Hanger Clinic uses an answering service, which youd assume would mean increased responsiveness. But instead, they seem to just ignore all messages left through the service, and only respond if you manage to reach them directly, which is very very difficult to do. Every time I need to get a product, it takes weeks to get through to them, and once you do, they are neither friendly nor particularly helpful. I have had far better service elsewhere.

This is a messy and disorganized prosthetic facility. Unresponsive to patient needs or outreach. I believe the lady at the front office screens calls.
