Simply the best experience I had in a doctors office from beginning to end. He looked at it, took x-rays in the office, and took care of the pain in the knee and was referred to the Bone and Joint Center by another patient, and glad I went. Other Orthopedic offices need to take notice how they do things here! Excellent!

The staff was very congenial and professional. I had very little wait time. After talking to Dr. Schneider, my fear of not having the best possible outcome for my injured knee was completely alleviated.

Very pleased with experience. Staff was very courteous. The entire visit took less than 1.5 hours including xrays. Dr. Schneider was very informative and answered my questions thoroughly. He explained my condition in terms I could understand. I would recommend the practice to anyone.

From the check in process, waiting room, examination room, X-ray, Dr. Schneider’s exam and explaining my knee injury, was a 5 star experience. Dr. Schneider gave my knee a cortisone injection and it wasn’t as unpleasant as I had expected (as he did say, he was the best at it 😆😆😆). Everyone I dealt with was wonderful.

This was my first visit to this orthopedic office. I had broken my foot and I had an appointment with Dr. Schneider.The staff was wonderful. All the ladies I had any interaction with were very nice and helpful too!I love the Dr!!! He was very warm and I felt comfortable with him. This is very important to me. Answering any questions I may have had.As a matter of fact, I am having all of my records sent to their office, as they are now my new orthopedics!!!

I was referred to Dr. Schneider for a break in my right hand according to x-ray from my provider. His expert opinion was that the pain & swelling was from gout. I do suffer from gout in my foot periodically; but never in my hand. I expressed doubt it was gout as I had injury & it felt much different than gout. I was told Im never wrong. That was almost 3 months ago & I still cant use my right hand and the gout swelling still exists. It seems once an expert writes his opinion, no other Doctors find urgency in your care. I would never return to this Dr..

An incredible, very smart, very caring doctor. listened to everything i had to say, took his time with me and was able to diagnose my issue with my knee within minutes. he was the fourth doctor i saw about my knee and was the only one who could tell me what was wrong. i hope i dont have another issue like this again but if i do he is the first doctor i will see.
