I have been a patient of Dr Dean for over 10 years. Over the years we have worked well together to ensure my best course of treatment. Her staff has always been very pleasant and very helpful. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jacqueline Dean since 2011. I cant praise her highly enough. She is extremely conscientious, non-pushy, experienced and up to date. Wonderful manner. Beyond that, The Albuquerque Center for Rheumatology is a small, caring practice , with an on-call Dr. at all times. Unlike so many facilities, a response to trouble is guaranteed, not next week, but when you need help. I highly recommend The Albuquerque Center for Rheumatology

I spent a month and a half having my medical records repeatedly faxed to them for review, only to be told that they havent received them, there is no other way to supply records unless I bring them in (except Im from out of state and my doctor must fax them in) , trying multiple fax numbers, and finally today that their fax machine is behaving unreliably. Im very upset as I had high hopes for this place, but now I have to start my search for a new doctor over after so much wasted time.

Thieves work here. I ordered a package that was accidentally delivered to this business (similar address). I contacted the office coordinator who signed for it and she confirmed they had it; but that it seems to have disappeared. It was a Christmas gift for my wife and its pretty clear someone in the office felt they could just take it and not get caught.Healthcare is about people and trust. Do you really want to patronize a business that employs people who are happy to steal if they think they can get away with it?

Love this place and the staff. Dr. Pacheco is very professional and has helped me with my RA and treatment. I was waiting on a waiting list with pres for months and was able to get in here in just 4 months, which is quick for a specialist like this. (I waited a year in California). I would highly recommend this place to anyone

Staff would not let me in to see the doctor, because they were unable to do their job. Had a change in insurance and they were unable to locate it on their computer. Further, they indicated my CMS Medicare ID Card was not proof of insurance, but rather just indicates Im covered under Medicare, when former staff accepted the CMS Medicare ID Card without a problem. When I tried to reach the Dr. to let him know there was an issue in the office, his MA sent me a text with a phone number that went to the same office staff that refused to do anything. When I went in for my appointment, they refused to let me see the doctor. Before walking out of their office, I yelled at them out of frustration, and the Dr. sent a letter withdrawing from my case. I feel theyre only interested in $. I have Lupus and they havent looked at my blood in 2yrs.

Good luck getting an appointment. I was told that no appointments were made without blood work. I spent $1,200+ in blood work at Tri-Core with all the Rheumatoid panels and other various arthritis related panels and had it sent over to them. 2 weeks later I followed up and was told that it had to be reviewed by a doctor and to not call them, but they would call me. That was 3 months ago. I still havent received a call. Buyer beware! And dont go blow money on blood work until you have a legitimate doctor.

Horrible experience! They convinced me to go into their research program by assuring me that if I did not qualify I would get an appointment with my primary care referral. Surprise, I did not qualify and now they are trying to fit me in and asking me the same questions I have answered before. During the screening I was diagnosed with other conditions, I have referral, yet I sit at home in chronic pain and no appointment after three months of delayed screening appointments and excuses for not scheduling a real appointment. I feel deceived and abandoned.

Nope. I went in and was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and EDS. The Dr. didn’t even do a blood test for EDS (There is one available!) He refused to believe I grew up where there was Lyme disease and that I had it as a child. (I grew up in Tennessee!). I was born in Utah and moved when I was 1 or 2, so for some reason no matter what I said he wouldn’t believe I knew where I grew up. He was trying to say I had symptoms I simply didn’t have for EDS. I looked at the diagnostic criteria for it. I just do NOT have any signs of it!I do for Fibromyaligia and he did give me meds, so I called back a couple months later asking if he’d write the diagnosis for me so I could take it to my primary care who can give me referrals to Pain Management. (It has to come from the PCP.) He refused saying, “He doesn’t know for sure I have it, so he won’t say I do.” I literally can’t get care because he refused to say it...after he already told me that I did and even gave me meds for it! I won’t go to a Dr. who doesn’t know what he’s doing and refuses care.
