I cant say enough good things about Cross Kicks! It has changed my attitude toward not just health and fitness, but Ive noticed a change in my confidence and daily mindset. I joined nearly a year ago with no fitness background (couldnt run a mile or lift more than a 5lb weight) and now being at the gym is the high point of my day. Ive participated in both the 90 Day Challenge and 7 Week Shred and I couldnt have completed any of them without the support of every team member and coaches. Please come check it out: you wont regret it!!!

Amazing! My neighbor has been trying to get me to this gym for “five years”, I always told her, I can’t go because I know I’ll love it! And I totally did!! I started this gym during quarantine with their CKx30 videos and thought it was fantastic. When they opened up I got to experience it in person. I loved it and so did my workout friends!! We all joined and haven’t looked back! The equipment is well maintained, organized and highly varied. The workout was easy to follow but challenging. We’ve been living the high energy and friendliness of all the members and staff. They are all very welcoming, kind and and the trainer staff very knowledgeable. If there is something I can’t do or unsure of, they explain the love or give me a modification with a smile and lots of encouragement! I look forward to my workout every day! Kind of 😉

Between the awesome workouts, strong camaraderie, on-site trainer, and great atmosphere, this gym ranks top-notch. I have never been one to Love working out, but CrossKicks has changed that for me; I’m hooked. The workouts are written out on boards so you don’t have to think, you just have to show up. I have never sweated so much from a workout, in a good way! Everyday is new and the workouts never duplicate. You are able to tailor the exercises to your needs and the trainers can help you as well. The workouts will kick your butt, but you’ll crave coming back for more every day. Highly recommend if you are bored with your gym/workouts currently.

I have been to a LOT of different gyms over the years and I have never experienced anything like Crosskicks. They run an incredible program full of support, education and variety. It is tailored to all skill levels and abilities. The training staff is encouraging, helpful and so much fun! The members are friendly and open and happy to lend a hand and always on the ready with a compliment. It is nothing like other gyms where you pop in your headphones and do the same things you always do. This place pushes you out of your comfort zone and creates an environment for you to make lasting changes and progress. Tony and Abby are some of the greatest people Ive ever met and are with you every step of the way from your first day to your 100th. I cant say enough about this place. Its home!

Best gym ever. Owners Tony and Abby are totally committed to the success of their clients. Love that I can walk in at any time and start my workout. No class times. Every workout is different and scalable to whatever your fitness level is. Tons of fun challenges and programs to push you to be the fittest you can be. Focused on nutrition as well as exercise. Been working out at different gyms for many many years and have never gotten results as quickly or maintained them as easily as I have here. If youre looking for a gym thats cares about you like family, this is it.

This gym has a different kind of atmosphere that is welcoming and competitive. The training staff is excellent and knowledgeable. WOW! I truly cannot say enough good things about this gym and the sense of community the owners, Tony & Abby, have built within the 4 walls of this awesome facility; its more heartwarming than I can describe, you just have to feel it for yourself. I can tell you right now that I will never leave this gym and Id pay double their monthly fee because it is worth EVERY PENNY!This gym offers an unmatched level of camaraderie that flows through the entire member Ive never seen at a gym before. It is a place where people smile at you and say hi as you come in the door, there is always someone cheering you on and encouraging you to do better, be faster, and get stronger. The staff, the workouts, the programs, the other members have me completely blown away every day. Everyone is kind and welcoming to new members and its impossible to leave a workout from this gym in a bad mood. Unlike any gym you’ll ever find in the area. The workouts are phenomenal, the trainers are amazing, and the community this gym has created are second to none. The workouts are designed so that they can be tailored to any fitness level, and you’ll get the support you need from the trainers and members alike. The best part for me is no thinking required and no class times. Just show up, follow the workout and put the work in. In addition no two workouts are the same. Their weight loss programs are amazing. I’ve lost nearly 40 lbs since joining this gym and am down to 9.7% BF. I’m in the best shape of my life. They find ways to keep you engaged and even have a brand new online series called CKX30 to keep us going while we are in Quarantine, and will be a great new tool when I’m on the go (whenever that will be again). Check this place out. You won’t regret it and you won’t want to find another gym.

My husband and I joined crosskicks back in January and it was the best decision we have made! The trainers are amazing! They truly care about you and take time to answer any questions you may have about anything! Even during this crazy time we are in right now they have gone above and beyond by creating at home workouts for us so then we don’t lose track or motivation! I recently joined Cross Kicks Fitness at their Algonquin gym. I had been exercising at home, but my progress had plateaued. I looked at the other local gyms, but they didnt have what I wanted. I was seeking shorter more intense workouts. I didnt need a juice bar or steam room. I need planned workouts and a high trainer to member ratio and the encouragement to increase my performance. That is exactly what you get at this gym! No matter what your current fitness level is, these trainers will work with you to adapt the workouts to make your goals attainable. If you put in the effort, you will succeed.8 Months Later - I have been working out at Cross Kicks three morning s a week. I have now lost 53 lbs. and I feel great. This gym works great!1 year later - I have continued to workout three mornings a week. I have now lost 63 lbs. and Im in better shape than I have been in 30 years! Love this Cross Kicks. I have been going here for probably about 4 years. I like to go to the gym and have my workout laid out so not much planning or thinking is involved I just have to put in my effort on the workout. During the quarantine they have done amazing things to keep us on track live videos with all the trainers, recorded videos to follow daily, check ins and even live chats with the owners. This place exceeds all of my gym expectations.

The coaches at CKF have gone above and beyond to ensure the online workouts are suitable for at home completion. They have provided wonderful motivation and encouragement as well as modifications with all workouts for those who may not have any fitness equipment at home. Additionally, they built sand bag weights for anyone who wanted to pick-up and use at home; they are dedicated to the health of their members! In order to keep everyone on track, they orchestrated an online challenge (free for members), where food, exercise and engagement are tracked, balancing our at home life with our FitFam life and keeping us connected to each other! They have made themselves completely available if needed, on many platforms like social media, email, etc. and advocate sharing of struggles, recipes, wins and everything in between. The commitment to their members and the family feel they provide, is unmatched by any gym Ive been part of in prior years, even in this technology forward climate.

I thought I was in shape but, man was I wrong. Tony spent time with me and walked me through everything so I knew what I was doing and how to do it the right way! This place is so much more than a gym. Here youll find extremely knowledgeable trainers, a warm, friendly and welcoming community and workouts that are second to none. Ive done CrossFit in the past, worked out at places like LA fitness and done my own routine. The pre programmed workouts at cross kicks will keep your body and muscles guessing all the time... Which equals BIG RESULTS. I feel that I finally found the gym Ive always been looking for, the owners Tony and Abby are some of the most supportive and caring people; always letting you know theyre behind you for you to meet YOUR goals. Ive been a member of Cross Kicks Algonquin for over five years and cant even imagine going to another gym. The trainers are all so patient, helpful, supportive, and BOSSY (in a positive way)! Even with the lockdown, they put together a new workout circuit just about each and every day with videos where they do the workouts with you. Or you can choose to visit the gym which is kept clean and social-distanced. CKF is like family. Like I said, theres no other place like it!

My wife and i have been members at CKF since December of 2019. To preface this review i am typically a pretty shy person (around new people) and dont always open up to trying new things but i felt very comfortable at CKF on my very first visit. I entered the 90 day challenge in January 2020 and lost 25 pounds of fat, gained some muscle, and look and feel better than i have in years. I have found results in ~6 months at CKF that i havent found anywhere else i the last 10 years or so.The members there have made an awesome community. Everyone is very supportive, very positive, and very welcoming to newcomers. Every day, every workout is fun its energetic, its social. The positivity and energy is contagious.Tony, Abbey, and team: I cant thank you guys enough for everything you are doing during this pandemic to keep your members engaged and continue delivering us the online content and at home workouts. I LOVE this gym! Trust me that is a huge thing for me. Before Cross Kicks I pretty much hated the gym. I had learned many different types of workouts at other gyms and was really only going because I need to be healthy but never really enjoyed it. At Cross Kicks I dont just enjoy my workout, I look forward to it. It is like play time for me. There is always something fun, different, and challenging to do and its never stressful. Also, the people that I workout with there are fun and kind and actually care if I am there or not. If I miss the gym for a while one of them will message me and ask how I have been and when they will get to see me back at the gym. :)I also did some personal training there and I appreciate that the staff was super patient with my stubborn habits and helping me break them in addition to helping me lose body fat, gained muscle, and self confidence. I love this gym! The best thing about this gym is there are no class times so you can come in any time they are open and get started. No need to worry if you missed the cut off. There is also a trainer always there to help guide you in the workouts and modify if needed. Ive seen amazing results since starting to workout here over a year ago - Ive lost weight, gained muscle, but most of all, I FEEL so much healthier and stronger. I highly recommend!!

Great gym that fosters a great community to workout! With my career it can be a struggle to find the time but the flexibility of the program there allowed me to workout when I could and not be tied to the top of the hour. I can’t think Tony Wuebker and Abby Wuebker enough as well as the other coaches and those who are already members who continue to help motivate me and provided input and guidance. Over the last 3 months I have not only lost lbs but I lost 12 inches total and my body fat percentage went down. Those to me are all wins!

I was never huge into going to the gym and working out regularly until I joined CrossKicks. I love going to the gym and challenging myself with different workouts each day. The trainers are really supportive and helpful, and the other gym members are as well, which means Ive never felt self conscious about my abilities.

I love going to see Tony at Cross Kicks! I was stuck in a rut at Life Time Fitness. I did the Stairmaster for 30 minutes and did the weight machines for 30 minutes...in the same order three days a week.Every day is a different workout with Tony. There are a series of stations with 2-3 exercises that take around 40 minutes to complete. Over the course of the week he works out your whole body.I feel stronger and in much better shape since joining Cross Kicks. My lower back pain has gone away. My friends and family have noticed a difference and have asked what I am doing.Tony is a very nice guy and wants you to reach your fitness and weight loss goals. He keeps you motivated and is encouraging.

I cant say enough good things about Cross Kicks! I walked into this place not knowing what to expect. All it took was one workout and I fell in love with this place! I used to be a member at a traditional gym for many years but I realized I never knew what a real workout is till I joined CKF.There are different daily workouts which are intense but can be modified. The best part is that they are posted on the wall so you dont have to think about what to do next. And no class times!Trainers are amazing - always willing to help, push you to do your best because they want you to succeed. Here, youre known by your name and not just a number like at a traditional gym. All the members are so nice and helpful. By the end of the workout youll be drenched in sweat but that only means you gave it all you got and thats how its done! I would recommend CKF to anyone no matter what fitness level they are.

I’ve tried many gyms/workout places, fad diets, pills, wraps, you name it, I’ve tried it. Nothing ever worked. I finally decided to try Cross Kicks Fitness and it has changed my life for the better. The trainers work with you and push you to the limit. The workouts are different every day so you never get tired of the same routine.
