I got the enzyme brightening facial with the jelly mask. I really enjoyed this facial and afterwards my face felt very clean. I was seen by Billie. She was very nice and provided me with good care tips. The place was relaxing and I was so comfortable I started to dose off a couple of times. Overall I was satisfied. I did have to wait about 15-20 minutes after my appointed time but because I was in no rush it wasnt a big deal. Though if you are on a tight schedule this is something to consider.

It was my first time at this SPA and Chelsea was so nice as well as welcoming..we were talking about different ideas and ordinary things that I almost forgot how nervous I was.. Would highly recommend… Oh and I’m not going anywhere else for my Brazilian wax!!!

Everyone was so welcoming and knowledgeable. I certainly appreciate how comfortable Rachel makes me feel. Tiffany and Rachel are both great at what they do, but they are even better at making you feel relaxed during the process. I also appreciate the speedy service. Ive never waited longer than 10 maybe 15 minutes before I was called back. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a warm and relaxing atmosphere with professionals.

I was greeted warmly upon arrival and departure with the same energy given. Chelsea preformed my waxing service and she was amazing! A true pro of her craft! She was warm and friendly, skillful, and very knowledgeable; providing me with helpful tips for aftercare and skincare in general. It is impossible for the process to not be painful, but I must say she was able to make it quite bearable. I was beyond pleased with the results.

My first Brazilian wax ever and she made it flawless. Talked me through all the steps, answered my questions with ease, and catered to all my needs and concerns, even gave me tips on aftercare. Everything done in a neat and timely manner.

Beth was excellent. She was communicative and friendly as well as very professional. She gave a great massage. I came in with a knot in my right shoulder and she worked it out. I expected to be a little sore afterwards, like the next day, but I wasnt. I felt so relaxed and had good range of movement afterwards.

The massage with Kimberly was great. I have no complaints about her technique or service at all. I was disappointed afterwards with the checkout process. I specifically told the young lady that scheduled my massage appointment that I had a gift certificate that Id like to redeem. I purchased the certificate from a Spa Website that indicated this office was a participant. Once I got to check out the receptionist notified me that I had to pay because she didnt know how to redeem the gift card. That their system wouldnt allow her to do it but shed look into it later and find out for next time. I was obviously not satisfied with that answer. But I paid and left. Didnt feel like making an uproar.

Ever since middle school I over plucked my eyebrows and for years I struggled with it. I had to draw my eyebrows on everyday and was always asked what happened to my brows. I let them finally grow back but they were never the same. My brows grew in sparse. I tried many things over the counter and natural remedies. Nothing worked. I searched options and found out about microblading. I searched for local places and found Simply You Med Spa. I’ve been there once before and liked how clean the atmosphere was. I set up an appointment and met Kristen West. She was professional and answered all my questions and I was so excited to move forward. My life has completely turned around. I spend less time with my makeup and enjoy more freedom. I am forever greatful for Kristen. I have my self confidence back and enjoying life to its fullest.
