Pros:+ (Professionalism) Doctors and staff were very friendly. Doctors were good listeners and seemed to know their field very well (Best part about this place).+ (Clean Environment) The facility was very clean, almost new, bathrooms were available in the waiting area.Cons:- (Hard to find?) This may be only my issue, but Google maps routed me to building 300, not 500. I had to drive around to find the actual building and a lot of them look alike in this business center. Maybe more signs would help?- (Mixed Signals regarding Covid-19) While I was asked to wear a mask during my visit, I noticed that the seating in the waiting room was not marked for separation like other offices I have been to in the past. I feel it is not correct to only follow some of the covid-19 guidelines while ignoring others. I was fully vaccinated during my visit.- (Tons of paperwork to fill out!) The amount of paperwork required for a visit was crazy. I had to fill out ever 11 pages of forms. Most other facilities all have computers now or portals where you can fill this out online. This is the main reason for the 3 star rating. Granted, this was my first visit in a long time, but in 2021, there is no excuse for not being digital so I have fill out my name 11 times on each piece of paper.

Dr. Hoffman is top notch! I feel very fortunate that we found him for my 85 year old father with a rare type of cancer. He is not only quite knowledgeable but also sincerely cares his patients. Without any hesitation I will give him and his medical team 5 stars.

Had a great visit this morning with Dr. Mark Van Deusen and his staff. They were very helpful in addressing our concerns and made us feel very comfortable. Highly recommend the practice for ear, nose, throat, and allergy related symptoms.

Excellent and professional staff. Very easy to communicate with.I saw Dr. Gurudutty for an initial visit due to an ear problem. He was very thorough, not hurried and explained all matters clearly. I had an ear infection and was prescribed medication with a follow up a week later. Again, on the second visit, he took his time, and very professional.I also had a hearing test and was also impressed with the audiologist, Linda.I highly recommend without any reservation this practice and Dr. Gurudutty.

I had the luck to be assigned to Dr. Lipin. A Medical ROCKSTAR! Aside from the fact that shes very competent she takes the time to discuss the issue, potential treatments and the potential consequences. I am just very lucky to have such qualified and caring medical professionals so close to home. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Dr. Hoffman is an incredibly skilled ENT. He is always ahead of the curve with cutting edge approaches. His team is friendly and responsive. This practice is one of the very best in the Atlanta area!I had the misfortune to develop fungal sinuses years ago. This ongoing problem and insurance changes, lead me to go back to Dr. Hoffman. The 4 ENTs that saw me in 2 years all had said I had perfectly done sinus surgery. I kept looking after they took no action with my problem and just wanted me to go home after making another appointment. I finally decided it was worth the 42 mile drive. Dr. Hoffman is a supper surgeon I trusted to fix my ski jump nose and combined it with sinus surgery, some 12 years ago. (loved it!)He started a therapy, first visit, that got results in days! I am getting mold out of my sinuses. I know it will take time.Its rare to have a skilled surgeon that will listen to you, take you seriously and be grounded enough to put together a team of professionals that makes the practice operate above expectations.

Dr. Gurudutt was recommended to me by another physician who was certainly on the money. Dr. Gurudutt was on time, listened intently to my concerns about my past throat cancer and did a thorough examination. He is clearly highly intelligent and was very thoughtful about his diagnosis. I look forward to a long term relationship with him, and I would give him an 11 out of 10. The staff was also very courteous and efficient. Great experience!

Allergy testing quick and efficient. Since laying on stomach is necessary, would have appreciated the table to have hole for the face in order to lay completely flat. A bit rough on an old ladys neck. Other than that I am always happy with care given by professionals at North Atlanta ENT & Allergy.

I take my now 18 month old son and we see Dr. Hoffman and Sally. Dr. Hoffman performed my son’s surgery for ear tubes placement and removed his adenoids. It was a great experience. Dr. Hoffman is one of the best ENT’s I have ever used and we appreciate the care he has given our son. Sally his PA is excellent with children, informative, and always kind at each appointment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I Wish I’d found this practice years ago! I was referred by Northside hospital due to a recent nose fracture and opted for surgery to repair the break. Dr Hoffman also suggested some sinus procedures as I’ve always has severe allergy issues. I’m two weeks post procedure and not only do I look much better but I’m breathing through my nose for the first time in years. Thank you Dr Hoffman! Have been having issues with my good ear and I was concerned something was wrong. Got an audiologist to test my hearing for the first time in decades.Everyone was friendly and great.Tried out the hearing aid this morning and look forward to getting a pair I can take home with me!

My son was bitten the face by a family dog and was rushed to Northside Forsyth ER. Was told there was no plastic surgeons on call and would need to go to Childrens Atlanta. Next thing I know I was told a plastic surgeon (Rosa Lipin) was on her way, but was driving from home 45 mins. away. As a mom that ment so much to me to know that a doctor was so passionate about caring for patients that she would drive an hour and a half after just getting home, only to go back to take care of my son. From the moment she arrived I knew I had nothing to worry about and we would be taken care of. Not only did she have amazing skills, I watched the whole time she worked on my sons face, but her compassion and kindness were truly impressive. I feel she is the kind of doctor we would all want taking care of our children. I cannot express how grateful I am of her selflessness and expertise. She is by far hands down best in class. Everyone was very friendly! The audiologist was very thorough and nice. Dr. Mark had great bedside manner and was very knowledgeable. He didnt try and put me on any kinds of harsh medicines which is very welcomed.

Bar None Dr. Lipin has no equal. She is very linear in her approach to diagnosis and after care. She gets results. Her fast approach to humor made my visit feel I was worth her time. She might be small and look like a teeny bopper but looks pale in comparison to her knowledge and care. When family or friends ask me for an ENT. They will go to her!

The staff was very pleasant and professional. My wait time was minimal before the assistant came for me to see Dr. G (Dr. Gurudutt). I have been seeing Dr. G for several years and would recommend him with the highest accolades.

I was having a problem with my throat, felt like it was swollen or something was in my throat, Dr Hoffman did a thorough examination using an endoscope and looked at my throat. He saw a lesion on the base of my tongue, sent me for a scan, then I saw Dr Gurudutt, he looked at the scan, and he did an endoscopy, the lesion was gone, he did a thorough exam of my mouth, neck, couldn’t find anything. He thinks it was apparently acid reflux that caused the the strange area in my throat( I do have stomach issues), . He said, he wanted to see me again in approximately 6 weeks, just to make sure.I was very impressed with the excellent care I received from Dr Hoffman and Dr Gurudutt . I highly recommend North Atlanta ENT

A HUGE thank you to the allergy department at North Atlanta ENT & Allergy. I was down to the last 2 days of allergy sublingual drops when I called in to request a refill. I was informed that the allergy team only mixes on Monday’s and I happened to call on Tuesday. Due to the fact that I would be on vacation next week, I would have gone 11 days without the sublingual drops which would have prompted me to start all over from day one and work back up to the full dosage. Thank you for making an exception and mixing the drops for me! Above and beyond!!

Pleasant staff but Dr C really seemed to not care too much about my case. A quick Hello, cleaned my ears and nice to meet you. Did not really discuss much with me. Spoke really fast and suggested ear surgery and was done. Never done this before so I’m not sure what to expect but the vibe was weird. Hopefully next doctor won’t be like that. Usually happens every where because I’m young possibly?

The ability to breathe out my nose is the most amazing gift I’ve been given! Just one quick and simple procedure in office (turbinate reduction) and I feel like a whole new person! I don’t usually write reviews, but Dr. Van Deusen is amazing! Great at his job, great bedside manner, and helps you to make your own treatment decisions rather that forcing unnecessary procedures on you! Highly recommend!

I’ve called multiple times the past two weeks and haven’t been able to reach anyone on the phone. Left voicemails and not one phone call was returned. I had a 10 minute procedure and my bill was outrageous. I just had a couple questions about billing and will have to just physically go there to speak to someone.

I had a 10:00 a.m. appointment this morning. I arrived at approximately 9:40 with my confirmation email and new patient paper work filled out as I was asked to do. I approached the front desk and spoke to the lady and let her know who I was and what time my appointment was. She informed me that my appointment was 9:30 a.m. and that I had missed my appointment. I tried to tell her that my appointment was at 10:00 and that I had a confirmation email, she wouldnt even let me finish. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior or been spoken to in such a condescending tone in my life.

I have made 2 phone calls and been connected with an answering service twice between 4:15 and 4:45 pm. If you have am answering service, why can you Not have them take a message and call me back even if it is the next day? I then tried to schedule the appt through your website but did not receive a confirmation that the request was received. It should not take 3 attempts and 35 minutes to reach your office during stated business hours.

After my ear drum burst, I continued to have pain and muffled hearing for a few months. I saw Dr. Van Deusen (at North Atlanta Ear, Nose, & Throat); and he and his staff were exceptional. EVERYONE was friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. All the staff listened to me and empathized with my particular situation. Dr. Van Deusen spent a respectable amount of time evaluating me; he had an on-site audiologist to provide a scheduled hearing test, and he then met with me and went over the test results and treatment plan. He was nice, knowledgeable, compassionate; and he never appeared rushed or disinterested. I have been to Dr. Van Deusen twice and will go back if ever needed. I highly recommend him.

Dr. VanDeusen is an Excellent, Compasionate, Knowledgeable Doctor. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He puts you at ease as much as possible if you are in a bad situation as I was. Its hard to find a Doctor you will like as much as him.

We have been trying to make an appointment with the Alpharetta office for over 2 weeks. There has been no answer and no one has returned the messages that were left on the voicemail. This is bad business.

Dr Van Deusen is the greatest! I have had sinus problems all my life and have seen several doctors including the biggest group near Kennestone for my last surgery several years ago. It turned out so bad my nose didn’t look normal and I couldn’t breath. I went back several years later only to be told they couldn’t do anything except allergy shots. I had been that route 35 years ago to no avail. Dr Van Deusen was highly, highly recommended to me by another doctor after a scan revealed the extent of my problems. He did surgery and corrected all my problems and my nose looks normal and of course no allergy shots! His office and staff are as great as he is! I live near Kennestone but drove to Alpharetta for Dr Van Deusen and it was well worth the extra mileage. My sinus issues were extensive and he corrected them all. He is the best!

Dr. Van Deusen saved my life when I came to him with only minimal symptoms deadly epiglottitis. Within only a few minutes he had me in ER where strong antibiotics were immediately administered. One third of epiglottitis cases are fatal. It would have been easy for a physician to fail to recognize the symptoms which Dr. Van Deusen saw right away. I will forever be deeply indebted to Dr. Van Deusen.

Dr. Van Deusen provided care for my 7-year old daughter. The entire process from the 1st appointment in Cumming, GA to surgery in Alpharetta, GA, our experience has been exceptional. Dr. Van Deusen is very knowledgeable, professional. He is accompanied by a capable and efficient nursing, anesthesiology and administrative staff. If you are considering ENT services including surgery for you or your family, I do not hesitate in recommending Dr. Van Deusen and North Atlanta ENT and Allergy staff.
