I write this as I currently sit in the lobby. Got here at 11:45am and its 1pm now. Still have not been seen. Im here to pee in a cup for a drug screen. Unbelievably slow service. I tried to make an appointment in advance but they said its walk in only. This is what happens.Staff is a little iffy on professionalism as well. Saw someone get kicked out after getting into an argument with the receptionist about the wait time because the receptionist tried to tell him to come back another day because theyre busy.If I had a choice on where to go I would have picked somewhere else. But this unfortunate place was forced upon me as the only option.

And you would think walk in urinate walk out right? Not a chance, was told I needed a full bladder, oh really I thought I could pee air, so yes my bladder is full...so now GO HAVE A SEAT AND WAIT FOR AN HOUR IN PAIN. thanks!

Wait time is so long. By then you will be dead. And staff has an attitude as well . By looking at staff they dont like to work here . And if you have a physical or dot test or any test the nurses wont tell you what to do they will bring you in and do test without explaining your role. You might fail the test because you dont know what you are doing.

Employees are rude,slow and more interested in talking to each other than helping patients. Went in for drug screening , but its also urgent care. Ive never had to wait so long for a urine test. I would not recommend going there for anything. Signage is almost non existent, tiny little signs , so youre not even sure you are in the right place.

It was the worst experience of my life. The staff constantly laughing and making snide remarks. They completely forgot to do my drug test and I had to remind them to do it. I came here for a job screening for a different job as a requirement. They need to do a internal investigation of this place and get rid of some of the employees. There are a few good employees. The doctor who does the physical test was the worst. She hates her job and everything I told her bother her. God forbid if anyone comes in with a pre-existing condition, which I did. I felt completely helpless. I told her that no one took my temperature or weighted me before I saw her. I looked over her papers and the information said a false weight and temperature. I think that is illegal to do! Someone please give me a phone number to report this! She was frustrated with me from the start. Some employee falsified my information adding my weight and temperature. No one took my temperature or weighted me on a scale! That wasn’t even the worst of it.

I came in for a physical and drug screen. Got there at 7am didn’t get out until 1110am. The staff are rude they walk in and out of the patient exam room without knocking or announcing themselves. The Dr. did not sanitize his hands before touching me, and the door was left open as he started to go over with me my personal information such is a HIPAA violation. I am in the process of filing and compliant with DOH as well as legal action for violating my HIPAA and patient rights

A++++ This company was amazing to work with. They offer a wide variety of services with walk-in hours making it easy for a new hire to move through that part of onboarding and their staff is very responsive. Have used workfit medical in professional and personal settings and will definitely use again in the future.

The doctor is a joke and has no idea what he’s doing not to mention he like to say you checked off the sleep test and makes you go do it because he’s getting kick backs and as I see it he should no longer be able to practice. this place has a bunch of lawsuits against it and they keep doing the same stuff over and over

Based on my experience I cant understand the incredibly low rating of this care center. The staff at the front desk were quick and efficient, and the nurse and PA had me in and out in a reasonable time. I think people that have had a bad experience are more likely to vent it out in a poor rating than those who have had a positive one, so dont avoid coming here based on these reviews.

I have never in my life experienced a doctors office/urgent care as bad as this. My visit started at 9:30 AM , with a drug screen and pre employment physical. I waited till 10:30 am to be seen to have my pee DENIED due to not being at temperature using their side of the cup temperature RANGE guide.... I’ve never had this happen before and have given pee drug tests before. Following, I waited an additional hour to pee again at which I had to go at 11:30AM, then wasn’t SEEN to pee again till 12:30 PM. After which I waited in the waiting room to be seen by a nurse till 1 PM And then didn’t even get to see the PA till 1:30 PM. This is where it gets even worse, I was YELLED at for politely being concerned about my wait time as I had fasted for my blood work, and the improper handle of my samples. In addition she told me to go else where if I had a problem with the wait. REBECCA , the PA here is one of the most inconsiderate, rude health care providers I’ve ever seen. I have been to the ER in a major city and have been seen before I was seen at this facility. In addition, she blamed it on me that I couldn’t pee, however I told them I needed to go and STILL wasn’t seen. I didn’t leave till 1:56 PM, my whole day wasted, and late to my other eye appointment which was scheduled for 2:15 PM. They are so inconsiderate and probably the worst health care providers I’ve EVER been to. Seriously Rebecca, poor poor quality of a physical to. She basically made sure I could turn my head and checked my reflexes, something a high school graduate could do. Not only that, they lost ALL of my paper work about my health history and had to do it all over again when I made sure to complete all the required forms BEFORE EVEN SHOWING UP TO THE CLINIC. 0 stars.

Worst place ever, waited forever, the Dr I saw was rude, berating me for coming back as the initial dr had instructed me to do, she was rude, unprofessional, had no idea what she was doing , dont goThere, xray technician was the only person that was professional, and very helpful

Pre-employment drug screen. After I saw all the bad reviews I was extremely sceptical, however after my experience today I am happy to say everything went as smoothly as possible. The staff was friendly, polite, and patient. The procedure was laxed and easy, no hassle. I was in and out. The only wait time I had was do to patients ahead of me not having the proper paperwork for check in, a problem which the staff handled professionally and courteously. Give em a try.

Went for a drug screen and I peed in a cup and for some reason I was told it was to hot and I was asked to do it over so I was rescheduled another appointment and I asked for my time and date to be written on paper and I was disrespected saying what you cant remember the time and date . But they couldnt find a piece of paper to do that for me what a joke ,very disappointed

Would give them 0 stars. Showed up for a drug test with 0 other patients ahead of me, waited an hour to even have my name called on top of being called in later than others who came here after me. By far the worst place to go for any type of pre-hire screening. Made me late for other doctors appointments scheduled hours ahead of time.

Horrible customer service. I came here to get a new DOT medical card. When I arrived it was very slow. Maybe 2 people in the waiting room. It took an hour and a half to get my physical. DOT cards are almost always good for 2 years. Unless of course you find a clinic like this one who looks for any reason to give you a 3 month certificate. Which means because I take headache medicine once a month, I have to go back and take the physical again. Profits come first.This was the first time I ever got less than a year DOT card in over 30 years.

Receptionist is rude to everyone here and very unprofessional. The doctors have no medical knowledge and too many people are left waiting for absolutely no reason. I suggest reporting this place and the staff to the New York State Board of professions.

My friend took their son there and after waiting an hour the doctor saw him and told me he didnt know because he doesnt do pediatrics and to go to the pediatrician! It would have been nice to know before they were seen! I have been there as an adult patient and had good care, but they should advertise that they DO NOT do pediatrics!!

Was there today Thursday 7-30-20 around 10:30 am never took my temperature or asked me any COVID related questions while waiting 3 more people came in just called them to desk no temperatures taken. Finished my physical was waiting for my paperwork 2 more people entered no temperatures taken. When I got my paperwork I said to the receptionist this is the first medical facility I have been to that has not taken temperature and asked covin questions, she replied oh do you want me to take your temperature.?????????

It’s like they take pride in being rude and inaccurate about your health. The check-in clerk had my history of vaccinations off my a whole year. Timing is important for vaccinations and they should have better records

Nothing! Waited 1hour and a half for drug screen and physical! And only one staff member was friendly and welcoming! Hope to never have to experience that again. Sad part it wasnt even for me was doing my significant other a favor!

I had to go in for a pre employment drug test and was told would be about an hour wait. After an hour and a half they tell me 2 more hours. There was nobody in the waiting room so what takes so long? These people have no idea how to handle the simplest of tasks.

This place is extremely unprofessional with extremely rude workers at patient registration. In order to get your attention they say come on or wave at you. Had to come back here THREE separate times for a work related concern because everyone was on different pages regarding whether or not you needed an appointment. Would recommend NO ONE come here and waste their time. This is the exact reason why people with non life threatening emergencies come to emergency rooms for left pink toe pain and physical exams.

Don’t come unless you want to wait an hour after checking in and watch people that came after you go ahead of you. When you finally say something they say “oh you have an appointment? okay your next“. No apology and still call people that came after you. Meanwhile there are four people sitting behind the desk with two on their phone. Heard the clerk say on the phone “it’s been slow today so it shouldn’t be long”. This place is a joke.

Waited 45 minutes when I was one of 3 patients

First time ever giving a bad review. Office staff was fine. Having White Coat Syndrome and panic attacks, nurse and doctor refused to believe me that was this was the reason my blood pressure was so high and would not recheck it. Refused to treat me and both were very condesending. Please listen to your patients, we are not all seeking opiates for pain.Should have read the reviews. There has to be better quality of health care professionals . Bp was normal when I took it at home.

The staff at the counter lady with glasses and short hair was really rude... waited over an hour for drug test... couldnt hold urine anymore and had to end up using the restroom before I could take an exam forcing me to down a bunch more water causing pain... upon entering the restroom I was greeted with fecal matter everywhere!!! My wife went last night and said it was awful. I woke up this morning with flu like symptoms. For an urgent care there is 0 urgency. The nurses and doctors lack care and professionalism. I was told I might have the flu there is nothing they can do and to ride it out. I hade to insist they give me something and finally got a prescription for tamiflu. The doctor was more concerned with giving me a note for work. Im here to get better. Im not some high school kid looking to ditch school. STAY AWAY!

Awful. They forced me to wait for over two and half hours due to their incompetence. They lost the package that was delivered to them, and when I called the company that delivered it, they told me, righteously, Oh, this is on YOUR company.My company told me it was delivered successfully. I came back to the secretary, and she gave me a disgusted look. She agreed to look again, and 50 minutes later ( FIFTY ), she said, Oh, sir. We found it.The doctor was clueless, leaving my paperwork out, failing to sign it.Im baffled by this company. Incompetence. NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.Got there at 4:25 for a 4:30 appointment, left at 7:05.

They are very unprofessional. I came for a drug screen witch should take no more than 15 minutes. I waited for two hrs. They claim they go first come first serve yet I had two people go before me who had checked in 30 min after me!! This is a horrible experience. I live way to far to leave and come back. Very unprofessional. If I dont have to come here for work. I would NEVER RETURN. TERRIBLE.

Arrived 15min prior to my pre employment appointment. Checked in, no problem. Brought me back promptly and did the vision, hearing, drug screen and blood pressure portion of the assessment. Still going well. Placed in a room told Dr would be in soon. 40 minutes later I stuck my head out the door and let someone know I was still there and I was worried I had been forgotten. The young man was pleasant, took my name and said he would look into it. 30sec later the PA came in she clearly forgot me. I jokingly said oh, you forgot me. She said no I just had to read your paperwork first. The exam last 3 min. She could have just apologized, instead of making excuses. She sends me back to the waiting room to wait to be checked out. As I sit there the checkout girl is to busy watching The View on tv to get anything done when she does take a break from tv watching it was to flirt with the mailman. Unbelievable, I spent a total of 10min being assessed here and over 2 hours waiting. There is a serious productivity issue here . I would not send anyone here.

The wait in the waiting room wasnt bad; I was the first person in line however. Being the first person in line, I was promptly ignored by the staff behind the counter. While being processed, the staff member that was helping me, proceeded to take a maintenance call for a printer behind the desk, thus ignoring me. She handed me some paperwork to fill out, with no clipboard, when I prompted her for my license back she got upset; however she had already scanned it and no longer needed it. I was not going to leave it at her desk... Meanwhile the second receptionist rolled her eyes and mumbled (cursing) when another customer walked in. As I found out later in my visit, the paperwork I was given was actually wrong (I knew this as it was adminstrative paperwork, but its what I was given).The redeeming quality of this place is the staff in the back they seem to be very friendly and helpful (they already know that their is a problem up front). They acquired the correct paperwork for me and had me in and out relatively quickly.Even though the staff in back are professional, the equipment and staff up front are not. I would highly recommend to you and your employer to go elsewhere; perhaps Access Health in Latham.

This place is the absolute worst if you have the misfortune of being sent here by an employer you can kiss the majority of your day goodbye. They move at a rate of about 35 min per patient seen - so you do the math. Thats after youve already waited 45 minutes to register. This is a review of my 3 combined visits which I had no choice but to use this godawful facility. I would suggest bringing a spare battery for your cell phone, a book, a cooler with lunch and probably should include a snack as well and something to drink. They dont permit you to the leave the building once youve signed in so consider having pizza or chinese delivered to the building if you dont pack a lunch. They seem to have plenty of staff but they are usually busy either talking about food or just eating it in front of you while you wait to be registered. There is a light skinned black guy who works behind the counter who is an enormous prick. Youll know exactly who I mean when you get there. I think he only works weekdays.

Long wait in waiting room, receptionist rude, all they kept talking about is food and dating. Doctor was obnoxious, ill mannered and uninformed. Refused to examine me after hearing I went to ER the previous night. Got mad at me because my employer sent me home not there. AVOID getting Dr. Sara Breault as a doctor. You could die in front of her and she would get mad at you for wasting her time.

Omg this place is the freaking worst. I had to wait a hour and a half before i was seen. Some of the Receptionists are soooo rude. Staff dont communicate with the right information. Patients are falsely being charged for services that wasnt even provided but somehow still pass the physical for dot. The physical is like stand on your toes and walk in your heels and your clear. WTH! CRIMINALS! Im definatley letting my job know not to send anymore employees here. This place needs to be investigated and shut down. Did I mention how rude they are. Google should fix the rating system because this place dont deserve any stars.

As a medical professional I will say that this is one of the worst facilities I have ever observed. Their wait times are unreasonable, and the level of unprofessionism and lack of general knowledge demonstrated by their staff is truly scary.

I went to this location for a pre employment physical. First of all, I arrived at 8am receptionist was hardly responsive and said maybe 3 words to me. I waited in the waiting room for 1 hour before being called in to a room. I got my drug test right away and was put in a room. I was in that room for 2.5 hours before being seen. When I was seen I got my PPD, waited 45 minutes to see someone again which gave me my physical. They told me to come back 2 days later and the PPD reading would be 5 minutes max. So I did and I was turned away because it was too early, you need to wait 3.5 hours until I can check it (understandable), so I went to the nearest mall for 3.5 hours. I came back, they sat me in the waiting room for 40 minutes, I nicely asked the woman at the front desk if there was any way one of the nurses could check it, she said Ill let them know that you are here... I sat back down where I could blatantly see her the entire time and she sat there and clearly never said a word to a nurse to let them know that I was there.. Another 30 minutes go by, so I went back to her and said Maam, I dont mean to be impatient, but I have been here for quite a while. Is there any way I could get this PPD looked at? She makes no eye contact with me, slams her paperwork on the counter, turns around and yells does anyone know where this girls chart is? Shes obviously in a hurry and needs to be checked now, the waiting room goes silent and almost everyone there stares at me.. She stomps down the hall while muttering under her breath, gets a nurse, comes back out throws (not places, THROWS) papers in the garbage, rolls her eyes and slams herself down on her office spinny chair, and goes right back to her computer like nothing happened.... Talk about absolutely mortified. Wow, most unprofessional encounter I have ever had, and I have worked with some pretty unprofessional people...

I visited this place twice in May and July 2016. I paid the copay at the visit. Now in April 2017, they bill me the copay again, after nearly a year. Avoid this place if you do not want to double pay your copay

2/17 Worst occupational clinic ever, 2 hours waiting with an appointment for respirator fit.12/19 Why do companies keep using this people?, audiogram done machine busted had to knock on door to respond to beeps, doctor says my hearing dramatically lost.

They once had me wait 20 minutes in the waiting room while having an asthma attack. Some of the Dr.’s are ok, some are an absolute joke. You would have a hard time believing that they are one when you finally get treated by someone who knows what they’re talking about.

I’ve been here several times over the years, different times of the day & they never ever ever have more than 3 doctors on staff at any given time. Meaning every time you come in, no matter what for, your appointment is going to take longer than they say it is. Whatever time they say it will take; triple it.

Long wait times and the front desk is not polite at all. Kept on lying about wait times and not being professional. Hope they get it together soon, wasn’t pleased with my first visit.
