I have always been impressed with my visits to LoboCare at UNM. Alice Brown, NP (now retired) and Elsa Konkolics, NP provided me with excellent support and even phone call follow-up when needed. The office staff is kind and efficient- I have never waited more than a few minutes for an appointment. I appreciate their kindness and professionalism and would not hesitate to recommend the LoboCare Team. Thank you!

I rather wait a couple of days if they dont have an open appointment that day and thats how comfortable I am about being treated there. The staff is great and efficient and I never had to wait more than 15 minutes for the physician or CNP to see me. In and out service. Great!!

Wasnt sure what to expect. Everyone was courteous and efficient. Between registration, new patient paperwork and seeing the provider, less than 1 hour. Provider was very knowledgeable and answered all my concerns. I was impressed.

If you are a UNM employee or family member this place is fantastic, got an appointment quickly and was seen quickly when I arrived. Excellent staff. Great experience all around.

Turned down for urgent medical care for being one minute late for check in cut off time. So much for a patient’s right to be treated. I spent most of that tine waiting to be checked in all to get to the window to be checked in and already signing paperwork to be seen when I was told I was just a bit over the check in time.

I am an employee of UNM and recently have used the services of LoboCare. It is without a doubt the most positive experience Ive had in healthcare. The UNM Hospital shuttle picked me up near my office and took me to a same-day appointment at LoboCare.I saw Alice Brown for my appointment. She was amazing empathetic and kind. I felt like she really listened to me, and gave me really helpful information. I saw her again for a follow-up, and she was awesome yet again. All of the nurses and check-in staff were great as well.I absolutely encourage other employees to use LoboCare. I will definitely be going there in the future.

I have used the Lobocare Clinic many times during the past 5 years. While Ive always been satisfied with the care received, I have experienced increasingly prompt & courteous service. My last visit in September of 2017 was amazing. I called at 8 am, scheduled an appointent for 9:30, saw an incredibly pleasant & knowledgeable physician who suggested Xray which I received at OSIS (another UNM healthcare facility) as a walk in, & then received a followup call from the physician with care recommendations - all before noon the same day. Had I gone to emergency or urgent care (broken bone in foot) I suspect Id have still been in the waiting room. A great facility & an effective system.

Very fast clinic for UNM employees and family

I called in to make an appointment. I explained why i need to see a doctor and the lady on the phone overreacted and made it seem like i need to go to ER over muscle spasms. No restraint or professionality on the phone, just freaking me out when it just muscle spasm/cramping. This grade will change if the keep restraint on the phone instead of scaring me.
