I called and got an appointment when I needed it and the office ran on time. I was back to my local office in less than an hour including travel time.Dr. French is skilled and knowledgeable. Ive been treated by him since 2014. I recommend this doctor and staff.

Dr Angel and his staff were very friendly. Dr Angel took time to explain exactly what was causing my continuous sinus infection He has given me a treatment plan as well.

Unbelievable business practices regarding upfront payment (before filing with insurance) and very expensive. Mediocre staff that could care less.....I am looking for another ENT.

Polite as always and did not have to wait long at all, 5 minutes tops. Dr. French is a fine doctor and is always objective about potential solutions to my problems. He never rushes to surgery as an answer unless he truly sees potential for excellent outcome.

Great experience with the Balloon Dilation, Clarifix, and Swell Body Reduction. Dr. Carouthers was knowledge, proficient, and efficient. Excellent experience.

Do NOT under any circumstances go to this practice. They have unethical billing practices. A simple visit was manipulated to be billed as a surgical procedure to my insurance company. This led to not only the insurance company being drastically and fraudulently over-billed but for me to pay a hefty out-of-pocket bill rather than just a co-payment. There are so many excellent ENT practices in the metro Atlanta area that no one should be subjected to this type of business. Put this place out of business by never allowing anyone you to know to go there!

This was a second opinion for me after 10 plus years with my other ENT. Who was supposed to be the best. On the board with the state of Georgia.Well after one Vist I got more information on my problem of two years than I thought possible. I now have a new ENT. I just wish I had not waited so long.

Dr. James French is truly amazing. He is very knowledgeable and has mastered his craft. I trust him completely with any problems I may have with my sinus problems.

I must say, I am thoroughly disgusted with this place. I went in for some hearing issues in one ear and possibly sleep apnea testing. Well, they botched up setting me up for an MRI (twice) and also about doing the home sleep study. Finally they did that, and the results they discussed with me were totally inaccurate, including dates and times when I didnt even have the machine. I have been trying to work with them to correct this for the past 4 weeks and gotten nowhere so far. Now, I have a CPAP machine which they had prescribed without having a proper sleep test results. I would advise highly of going to this place.

About a month ago I Came for my son , I had a hard time finding the place , but staff helped me out. My child was scared of the audiologist, but hes only 1yr . Was not able to get test done due to him screaming. Have been waiting on the reference from them for childrens and have not got it . Very relaxing area but not really kid friendly more for older folks who need help.

After issues at the Lawrenceville office I gave the Alpharetta office and Dr Goforth a visit. So glad I did. It was a great experience and very informative. I’m looking forward to receiving my hearing aid and not being lost about what’s being said in restaurants, on speaker phone, in groups, etc.

Stay far far away!!!! This is by far the most unprofessional and worst office staff I have ever experienced! Came in for pre op and they didnt even know why I was there!!!! They never follow up, even after multiple phone calls trying to get information or them to fax a form that was time sensitive and that they claimed for weeks they would send. Calling is a waste of time because they must not take down anything you say. Absolutely no follow through or follow up. Reflects very poorly on Doctors that may actually be good, but makes you question if they even know what they are doing when the rest of the staff is clueless. No idea how they maintain their jobs!!

ENT Institute is excellent. They see you on time, are thorough and caring. I highly recommend them!
