The staff is super friendly. In these times I’m sure it’s not always the easiest thing. Everything was clean and felt totally safe. Even though the waiting room was pretty full the wait was not all that long.

I went in for a pre-employment drug screen. The ladies at the front desk were busy but they were friendly and helpful. I was there for about 20 minutes from start to finish which was a pleasant surprise because they were pretty busy. I wish everyone would treat their customers/patients like their time matters too like Concentra.

It was my first time visiting this facility/location and all of the staff were very professional and polite. I arrived about 15mins before they closed but they still saw me,and they made an effort to get me in and out without making me feel rushed or as an inconvenience, like so many businesses do when you come in so close to closing time. I highly recommend this location and I plan to continue my care with them as needed.

I was recently seen at the Concentra on menaul for an injury. I want to say thank you very much for the excellent service from the staff especially the girls at the front desk. Even though they were super busy they still kept a smile and upbeat attitude, I hope the upper management realizes what an excellent crew they have hopefully they are rewarded for their work

Be ready to wait a long time to be seen by the Dr. However the (PT) Physical therapy side is fast and efficient. Arnold is really good! He talks to you about what he is doing and why. He asks questions about what I have been dealing with at work and home.

I have only been here once but I have taken my spouse and family here multiple times for work injuries that are very simple to evaluate...such as a cut finger or even a simple drug test and EVERY TIME there is a rude employee, it takes about 4-5 hours, they are short staffed, and my spouse had an allergic reaction to wearing latex gloves...these people had no idea what the hell was going on just sent her back to work with restrictions to not wear gloves as a cook...after 4 hours of wait and another 2 being seen. No creams or medicine just that restriction which took her out of work until we came up with bringing our own gloves to work. Place is horrible!

I am happy to leave a review for the hard working, polite workers at this Concentra on Menaul. From the counter people to the girls taking care of you to the head nurse (goes over your results with you) they are very pleasant hard working and very professional. The fine lady who went over the test results with me is as good as it gets. Went there for work related business and wasn’t looking forward to the visit but as I said they were wonderful. Place was clean and organized. I hope they hear of my review here. Their management should be very proud of each person working there. Thanks you guys!

From signing in untill I was released was all done in reasonably good time considering the Monday morning crowd that was ahead of me. Very friendly staff and my doctor was outstanding 👍thank you🇺🇸

Wow very busy place!!! The front desk staff is awesome though! The girls up front are very welcoming when greeting, helpful when asked questions, and sweet. The blonde girl especially! The clinic is crazy busy but I always get seen in a timely manner and everyone is polite. Very happy with this clinic, management, and staff.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but the front desk girl was very rude they ran out of masks and she said someone couldn’t be seen without a mask how are you going to deny services instead of asking management to go get masks your right by many stores!??? I asked what her name was and she ignored me she had long black hair and was extremely rude used word like I guess so to people checking in. Be more professional! Very busy location for you to be acting immature!

I went in for a TB test the nurses were very friendly and helpful. I was super nervous about it because it was my first time doing something like that. The nurse that was working with me helped calm my nerves. Pretty awesome visit.

I was sent for a drug screen. I made sure to let them know that I already needed urinate. When I arrived. They chose to make me wait over an hour. Why do these Surveys. When people with common sense aren’t doing the jobs in the first place. Drug screens should have a separate employee just doing drug screening.

There was a form where I did not understand the wording and I asked the girl at the desk for clarification and she just kept reading it to me verbatim over and over. Each time I told her I didnt understand the wording and she would read it again louder. After the 3rd time I just did it however and hoped it was right. I know she knows what it says and that she can read what it says.. but can you please explain it to me like I dont use this form every day, because I dont. I think the question had double negatives or something so I wasnt sure if it did or didnt apply to me. Anyhow, the other 2 people that helped me that day were indeed very helpful.

This place was fast easy and straight to the point in and out the lines may look long but go by super fast ....

My supervisor sent me with the incorrect work order. I had an order for Concentra to conduct a urinalysis drug test, but I was supposed to get a full CDL two year physical. The people at Concentra went out of their way to reverse the UA, call my supervisor and get a full physical authorized.I had already been at the clinic one hour by now. As I was completing the medical information sheet required by Concentra to conduct the physical I overheard the lady at the desk tell another person the wait time was two and a half hours. I was discouraged but willing to wait; however, I was pleasantly surprised when I was called back fifteen minutes later. Apparently I had been given head-of-line privilege due to the mistake my supervisor had made. The physical wad conducted thoroughly, professionally and quite pleasantly. The doctor was very professional. My complete two hour experience at Concentra was a highly positive one.

I went in for a drug screen and as I was leaving my car to go inside, I managed to cut my finger pretty deep. So I explained what happened when i went inside and asked if someone could also tend to my wound as Im bleeding everywhere. They literally told me that I would have to wait 2 hours to be seen and then get back in line and wait another 2 hours for the drug screening. Ridiculous! They couldnt have cared less about my wound and looked at me disgustingly as I was bleeding all over. I was thoroughly unimpressed with their customer service practices.

If I could give no stars I would. The staff is very rude. Poor customer service. They had me waiting outside their facility in 104 degree weather for 2 and a half hours. Then when I took my Urine analysis the tech said my urine was too hot. I asked if it was clean she said yeah but the temperature is too hot and I asked how hot it was and she said 101 degrees. So I told her I would take the test again but she denied it because it wasnt enough. Concentras poor order of operations cost me my employment. Get it together Concentra!!!!

Went to get recertification for CDL fiscal, did not care for NPs attitude. I realize it was very busy but was given grief an had to keep going back an waiting long periods of time for recertification. I will need to go to another place.

Arrived, was told there would be a two hour wait. Filled out all the paperwork. Waited an hour and then was told they wouldnt see me because their provider was not credentialed by my insurance carrier. My carrier is one of the largest in the state.

I really liked how some of the employees took initiative when there was quite a few people. One of the clerks went out of her way to help with the line and was incredibly kind. Jose is a great communicator and the person who drew my blood provided excellent care. I wish I got names but I’ve only got reviews to offer.Anticipate on waiting it’s not necessarily an in and out clinic, especially right now.

I showed up 15 minutes before close for a drug test. They said it would be a 40 min wait. I was surprised they took me. They didnt even seem bugged that I showed up at that time. I waited 40 minutes and then was in and out of there.

I waited for 2 hours to be seen. If I didnt go to front desk and ask receptionist/assistant if they have forgotten about me. When taken inside for physical staff was great! Thank you!

The girl that took me back confused me with another patient and the worker got mad like it was my fault. I gave her my birthday, first and last name. Only after she sealed my urine up, I noticed that it wasn’t my name when I was signing stuff. She walked out of the room and didn’t return. Another girl came in and fixed her f-up. She was super nice, if I remember her name was heather ? Anyway, kudos to you for saving the day.

Enjoyed the therapy part 😌staff were very helpful and friendly process was efficient although wait was long. They made me feel comfortable and special. I will recommend this place to everyone.

Someone entered my name incorrectly on a form, and even after frequently asking several different people that it be corrected, Concentra continues to refer to me by the incorrect name. The text I got encouraging me to leave a review even used the incorrect name.I went to Concentra for a pre-employment physical, so I worry that the incorrect name on my documentation may jeopardize the validity of my physical.Between that and the clearly overworked and dissatisfied staff, I would leave a 0-star review if I could. I am incredibly disappointed, and I dread to possibly have to go back and re-do my physical because someone couldnt be bothered to read and type my name correctly.

I put this good rating because of the black lady up front who answered all questions appropriately the other ones seem to need more training

The staff were very professional and friendly. I went in for a pre-eminent drug test and I was in and out in about an hour. I was absolutely satisfied with the time frame of my visit.

I have an employee that went in for a TB test over two weeks ago and we have been begging for paperwork with the results and no one will help us. They told us to call Quest if we want the results but Quest wont give us the results since we arent the ordering clinic - they provided the results to Concentra. Its been a constant back and forth so much so that my employee has now lost a week of work because she cannot work without these results and no one seems to care at Concentra

Went for a TB test, when I went in for the reading I realized the print out they gave me was for somebody by a different first name, same last name. It had the individuals name and DOB which are both PII so to my knowledge that would be a blatant HIPAA violation. I had to go back in because of their mistake and had to go through the process quietly as Im sure they were aware they messed up.

Concentra staff delivered great customer service! In the beginning, my code did not work so I had to contact the employer for a new code. Concentra offered to hold my place in line while I left to obtain a new code. They were very friendly and efficient!

There were long wait times. Staff also missed part of my screening orders, which meant I had to come again to get everything completed.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Quick and efficient, I was in and out in under 25 minutes for a simple drug test.

I went in for a pre employment drug test. It was organized and the employees were helpful. The only thing I wished was there was a water jug to get water from in case you didn’t have to pee yet. Other drug testing places have those. The water fountains were closed due to COVID. I also wish the place was separated between people there for the urgent care and people there for drug tests. Everyone has to wait in the same room and it can get crowded.

The employees were kind but the wait time was a little much for a drug screening for pre employment.

Did the appointment per website to ensure will be in and out experience.Got there like 15 minutes or 20 before my appointment. There was only one nurse and she did a great job, but was not good for her or for the customers.She did an outstanding job, very friendly and communicative....but my appointment that was fir 9:30 am become pass 10 am.Management need to get focus on things like this so dont hurt the customer and dont burn the employees.

Went there late afternoon on a Thursday when it was busy and got in and out very quickly. Everyone was very kind and really cared about what was going on in the office. Will continue to go here for my DOT physicals.

Unable to do my TB blood test because it has to be done before 12 (didn’t know that) but otherwise they allow you to email ppr work considering most people don’t have printers and are pretty efficient with regards to wait times.

The girls that work here are very rude. I needed my Tb test read and I went back like the card said before 3:52. The lady at front was saying it had to be after 3:52. When I showed her the card she was even more rude.

As far as urgent care facilities go, the overall check-in process was simple and quick and the front desk staff were helpful, thorough and super friendly.

This facility was very understaffed and not friendly. I had an appointment and was not seen for over 2 hours past my appointment time. The check in process was long and confusing. The actual doctor was obviously too busy to take much time to talk to me.

Very professional, courteous and thorough as well as clean. I went to the Albuquerque NM and alas Vegas locations and both experiences were great!

I was going in just to do a urine test - something that would take less than 5 minutes.If you value you’re time, don’t go here. If time is not an issue, this place is great!

I had a great experience at Concentra. My visit was for a physical, drug test, hearing, and vision test. I came prepared with necessary paperwork and the experince was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly, proffesional and informative. They did well with taking proper COVID-19 precautions. Thank you for the great service!

My visit too this particular was the worst. The entrance doors would not close all the way an it was entirely too cold in the waiting room . Once I was call too the back the doctor treated me like I had the plague . She wasnt sure what my problem was an was just guessing. She prescribed a cream for my skin an I paid the drug store $ 80 an it didnt work . This was my worst experience at Concentra . I will not b returning . Oh an bi the way I paid out of pocket $159.00 an didnt get the help I needed. What a waist of money.

They are crooks, went in to get a d.o.t health card and was told that I would only be able to get one for ninety days because I need to do a sleep study because of my neck .After waiting two hours, My neck measured seventeen inches and dot requirements are twenty one or more to require a sleep study . They also said why wouldnt I do the sleep study anyway my company is paying for it.I told them I was paying not my company. I told them to give me my money back and I was told that they would only give me the card for ninety days only I went to another doctor that wasnt concentra and got my card for two years with no problems . I felt my services were based on what the insurnotance could be charged. This a a complete dissatisfaction to myself and my insurance carrier . NOT HAPPY AT ALL !!!! :-(

Nurses were very friendly but the doctor requires that I have a sleep study done. On the Concentra website it states that this is not required but the doctor seemed to think that it was a requirement ever though the law was changed in July of 2019. Practice doesn’t match the website or law

Very polite, fast as possible has a lot of clients so I can understand the wait but for the most part every one of the staff were working hard to process all the clients quickly and efficiently with a smile.

I was impressed that as busy as your office is, it is runs very efficient.

Upon arrival ladies were nice clean facility. When called to back I tried talking to the tech she wouldn’t give me the time of day. Made me feel if i was a bother.

Went for a pre-employment drug screen. Urine all over the seat, blown off and told it was not her area! Nasty, all this talk of cleaning!!! Was not cleaned before next client went in. Fell onto someone elses or who know how many peoples urine. Reporting to the state.

Every body was pretty profesional

Right from beginning, as soon as you walk through the front door there seem to be a spirited attitude fluctuating throughout the lobby area. My wait to be called to the front counter was all of about 3 mins. Afterward there was plenty of vacant chairs to find myself a sit to fill out the necessary paperwork for acountability toward my future job, concentra and myself. After turning in my paperwork, it took all of about 10mins before I was called to the back area to have my pre-employment drug test conducted. Everything went as well as can be expected, the collector (Abril Perez Abrego) was extremely professional at her given tasks and I was please with how well she conducted herself. She gave instructions and I followed them to a tee and before you knew it I was ready to proceed on with the rest of my day. Thankyou

Had to take a drug screen. The wait in line the first time was short, then filled out info and had to go back to end of line. Thought maybe since I waited in line I cloud just hand someone the info.Waited 20 -30 minutes to take a 5 minute test. The testing portion was great and all the staff was professional and pleasant.

They had everything under control for covid distance and smooth operation you will not have to wait all day if you have to go there I want to thank you all for your care .

Zero stars if it was an option!!! Stay away!! After having to wait two hours to begin with, the power goes out and no one had a clue as to what to do but send us home. So they had no backup plan in place and worst of all they waited until closing time which was 5 pm to inform myself and several other drivers who were waiting a DOT physicals that we had to come back back at 8 am. My work schedule starts at 4am and I asked what do I do if my schedule starts four hours before you open ?? The answer was Um I don’t know but if you come in at 8 am and spend more time in the waiting room we MIGHT be able to move you to the front of the line. Just unbelievable lack of professionalism and a lack of being prepared for any kind of situation that may occur. Unfortunately I had to return four days later and still had to wait two hours before I was seen. Just the worst. Stay away and go somewhere else. Be ready to lose huge amounts of time In The waiting room and be ready to be greeted by people who don’t smile or apparently speak to humans.......

Had to take a drugscreen and the clinic performed the wrong panel drug screen. Which meant I had to go back and do it again. This was extremely inconvenient and almost caused me to fail an educational program as a result. Very unsatisfied.

If you are trying to avoid the pandemic, not a good healthcare facility to schedule a visit. At least 3 people in the crowded lobby did not have their mask on appropriately. Down under chin, under nose, or just around the neck. The guy next to me sniffing his snot with his mask under his nose. Staff did not check or seem to notice nor did I hear any education about expectations. At this point in the pandemic, this should be a no brainer and expectations should be set with all patients upon arrival. One of the staff members did find time to take her mask off and eat a bit of her snack so I guess there’s that too. I also didn’t see the staff clean shared patient equipment-pulse ox used on my finger not BP cuff cleaned. Floors and walls dirty too in my exam room. This “healthcare” facility needs some work!

Despite with COVID situation. The staff were friendly and kind. I didnt wait long and got called in almost immediately. Concentras medical staff really know what theyre doing 👍

When your going for a drug screen/urine test, time can be of the essence. So when I arrived, I had planned accordingly and already had to go. Then I was told it would be 40 minutes till I could do the deed. I said what if I cant wait that long, to which they said, in a tone I didnt care for, youll wait till you can!. Not cool, but ok. So I sat, it took 82 minutes before I got called back, no explanations, no apologies, and as far as I could see, no way to streamline the process. Being a book, its going to be awhile.

They are all really amazing, since the doctors, nurses and therapists helped me a lot. Dr. Dana is amazing, she speaks to you with the truth and really helps you. Dr. Evan motivates you and makes you see things positive. The nurses are super friendly and respectful. The therapists Allen and Anabelle are wonderful, incredible thanks to that I have managed to walk again normally. I really feel great thanks to the Concentra team. I wish we had more people like you. They really treat you like a patient and not as a customer. I recommend them 100% 👍 Thank you

So they close at a certain time. I was worried about not being able to finish this procedure before they closed and they were just so sweet and nice. Told me “no do not worry at all we stay as long is necessary to take care of the patients”. I thought that was nice. They were also very quick at everything that is not to say that I felt like a number just pinging around from one associate to another. They would visit with you and give you your time but in an expeditious way. I will return here.

Very quick and professional service considering how busy they were. Everything went great! With the exception of the prescriber yelling at the RT before walking in the room. Maybe scold her privately or further away from the rooms? Nonetheless the prescriber was very nice and professional to me when she is walked in.
