Premier Pediatrics has been a trusted resource for my sons health throughout the past 15 years of his life. They have a friendly staff that are knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Zulma Laracuente has a fantastic bedside manner with the kids and puts that at ease with shots, adolescent conversations and so much more. We are fortunate to have a group like this in CENLA!

We have brought our two children here for over 3 years now and have never had a problem! Dr. Clark has always gone above and beyond to find out what was wrong with my kids. Love the staff!

Dr. Lara treated my kids like her own! Not only she’s a great pediatrician, but she’s an outstanding human being. We love her!!!!

Everyone that Ive interacted with at Premier has been great. Dr. Bubenzer is amazing, but she actually went to another group this year. Ive heard very good things about the other two pediatricians, though.

I have typically loved the staff. However, I drove up at the clinic tonight at 8:16 with my sick child and was told they were booked for the night and she couldnt be seen. There was no one there, so the booked for the night didnt make sense. The she said she rolled the phones at 7:30. I have calls on my phone to prove otherwise. If the message would at least say if we arent answering, dont come. We drove a whole hour and I still have a sick kid that hasnt been seen.

I had an appointment card and everything to prove that my child had an appointment for his 1 yr immunizations. As I enter, I am told that his appointment was earlier that week and I was a no show.. I told them that on my appointment card it said the date of that day. The receptionist then went back to talk to Dr Clark and he said he couldnt see him. There was no other patients there at the time. I drove 30 minutes plus Im pushing for time to get everything done due to my other baby being due in 2 weeks. It was their fault, yet he couldnt squeeze us in that day. So I am now looking for another pediatrician.If an office gives an apptmt card with a certain date, then see the patient!UPDATE: I just received a certified letter from Premier Pediatrics stating that they will no longer see my children as patients. Im figuring due to this review and the fact that I told them that day that it was poor business to not honor an appointment card. Needless to say, Ive already got another pediatrician for my children!Poor work ethic will cause poor reviews .

My 18 year old has been their patient since she was born, and we have received great comprehensive care since! Love em!
