If I could give a negative rating I would. Over a year trying to schedule a routine screening, and still waiting. Customer service, basic mental capacity and professionalism not required to work there. Beware of what may be written in your file - mine was not factual, but merely a skewed version of two video consults, creatively written seemingly to justify additional billing to my insurance, most of which ultimately fell to my responsibility. Automated system does not offer an option for schedule an appointment!

Horrific customer service and unwillingness to even make a recommendation. My husband is a seriously ill Vietnam vet who needs a consult for a procedure ASAP. We are out of Alaska and the office offered no hep , defending themselves by saying they are a “private” office. They said no appointment was available until end of Julyand without a referral it was questionable even then! Why? Don’t bother calling for help here, they must not adhere to “do no harm”!

Horrible and rude receptionist. They need to either better train their staff and update their policies... or learn to hire better people.

No 5-star review here. Was prescribed Zantac, by PA- we know what that gets you- stomach cancer. He looked like hed been eating powdered donuts his lips were so chapped! MVG charged for an office visit that was referred by my FNP, as I was new to MODA and unable to get a PCP (not their fault- but of no help). They were unwilling to give a better cash discount, in light of my situation of no coverage. Thankfully able to make payments, but no colonoscopy. Bad experience, wont go back!
