The whole experience was good with only one exception which I believe was more or less out of the hospitals control due to Dr. Raza being so busy. I was scheduled to be there at 7:30 a.m. for my colonoscopy. I understand that it depends on the number of patients for the procedure but it seems like the waiting time was a little extreme. I was finally taken in for the procedure at 11:00 a.m. By then I was quite tired and a little aggravated. It just seems as though the scheduling could be made within an hour or little more before the procedure. 3 & 1/2 hours is really not to good. Other than that, all the staff was very accommodating and professional. Thank you for listening to my opinion. I’m not trying to be a critic but I think the scheduling could be a little better organized.

Dr. Zeringue was so friendly and her bed side manner was just so comforting. I felt so safe. She and her partner did an excellent job. They work very well together. I was so impressed. Truly talented surgeons.

They are out fukn standing.especially dr timmer and linger. i love those 2 they talk to you as a person.
