This office is the worst!No Staff!The Providers Are always canceling!I’ve had 3 appointments since JanuaryFirst 2 they re-scheduled at last minute reason was doctor was needed at main hospital? Really!Last time my appointment was at 9:00 amThey said it was 8:45 amI showed them the paper with the appointment it said 9:00 amShe then said we have to re-scheduleSoonest appointment middle of December !!So it will be almost a year since my last appointment!If it’s that bad with staffI think it’s time to merge offices in sph !!!
Dr. Bashant and this entire office of nurses, physicians assistants and receptionists are top-notch. I can get in to see someone very promptly and my care is thorough. This medical office respects patients and Im really glad to be using it to take care of my health.
