“Psychiatrist Visit” with Karen L May CNP was just a waste of time. Without a doubt the WORST, most judgmental behavioral health specialist I have seen in my life. She is simply unhelpful.

The staff and doctors here are amazing. I have extreme hypochondria and absolutely dread going to a doctors appointment. Every time I have gone to an appointment here the staff is kind and helps to make me feel comfortable and the doctors address my concerns and don’t make me feel stupid for overreacting to my symptoms. The longest I’ve ever sat in the waiting area was about ten minutes and when I get my blood drawn here it’s always painless and easy.

All they do is refer you to someone else, who then wont accept you cause they have too many patients🤔They tell me every time you need psychiatrist help but then do nothing but tell you how the Dr. cant see you, merry go round round clinic in my opinion

Horrible staff! including the doctors, GO ANYWHERE ELSE!you can never get ahold of anybody, you have to raise hell even to just be seen. my husband was just diagnosed with type 1 diabetes and was having severe issues but never got ahold of or ever heard back from his doctor. Forget about needing refills it will never get done even if its life saving insulin.

I cant speak for anyone else but this Pres has been really good to me. Since my car accident everyone there has been helpful and understanding. Happy to have been established here.

I have been with this location over a year and its been nothing but trouble. From canceling appointments when Im pulling up in the parking lot to most recently them failing to provide a referral on multiple occasions. Most recent scenario: I have spoke with 4 nurses over the last 2-days with each giving me different excuses. One says 24 hrs to process and she labeled it urgent as the patient is leaving the country Saturday. Next nurse says she doesnt see anything explaining that. So over 2-days talking with 3 people, all of them failed to properly document my situation. She then said its been sitting with Dr Baga since yesterday but hes been busy and hasnt had time. End result; Im not being scene before I leave the country.Update...I left this review 2-weeks ago and STILL DONT have a referral. They had to do a change in provider and just told me today they messed up and put it in wrong again. 3 weeks into this mess and they still have yet to get it right. Incompetent. Please do your patients some justice and standardize your procedures so you can provide the care people need and be consistent with your answers. Otherwise, youre just winging it! You have failed miserably!

The staff at PMG is friendly and courteous. There are times when the wait is overly long but I do not believe it is due to any other reason than too many patients too few health providers. The reason for 4 stars instead of five is because of the long wait times - both in the clinic and on the phone.I have nothing but praise for my Internist, Dr. Melissa Cline, her Nurse Practitioner. and the LPNs. All top notch professionals. The Behavioral Dept. is also on top of things. I received timely compassionate help during an extreme crisis and there was follow up.Can mistakes be made?? Of course but they will take ownership for any mix ups and set them right.

This place is horrible. My grandmother had an apointment at 3. We checked in before 3. It has been an hour and she still has not been called back. People that checked in after her have come and gone. While waiting I have learned that the office staff does not know how to handle no show letters and multiple insurance billings. I also got to know the name of one of the patients that is not getting a no-show letter because the actually called in. Wow

This message for the staff: we are all the same and equal, our time is as valuable as your time, its ridiculous to wait extra 50 mins after appointments time, even i checked in 30 mins before. This is my 2nd time that i have to wait more than 45 mins, i came last time and left without seeing the doctor becUse i had to run to my ither appointment, this time is the same, still waiting more than 45 mins. Seeking for another provider office.Dont recommend this place!!!

Too bad I could not give this house of horrors a zero. Norma Perez MD is hateful and judgmental. My PTSD is now 50% worse because of her. I was working with her NP on my anxiety meds when she usurped my appointment just so she could yell at me.

I have had the worse experience with this place. I was prescribed a menopause estrogen patch by accident, when i asked for birtch control patches! Im 26, did they not look at my date of birth? Did they not look at my file? To prescribe me something carelessly and not even own up to it is un professional. You guys are supposed to be the Drs and to do this is an embarrassment. I have called the office several times to talk to someone an no one has called !!!! I will be taking my business somewhere else and am very upset that they carelessly put prescribed me something in my body that who knows what it will do to me.

Ive had fair experiences w/one of the nurse practitioners, Ms. Kesler, at this practice. She is compassionate. This is big-box healthcare at its mediocre. If youre big on being prescribed every pharmaceutical that might solve your problem in the short term but may carry some long-term side effect in the future, then this is the place for you. Theyre fine for the basic stuff: colds, heart disease, high blood pressure. However, I would NOT recommend them for something obscure or autoimmune, or your liable to be referred a therapist. Also definitely not if youre inclined towards integrative medicines. Not to mention, its really hard to get an appt at this PMG practice. Theyre nice, but its all about patching up symptoms, not finding the root cause.

If you walk in looking for an urgent care, ignore the lady that tells you to go to Duke City Urgent Care. It is out of network, and they will prescribe you medication that Pres doesnt even cover.
