I had my first visit here with mixed opinions. The physicians and administrative staffs were great and friendly. However, the phlebotomist was NOT and horrible. She stuck me with the needle and bruised my arm badly. The pictures that are included in this review speak for itself. NEVER go here for your blood drawn!!!!!

The front office is very poorly run. All the front end people facing the entrance completely ignored me when I came in. I stood there for almost 5 minutes before I finally asked where do I check in? Then had to go to a back row of staff with their backs to the entrance to check in. Lab staff was rude and I had to wait an hour for them to come back from lunch to drop off a specimen and even then they said I had to take a number before they would take it. So far all the physicians or should I say residents have been good.

Have been going there for 6 months now, no issues with appointments, getting prescription refills, or with labs, which they have on site. Everyone has been friendly to me, from the front desk, the nurses, and doctors/PAs. Very confident with them.
