I only give three starts because P.A. Richard Clark is a nice guy. That aside, I have NEVER been able to see the actual M.D., Michael Gardner, in the office when Ive had a problem arise. Not once. Ive always been told I have to wait weeks to see him. I dont mind seeing the P.A. for occasional things, but he doesnt have the M.D. behind his name. The level of care just isnt the same. The diagnosing capabilities arent the same. The NP, C. Adhikari, has misdiagnosed me twice costing me a lot of money in unnecessary tests and lab work. The office staff is abysmal. They take forever to get a hold of, often hang up on me while Im on hold, and are pretty rude and arrogant. The nurses never seem to have a clue whats going on and are ill-prepared to answer any questions when they call you with test results.

Today was my first time seeing Dr Gardner .He has a terrific sense of humor, and seems to be very real... My previous doctor was too laid back, and almost robotic.. Dr Gardner took the time to listen to my concerns, and I did not feel rushed, as sometimes doctors can be in a hurry. I can tell he is a very intelligent man, and I look forward to his insight and treatment, going forward.

As for me my Doctor M Gardner is the very best dr I ever came across, he is over all caring about the whole patient, he remembers little details, he is caring and concern. I feel comfortable and confident trusting him with my health care. The office staff needs to step it up a notch with their waiting time on the phone. Happy with my health care.

Dr Michael Gardner has been my Doctor for 33 years. He has lived my life with me with healthcare . He is 5 star phenomenal physician and person. I will see no other, I moved out of Capital district and I will still drive an hour and half one way to see him! Love Dr. Michael Gardner he is the BEST!!!!

Richard Clarke is my PA in this office. He is one of the finest medical providers that I have ever been to. He has compassion and he takes his time with me. The only complaint I have is that there seems to be a lack of adequate staff at the front desk. It takes forever to get somebody on the phone, and most times they put me on hold for a ridiculous amount of time.But that is a small complaint compared to most. I am very happy with the service that Richard gives me.

Dr. Garnder is an incredible Doc. He remebers personal things about me each time that I go and I only go every year. I travel 30 minutes to go there. He is very gifted at putting dots together to get the right diagnosis the first time. I cant say enough wonderful things about him.

Rude,incompetent, and unprofessional front office. Hard to believe in 2018 a medical office unable to accept electronic medical records. Dr. Gardner may be a good doctor, but his staff is poorly trained. Will be seeing another Doctor for my care.
