This was my second time having to wait in excess of 40 minutes for a routine birth control appointment. They took multiple patients back ahead of me that had later appointments than I did. I arrived 10 minutes early in an attempt to be respectful of their time, but they did not give me this same courtesy. I imagine it is their attempt to shame me for seeking bodily autonomy, and I can guarantee that I wont be back.
I REALLY like my nurse practitioner here, Jacquelyn Reeve, which is good, because theres no chance of seeing a doctor. She really listens and seems to care about me, and she spends enough time with me and listens.AWORD OF CAUTION: DONT SELF-PAY if your insurance hasnt kicked in yet! I dont know if the billing practices have changed since Optum took over, but when it was DaVita I had to self-pay because my husbands new employer hadnt gotten our insurance in the system after 1 1/2 months, and I really needed to be seen about my throat. Long story short, 3 1/2 years later I finally gave up on getting my $176 back because the billing folks NEVER billed insurance since I had already paid. (Insurance is out of state, wouldnt accept my filing for reimbursement.) I called and asked them at least 4 times, talked to supervisors, etc., and it NEVER got billed to my insurance. >: (
I cant say enough good things about Optum. So professional all the while being super friendly!! I am very grateful that I have them for my medical needs!!!
Did not get a chance to ask questions. The doctor stayed with the patient for maximum 3 minutes and did not educate the patient with the illness. The doctor left the patient confused and lost after the 3 minutes visit. The visit did not end and the doctor already left the room to go see another patient according to the nurse.
Doctors that really care about you and spend time listening to you. Ive had a couple of different physicians here and they were both great and thorough.
Everyone at this location was very friendly and helpful but there is a bait and switch going on in in billing. I went for a preventative physical since it was covered in full by my insurance. Davita refuses to bill it as preventative so my insurance wont pay it.
Deana in the lab was awesome got me in quick under a time crunch very professional and nice. Did a great job drawing my blood thanks!
This is the Best place to go, I was very sick & the lady that answered the phone said they were booked up. I asked her to call me if she had any cancellations & she called me right back, I was seen within an hour. The drs & nurses are great.
I work very long hours and have a demanding job. I get a call just before 5pm the day before my appointment stating the lpn is sick and I need to reschedule. This is a big inconvenience. I understand that people get sick but for the inconvenience I asked if they would waive the $25 deductible. They declined. I know its not much but its worth the fact I will now have to juggle things around. I am now looking for a new doctor and health care provider for my whole family. Dont go to a place that doesnt care about you
I was trying to return a call. Their automatic system put me on hold. An hour and 20 minutes later no one had bothered to pick up. Last month I did manage to talk to people but everybody I talked to gave me contradictory and inaccurate information. This place is totally incompetent.
People at the lab are so RUDE ! Drs are NOT helpful if you are not rich! As they say money talks!
Their wait time is long and people at labs are very rude and in a bad mood all the time
Great nurse practitioner
Great care!!
