Very fast service and Experienced Doctors and staff. After an x-ray I only had to wait a few minutes for the results from the Doctor. And got treatment immediately. And told to follow up in a few weeks.

We arrived at injury express about 15 minutes prior to our “scheduled” time and we made it to the waiting room within those 15 minutes. Everything was super quick. All staff was friendly and helpful.

Most amazing, timely, professional experience Ive had in YEARS regarding an injury and being seen!!! Check in was quick and seamless. Only waited five minutes or less to be called back. Each person in the process was kind, attentive and things moved......sat in ER over 9 hours not too long ago with my child....excruciating!! Injury Express....great place to go, HIGHLY recommend!

Dr. Raju is the best! He always takes time to listen and help resolve the issues. There are not too many doctors anymore that will spend that time to listen.

I have seen Dr. Wellendorf for two different issues and my husband has seen him once. He is prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and personable. I wouldnt hesitate to visit him for any injury I have in the future.

Dr Raju was amazing, he answered all our questions and concerns regarding my son’s injury. He was thorough in his assessment and explanation.

Just as I experienced in 2019, Dr. Raju and the Injury Express staff provided top notch patient care. They have patient care and cycle time down to a science. In less than 10 minutes I went from walking in the door to being in an exam room with a nurse taking history and vital signs. Another 5 minutes and I was done with X-rays. Maybe 4-5 minutes later, Dr. Raju was in to examine me and my problem, review xrays and had a plan for treatment. Dr. Raju and staff take the time to listen to all I had to say, they ask the right questions and make me a part of the solution. Its been about 3 hours since I received treatment and I feel 100% better. Hats off to Injury Express and Dr. Raju!!!

I scheduled an appointment for the injury express. I was in and out in 30 minutes and then included an x-ray and a great consultation with the doctor. Everybody was very friendly he answered all my questions it was a great

After x-rays Dr. Raju discussed the next steps in healing my elbow.Dr. Raju was timely, considerate and explained everything clearly. I will follow up with him in two weeks.

I was astounded by how fast everything moved, I even mentioned it to the staff when I was there. It was really impressive. I doubt I was there longer than an hour, including with x-rays. Everyone exudes confidence and care, and the doctor was very thorough examining my knee injury. Highly recommend coming here.

I was seen very quickly. Everyone was very helpful. Dr Raju explained my condition thoroughly and gave me suggestions on how to lessen the pain.

Went there today I was in tremendous pain from fall on my back that happened the other day. I wanted to see the doctor or at least have X-ray taken - they asked me if I have insurance I said that I will pay out of pocket they said they can’t schedule the appointment with the doctor and I have to call sone number to schedule the appointment.I don’t understand how a health care facility could send home a patient in pain.When all this turned into a big money making factory instead of caring health care providers?This is disgrace for al the health care institutions. Don’t call yourself Walk-in clinic if you can’t accept walk-in patients or at least inform them that you have your procedures before anyone who is in pain and ask for help can see the doctor. Very disappointed.

I had a fantastic experience at Injury Express. I was in and out in under 45 minutes, including x-rays. The facility is clean and bright, staff was efficient and friendly, and Dr. Wellendorf performed a thorough examination and explained everything thoroughly. You can tell they run like a well-oiled machine, as there was barely any wait time throughout my visit. Very happy with the care I received!

My son and had a fall and we went to immediate care the day is happened and they really didn’t do much. We decided to go to OrthoIllinois to check both of us out. Dr. Larry was understanding and listened to our story. He consulted the pediatric orthopedic and we got my son set up for surgery to ride my son’s broken femur ASAP!!!

I had a horrible neck strain and the staff was very helpful. I would definitely tell my family & friends to go to this facility. They were so caring and took the time to monitor me. I’ve had 3 neck surgeries and sometimes I wake up in severe pain.

Walked in, short intake, and seen within 10 Minutes. X Rays taken, which was surprising, and dr. Wellendorf was quite personable and seemed genuinely concerned. Walked out with a knee brace and a prescription less than an hour later.

This place is great for injuries related to anything Orthopedic. Everyone there is friendly, fast, and affordable, with insurance. Cant speak to services uninsured. I do know they take their time and one still is out of there in a reasonable time. All services are completed on site. I know my thumb injury is going to heal well because of their care and concern.

Doctor makes the patient the priority. Excellent care listens carefully and provides treatment options.

I walked in without an appointment a couple weeks ago for a knee injury. Was very impressed with the facility and staff and after seeing doctor Raju I left feeling very confident. These people care and are VERY efficient.

Dr. wellendorf was kind and receptive to listening to my son’s concerns, and made us feel like he was taking us seriously compared to how many dr’s treat patients. He could tell my son was obviously in pain and talked to us about next steps. I would recommend him at this time after our first visit.

Im impressed - from being greeted upon entering the building, the genuine caring attitude of the check in personnel, to the no paper forms and questions. Nurse in examine room was awesome, even the xray tech was super nice and empathetic. Doctor never appeared rushed, he took his time to explain everything ! I would highly recommend this facility

There was no waiting and I was immediately taken care of with x-rays and follow-up exam with doctor Raju. Doctor Raju could not have been any nicer or more competent. He immediately discovered the source of my pain and gave me the needed prescription to remedy the situation.
