I had an appointment at 3:30, I arrived at the clinic at 3:35 (They have a politician at 10min, it does not matter) and as the photo shows, wait for them to contact me. They never called me so I went in to ask what was going on and they told me that they should come in to announce me when I arrived ... ??? .. So they told me that I should reschedule the appointment and the next one was for next October 3 !! messy ?? did they schedule more appointments than they can keep? is it bad service? who knows !!The good in this clinic: I wanted to return to this clinic for the magnificent service that I received during my first pregnancy from Dr. Cynthia Lopez. She is the best!

The staff here have gotten a lot better and overall more friendly. I used to have to join my father on every visit but now he goes alone without any issues.

They did an outstanding job many times!Diagnosed me with a dormant condition and referred me to the right people to take care of me..Ms Sims did an amazing job helping me though it all!!!I am so grateful to them...they do the best with what they have!

Literally feel like I’m in a unemployment office. You can have an appointment and still won’t be able to see your doctor until a hour later after scheduling the appointment. The nurses are nice, but need to do better. It’s too much going on in this clinic.

I give them four stars because of Dr. Chapman. He is an excellent doctor and my aci is now down to 7 from 9.6. 6 and I don’t have diabetes.Can’t say the same about the rest of the staff. The Ethiopian lady that did my registration was very rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. I provided her w my tax returns and pay stubs and she demanded a letter from my employer. I asked her why and told her it was an inconvenience but she was adamant. I showed her the requirements and she agreed that is all I need but then STILL demanded the letter. I got it from my company and then had a horrible time getting to her. Apparently the lady doesn’t have email. The fax is a shared fax and she didn’t get the message. I called her repeatedly and left messages which went unreturned. I went in TWICE looking for her one day she was off the other time she was on duty but couldn’t be found even though it wasn’t much time. Waiting 36 minutes until she came and handed it to her and she looked extremely annoyed although I greeted her warmly with a smile and kind words. She seemed disappointed that I got her the unnecessary letter.On to the lab.The lab Corp lady is UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE TO SAY THE LEAST. SHE DREW THE BLOOD AND LEFT THE NEEDLE STICKING OUT OF MY VEINS WITH THE TEST TUBE DANGLING AND STARTED OPENING THE BLOOD VIAL TO PUT IN IN WHILE THE NEEDLE AND TUBE WERE HANGING FROM MY VEINS. I SAID SOMETHING AND SHE TOOK IT OUT AND CONTINUED FUMBLING WITH THE TUBE. I ASKED WHY SHE DIDNT OPEN THE VIAL FIRST AND TAKE THE NEEDLE OUT RIGHT AWAY AND SHE TOLD ME TO “let me do me and stop crying like a baby “ and laughed in my face. THE RESULT WAS A BIG BLACK AND BKUE BRUISE ON MY ARM WHERE SHE DREW THE BLOOD THAT LASTED ABOUT TEN DAYS!The nurses we cool but the people behind the glass at check in are kind of slow and a bit rude and seemed not to be attentive to all the non Hispanic people!Dr. Chapman is great though and the cost of the medication is affordable there. Walmart wanted $190 and they only charged me $5 for the same exact thing!

I went for a physical exam and the Dr. Farah Mofid-woo used the wrong code. she stated that I went for routine check , as a resulted of that my insurance didnt pay the co-payment. I made countless calls to them asking to correct the Dr. mistake but no one was able to help the last person I talked was a manager named Alberto, He also refused to help and the only solution he gave me is to pay the $ 30.00 co-payment. very unprofessional people there including the Doctors. By the way the place looks filthy and dirty. last time I talked to them I told them I will stop making business with them.

The only doctor that is worth seeing here is the lady Dr.Paula Hayes but mostly they just prescribe you medication and drug you up without really solving or fixing the problem that is causing your illness but if you havent any insurance and on a very limited income they only charge 13.00 a visit plus your medicine is free if you cannot pay for your medication at their in house pharmacy that is located in their lobby and filled on the spot while your waiting for it. this clinic is only good if you have a sinus infection or ear infections or pain in your back or very minor illness but anything bigger then that they only drug you to keep your illness and pain managable to deal with

Worst place ever the most racist people ever you be served atleast an hour and half after your appointment and priority is to Hispanicsfront desk and nurses are Hispanics so they speak their language mostly and ignore you as if you a nobody specially if you are African American
