I injured my knee on New Year’s Eve afternoon last year and Dr Lawrence saw me right away. I had x-rays done and was fitted for a knee brace and given medication for the inflammation. I wasn’t made to feel like I was inconveniencing anyone during these extended holiday hours. I apologized for taking their time on a holiday and they reassured me that they were there to help me and I was not a bother to any of them. I would definitely use Ortho Now in the future for orthopedic emergencies.

I called Ortho Now On 7-31-2019I explained to the young lady that answered the phone, that I needed to come in and be seen four a tennis elbow. I told her that I would be self-pay,It went from a very pleasant conversation to very disappointing one, When I told her I was self Pay..She stated that I would not be seen by anyone untilI payed all Up Front.. Not even a Nurse...What A Let Down..These folks are all about the insurance companiesWhat they can extract from them. I was able to get a hold of another Company that would see me.And Wala they saw me for my TEGave me the shot, gave me the shot,, I paid the $218And one day later I am feeling perfectly fine.Thank You Ortho-Now.I was able to find a company that cared for The patient, instead of folks like you, the almighty dollarDenver Carter

Just called and this is no urgent care facility. Because of my insurance I have to have a referral then they will review my referral and make an appointment... why would I go to them if I have to do the same thing with better drs that dont work off of what they can get and work to help the patient...
