I’ve seen Dr. Izquierdo multiple times. He is always friendly, efficient and communicative. Simply the best Dr. I’ve ever seen.

I went here for an emergency knee problem. The doctor was very fast, thorough, and kind. Same with the X-Ray Tech and the Nurse. They quickly figured out what was wrong and I was out of there quickly. The one issue I had was with the snippy front desk girl, Jamecia. I had brought the wrong insurance card at first, but came back into the establishment after I found a digital copy maybe 5 minutes later. But this time, the girl could not be found. My daughter walked around the entire building yelling for someone for about ten minutes with no answer. And I mean yelling. When she finally came out of a door, she was the one impatient with us. We joked around saying “hi, we’re back!” And laughed it all off. She did not. She was rude and impatient with us when SHE WAS THE ONE NO WHERE TO BE FOUND WHEN WE NEEDED ASSISTANCE. I would have given this place 5 stars because everyone else was so kind, but she really brought this place down. It’s not that hard to be kind Jamecia Fields. Fix your attitude, especially in the medical field when you are addressing people in pain. What were you so angry about?

Dr Palmer is a talented surgeon. He took the time to listen to me and explain my options. This office is so nice and clean. Plenty of room to distance from others. Scheduling is nicely timed with very little wait time. Everyone was was super helpful.

Dr John Daniels and his staff made a partial knee replacement surgery seamless from the MRI to the robotic assisted surgery. The PA, nurses and coordination with Physical therapy were caring and thoughtful. Went to surgery at 7:30 AM and back home at 12:30 PM. Doing great, walking climbing ,etc no pain just gain.

Physician and staff are very courteous and were able to answer all of my questions. I feel that the treatment plan they have provided me is a great start to heal me.

Dr. Bohnenkamp is an outstanding surgeon. He performed a total hip replacement revision on me. This is a difficult surgery. Before choosing Dr. B, I did a lot of research on the procedure and on surgeons who had the experience needed to perform it successfully. Dr. B. was the obvious choice. I am fortunate that he agreed to do it. I am 3 weeks post op and feel great. I highly recommend him. His staff is also first rate. They are professional and have very responsive.

My husband has been seeing Dr Daniels for a meniscus repair and arthritis. He always take his time with my husband, and gives him an honest prognosis for his injury.As a therapist I see many of Dr Daniels patients following a hip or knee replacement. I fractured a bone in my arm and contacted OrthoIllinois for an evaluation, as some friends of the family had good experiences there. I called at 8:00 am the day after my accident, but despite my case being labeled as urgent, I was not contacted to schedule an appointment until more than 5 hours later. Further, they said the soonest they could see me was in SIX DAYS. Needless to say, this was unacceptable. Immediately after refusing this ludicrous option, I reached out to a different orthopedic medical group and was able to get an appointment that day, less than TWO HOURS from when I called.

I had an initial consult with Dr. Daniels today. He was extremely kind and caring and was able to make a quick diagnosis of whats happening with my hip by looking at the x-rays. He walked me through my options and answered all my questions. I would be very comfortable having him perform a surgery if I decide to go that route.

Dr. Izquierdo took his time and went through the MRI with me. Then confirmed the results with physical tests. Very thorough and explained options very well.

Lack of customer service, put on hold for extended periods just to make an appointment. Finally gave up and went elsewhere. They are very difficult to do business with.

It was a real pleasure meeting you today, Dr. Lawton. This was my 1st visit for pain in my right shoulder. It started out with some right shoulder x-rays. When Dr. Lawton came in he started out by moving my arms around to determine where the pain was.Dr. Lawton was very professional, has exceptional people skills (very easy to talk with), and efficient in explaining what was wrong with my right shoulder in a manner that I could understand. Dr. Lawton took the time to completely examine, diagnose and come up with a plan to relieve the pain. I highly recommend Dr. Lawton and his staff, exceptional!

I recently had a minor procedure done at OthroIllinois and the nurses at the surgical center are just great. Theyre very good at their craft and also very pleasant as well. The nurses at the main offices are also very nice, BUT the Doctors bedside manner was a bit lacking to be honest. It was ALL BUSINESS in all aspects. (very flat personality)Initial consultation was fine, but she didnt stop in after the procedure to give a general idea on how things went or anything. Now, I know thats not required, but thats always been the case for any previous procedures Ive had. The nurse removed my stitches (very nice lady) so I literally saw Dr. Holtkamp for about 3 minutes for the follow up 2 weeks later.

I used Dr. Rolando Izquardo for my total shoulder replacement . I had the other side done 10 years ago and had no qualms what so ever to return to him when I needed this one done. He is easy to talk to, shows you your X-rays and fully explains the process and what your issue is. He keeps you informed through the total process through healing. If you need your shoulder done- he is the man to go to!

I have to say I have heard really good things about Dr. Daniels.One of his nurses recommend him Laurie Obey so that’s how it started. One of my sisters had 2 knee replacements at once, the other just had 1 done Monday they are both had a good experience with him. I am coming in from NC I just had a virtual visit and when I get there have a real visit with him, very personable, confident,well mannered man. I am looking forward to have my double knee replacement with him, yes I am! I also feel he was very thorough, and explained everything. I was impressed with how knowledgeable Dr. Brissey was and his concern about my welfare. He completed a thorough exam. Due to the pain after 1 months time, he ordered a MRI to ensure there is no stress fracture. I didnt have to beg him for that test which made me appreciative. Will have mri and follow up in 3 days.

Ive been to orthopaedic surgeons in the past and had both knees replaced by a top surgeon from Midwest Orthopaedics. Rolando was as thorough and precise as any surgeon Ive met with in the past. Highly recommend him!

Dr Brissey was very quick, came in the room, didnt say hi, didn’t introduce himself. He did examined my foot, but wasn’t very convincing about what has to be done. He just got me more confused than i was. Will look for another doctor

12-month post-op revision follow-up. I have been experiencing pain at the surgical site. Films negative for renewed infection. Diagnosis: Bursitis and immediately cortisone injection and scrip diclofenac. Frank is always personable, efficient and thorough and the facility has excellent Covid 19 protocols.

Excellent experience at OrthoIllinois. Dr. Holtkamp did a fantastic job on my hand surgery, and the OT team got me back to full function/strength 3 weeks earlier than expected.I received consultations from OrthoIllinois and MCO. While both doctors accessed the MRI results the same, Dr. Holtkamp had a slightly different approach fixing both sides of the thumb ligaments.She is very highly recommended, and her PT background certainly is a plus as she understands not only the surgical end, but what it takes to get the repair back to full function and health!
