Great Doctor! Great customer service! I had been referred to him by one of my close friends. I had been having migraines for many years. I had tried conventional therapy, but nothing really worked and medications made me drowsy. Upon talking with Dr. Jimong, he prescribed a series of herbs and acupuncture to balance my body. After seeing him for several sessions, I noticed a decrease in the frequency of my migraines and I was starting to feel much better. To my surprise, my digestion and energy levels became a lot better too. I really recommend this office and this doctor. He is very experienced and has a lot of knowledge of many conditions. I will be coming back and bringing my family!

The experience at this office to be honest has been the worst and unfortunately it is still not over. This office is refusing to refund $375 of mine, so I went to pick up the medicine and quess what? They are even refusing to give me the herbal medicine. So Ive spent $375 on July 2nd, and received nothing from it. They say Dr. Jimong is a healer, I just cant see someone calling themselves a healer when they get over on their patients. Most healers I know are compassionate, caring, and understanding. To me, this office charges a lot of money, and if you just so happen to change your mind, have an emergency come up, they literally do not care, will not return your money and treat you horribly and turn around and call themselves healers. How? They have literally caused major stress since I walked through their door! Good luck if you visit them, they seem nice but are unethical, and morally wrong. Tim the receptionist is the worst, he has been the most disrespectful of them all. This office only cares about your money nothing more, nothing less. Find someone better. Trust me, I NEVER leave reviews.

I was going thru menopause and Dr. Jimong really helped me. I wanted to go as natural as possible. I was not sleeping and I was gaining weight. He treated me with acupuncture and herbs. In about a month the symptoms were less severe. I really love the service that Dr. Jimong gave me.

What a shame Dr JiMong is and his reception. I went for fatty liver and weight loss. Dr Mong came with some other file and promised that I will see positive results. He convinced me with his Miracle. Sold me 900USD plan with 7 sittings. His receptionist took my insurance and did not inform me that he is out of network. After 3 sittings I did not see any result in my health and asked Dr but he always said talk to reception who himself seems to have some stability issues. Now after 5 visits my weight increased and I have proof where Dr gave me wrong instructions first and later on changed the instructions and apologized in email. I asked them to stop after fifth visit as weight increased and my health deteriorated. I asked them for refund and he simply denied. Dr JiMong is unethical with his receptionist. US government must look into this. I want to make people aware that please do not visit this office as it is legalized fraud being committed here. I struggled with blue crooss and they followed for two months to get right code and this office struggled with that. I have formally filed appeal against Dr Ji Mong. Shame on giving the name as Miracle, He is Miracle looter. These people are unethical,morally wrong and being supported by some kind of unstable reception guy.To help you all: Ask Dr MOng first if he is IN Network or not. Do not sign the paper he gives. Do not go with any program as that is Miracle fraud. Pay per visit and stop as nothing will work.

I came to this place as a last resort for my back problems. Never did acupuncture before so I didnt know what to expect. After just 1 session with the doctor, the results were there. It really works out and I truly recommend the doctor to anyone. As a plus, very high level of Customer Support from Jim, doctors Assistant.

I have been highly interested in trying accupuncture but I never had a specific reason to go until one day I suddenly had a horrible pain down my leg so much so I was limping and going numb. I found Dr JiMong’s Miracle Accupuncture by accident. I was looking on web for acupuncture services near my home.After two visits, I had no more pain. Had 4 sessions so far, and I’ve seen positive improvements with regard to chronic pain & fatigue that I’d battled with for many years.It’s true what some people wrote about them selling session packages and encouraging multiple sessions, but I didn’t get a hard sale at all! There’s a good discount if you purchase a package, and you’ll get better results with multiple sessions, so I think it’s worth it. Why would you purchase a package and then expect a refund when you don’t see results right away?Jim at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Don’t expect a lot of warm fuzzies or conversation from Dr. Choe. He is very focused on doing his job. You can tell they both care, though.I plan to continue with sessions as I can afford, and I’ll come back to give 5 stars if I do have a miracle breakthrough!

I, just as anyone else, was skeptical of the doctors methods. At first, i didnt really feel any difference, but after half a year, i have felt a positive change in my well being. Results will vary within people. It may take time, but when it comes to your mind health, and soul. Time should not be of the essence for an excellent recovery.

On the advice of my chiropractor I decided to try acupuncture and decided to make an appointment with this doctor. Not knowing anything about it, I figured anyone confident enough to put the word miracle in their name must be either super cocky or really good. You definitely get sold when you come here and I wasnt expecting that. They try to get you to buy a bunch of treatments in advance as well as herbs that they tell you youll need. In the end, I had one treatment that didnt do anything for my sciatica and decided not to go back. I am now trying to get a refund for the treatments I paid for and will not be using. According to some of the reviews it looks like that single treatment is going to end up costing me hundreds of dollars. I would exercise caution if you decide to go there. My screen name is not my full legal name so Im sure their response will be similar to others Ive seen where they deny having ever treated me. Interesting tactic but not applicable in my case.

I went to see this Doc for a few concerns at the advice of a friend who has had luck with acupuncture before (not this particular doctor). I paid quite a bit upfront but it didnt do anything for me and Im already having trouble getting my money back for the treatments I wont be using. My advice would be not to pay in advance and maybe see a different person so you wont have this problem. I have now seen others say the same sort of thing but I didnt really look before I leaped. My bad but I dont think they should be able to keep my money for something that a) didnt work and b) I didnt even use.

I have been seeing Dr. Jimong for my chronic wrist pain. I bought the package of acupuncture and herbs as the doctor recommended. At first, I didn’t really notice an improvement, but I felt like I needed to give it some time. After about two weeks, I noticed that I could move my wrist much more freely. With a months worth of treatment, my pain had gotten much better. The doctor and the staff were very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone who is interested in trying acupuncture.

The name fits this place to a tea...I went in with hormonal and fertility issues and for Dr. JiMong was a great listener which is key to getting to the root issue! Within a few weeks of treatment and herbs, I am now 4 months pregnant. 🙏🏽

I went into their Duluth location a while back for some back issues hoping it would help but after a couple of times I realized it wasnt having any affect on me. I paid for four visits because thats what they recommended which was a big mistake because now they wont refund the rest of the visits since I wont be coming back in. Im not sure why they think they are entitled to keep money they didnt earn but their response is that I signed something agreeing to this. I think they just trick people into signing that based on some of the other reviews Im seeing. I dont typically leave reviews but come on man, this is just not cool.

I went to Dr. JiMong about 5 years ago. My current insurance at the time did not cover the visit. However the office staff was so accommodating. I paid for my visit and was given such great care and treatment. I actually forwarded his information andrecommended it to a few people days ago. That is what an Awesome impression Dr. JiMong and his staff made on me. I relocated to Jacksonville nowand I really wish he had a practice here because I would be his patient immediately.

I am seeing Dr JiMong for neck and back pain. I have suffered with neck and pain pain for years. Everything I tried didn’t work. Dr. JiMong is really a “miracle” acupuncturist. I paid for 8 visits and I felt 80% better after my first treatment. By the second treatment I was feeling a 100% better. I am now on my 6th treatment and have zero complaints. Jim that works the front desk is awesome too. Look no further if you need pain relief.

When you visit this place, the assisant and Dr. JiMong will attempt to sell you on a package of treatments and herbs. They will put the hard sell on you and try to get as much money upfront from you as possible. I went in to give them a try and felt like I stepped into a timeshare circa 1985. In the end, they succeeded in getting me to cough up four treatments in advance. Unfortunately, this place was not for me and the treatment only aggravated my tendonits so I asked for a refund for the unused portion of what I paid them. I was told I would not receive a refund plain and simple. They were quick to refer to three pages and the receipt I received which states their refund policy. I signed what I thought were the normal HIPPA papers you would expect to sign, authorizing them to treat me, etc; however, that is not the case. They tricked me into signing something stating that all money I paid them upfront is nonrefundable in the event I can not use their service. You would simply not expect this from a health and wellness facility. This is simply deceiptful and appalling. Any decent doctor would happily refund a patient in the event they were unable to use their services. Be very careful if you choose to go see this doctor. Only pay for one session at a time. Quite frankly, there are better far more ethical accupunturists out there.

My first experience with acupuncture for my foot was excellent. I highly recommend Dr. JiMong and Choes Miracle Acupuncture office. Dr.JiMong and staff are very professional and acomidating. My pain was reduced with no medication by the second session. By the 4th session I went back to playing golf with no ill effects. Such a great experience I took members of my family to get acupuncture at Dr. JiMongs.

After 8 months of itching, scratching, and lack of sleep due to severe eczema and visits from doctor to doctor I finally found relief, at first I had my doubts, but as my sessions progressed I became a believer. Before I discovered Dr. Jis practice I could barely walk, but by my 4th session I felt like a new man. This doctor is just out for the money.

My appointment started out good until the doctor came in. The young lady at the front desk was great. She was very welcoming, professional, and showed me to my room where I was to wait to be seen by the doctor. When the doctor came in, he was not professional nor welcoming at all. He looked at my paperwork, and stated he see that I was there on a Groupon, like I didnt know that already. He immediately began the accunpture treatment like he was in a rush. He did not clean my skin by rubbing the needle insertion sites first with alcohol. Instead he quickly touched my skin by barely dabbing it with alcohol using a q-tip in 7 locations (on my left foot, left ankle, both hands, left wrist, and 2 places on my right ear). After barely touching my skin with a q-tip and alcohol, he got out the accunpture needles and inserted the needles NEAR the locations where he had dabbed it with alcohol but not in the exact locations, which means where the needles were inserted my skin had not been cleaned. He then told me to continue lying down for 20 minutes and he left the room. He did not return. After my time was up, the nice lady from the front desk came in and removed the needles and told me I could leave. She noticed the table that I was lying on had not been turn on by the doctor. I asked what did she mean that the table was not turned on. She said when the table is turned on, it provides a back massage and heat while the patient is lying on it during their accunpture treatment, but she noticed the doctor didnt turn it on for me. In summary, this was my first time receiving accunpture. Because I had read all the good benefits about accunpture I wanted to try it out using a Groupon first, and if everything went well, I was planning to be a regular customer not using Groupon. Unfortunately my first experience was not good. However I have not given up on accunpture just yet, as I know there are good doctors out there, this doctor is just not one of them. This doctor did not provide any information about accunpture; he barely spoke to me and overall treated me like he could care less that I came to see him. Im not sure if I received poor services because I purchased it at a discount price using a Groupon. If that is the case, and if he has a lot of customers paying full price; then he shouldnt offer services through Groupon at all. Overall he did not make a good first impression, and I will not be back. This place gets no recommendation from me.

I have been going to Dr JiMong for the last 1 month for treatment for migraines (I get them 1-2 times a week). I basically, was referred to this doctor by my husbands kickboxing teacher (now I know that this doctor owns the kickboxing class as well). Anyways I enroll into a $800 program that involves 8 sessions of acupuncture and herbs treatment. I told them regarding the Choose Healthy program (different from insurance) that Dr JiMong has been enrolled into that entitles patients to get 25% flat discount on acupuncture services. Its almost end of my treatment, my headaches are the same and I have been asked to take more treatment and herbs ($400 extra). I am still waiting for them to refund the discount but they keep putting it off saying they are investigating. I also got The choose healthy program people to call their office. This place is a mess and nothing but a money extracting office. I am trying to resolve this. I hope I can manage to get them to pay up for what they enroll or promise. New patients beware!!! Oh also I forget to mention- the doctor does spend exactly 3 minutes addressing any concerns, pokes the needles and says things will be fine. I would say that the rate for 3 minutes of consult is extremely high. I was so hopeful because I know acupuncture can work.

A couple of months ago, I was suffering severe migraines. After spending hours of research, I came across Dr.Jimong. Lets say theres a reason why its called Miracle Acupuncture! During my first office visit, I explained to him about my severe migraines and he recommended eight acupuncture sessions. After my fourth session, I felt like a brand new baby! I could have just be done with the sessions after my fourth but I decided to continue. My severe migraine pain was been nonexistent since my acupuncture sessions. Thank you Dr.Jimong!

My husband suffered a traumatic brain injury and after 5 months of hospitalization he was sent home not much better than he was when he woke from his month long coma. When he didnt show much progress after 3 more months at home we saw Dr. JiMong. After only 1 month of treatments he showed huge improvements and is finally able to have conversations. Not only that, his vision improved, the headaches stopped and he is starting to get feeling on his left side, which had been paralyzed. Everyone who sees him is amazed at the rate of recovery! Ive had scalp dermatitis/folliculitis for about 5 years now. I have went to a few different dermatologists, tried so many cleanses and different diets, different herbal cleanses, almost ever different shampoos, spent so much money but nothing worked. I search acupuncture in my area and found Dr. Jimongs Miracle Acupuncture online and figured I would give it a try. I called and setup an appointment, the receptionist was very pleasant, as well as Dr Jimong. I showed his the condition on my scalp and he explained everything. He told me what he recommended as far as treatments which was a few sessions of acupuncture mixed with taking the herbal medicine. After about the 2nd week, I started seeing results everything was clearing up so fast, by the time I ended the full treatment everything was 100% clear. It has been about 3 months and everything is still clear. Im so happy I have found Dr. Jimongs Miracle Acupuncture. I would recommend him to anyone dealing with a stubborn issue that they have not been able to get rid. If you are reading this review dont think about it, just go and start the treatment, you will be happy you did.

I went in and Dr. JiMong rushed us through the consultation. Before the appointment I had insisted that we only wanted the acupuncture treatment, but they werent willing to compromise. All and all it would be fine if the treatment ended up being helpful, but it wasnt at all. Additionally, Dr. JiMong spent 3 mins in the room with the patient and the other 27 mins in his office. I am very disappointed and will not be going back. It was very expensive as well.

I know why its called miracle! I suffered with joint pain for YEARS before i visited Dr. JiMong. I feel like a new man. I dont know how it works but it does. If nothing else has worked, you owe it to yourself to give it a try.
