I have received hydra facials at spa one and several procedures from Dr.Gannon. I cant stress enough about how wonderful & professional the Spa one girls are and the Plastic surgeon...they all treat me like a human being, not just another patient to put in their books...they really care and put in the effort, and that means something to me! I wouldnt go anywhere else! I would give a 10 star if I could.

If you are a person of darker complexion looking to get laser done here, don’t sadly I had to be turned away because they aren’t up to date with their laser technology and can’t work with darker complexions . It was nice of the woman who was doing to you be honest with me about the risks, she was great! but they do need to update if they want to expand to a more diverse customer base :/

Place doesnt have good eyelash extensions, mine all fell off within 5 days. not worth 150$ at all..... application was the issue not the look of them. but even then they werent that good looking

My experience at Spa One was terrible . The out come of the procedure I had done is sub par. As it turns out, the person that did the procedure clearly doesn’t have the experience that I was told she had.

I go to Christine at spa one. Shes amazing at what she does. My skin looks so good right now.

This spa is hands down one of the best places you can go in New York State. The results are amazing and the aestheticians are super knowledgeable and honest about what treatment you need. I’ve been seeing Nicole Munn for my facials and she’s turned my skin completely around. I used to have acne scars, acne and fine lines but from vivace, dermaplaning and hydra facials mixed in, I now have the best skin I’ve ever had at 30 yrs old.

Spa One is such an amazing place! They offer so many different services and will cater to all of your needs, from Laser Hair Removal to Spray Tans and even Eyelash Extensions! This place is your one stop shop for everything you need to feel great! I love it there and will keep recommending to my friends and family! :)

Amanda is the best!! She applied a full set of extreme lashes for me and I absolutely loved them!!! I have never seen eyelash extensions look so full and natural plus she applied them very quickly other places in NY took over three hours to do what she accomplished in half the time. I will definitely be going back to try more services and keep up on my lash needs!!!

Marika is accomplished in a variety of techniques, and through observation and interview, always makes an awesome recommendation that sends me home glowing. My most recent visit was on Tuesday and I feel that my skin has been renewed. I am in my 50s and consider Spa One and Marika indispensable.

I’m here at least once a week, such a beautifully designed layout, and the staff are so welcoming and helpful. Vanessa is by far, the best makeup artist in the capital region, she uses Jane Iredale mineral makeup and it does not irritate my skin and goes on very smoothly. She also applies eyelashes so perfectly. Many claim to be lash experts, but she and actually took the necessary training to become certified through “Xtreme Lashes”, she takes her time and is very thorough. Vanessa also does spray tanning, and not the type that makes you orange, it’s organic based which allows for a natural glow without the associated health risks.Christine does amazing facials and waxing. She has started me on a facial and chemical peel regime to really help with my blackheads and oiliness. My skin has improved tremendously, and I love the products she recommends. She also does all types of waxing and the outcome is always amazing.SpaOne is an absolutely beautiful and very tranquil place, nothing like your other spas. Both Vanessa and Christine are highly talented in their work, and I cannot recommend them enough!
