This was my first encounter with this walk in medical facility. I found it to be an exceptional experience. Every individual I encountered was very personable and professional. I was given an evaluation, had x-rays and then met with the doctor and received additional treatment. All of this was done efficiently and in a timely manner.I can’t speak highly enough about this facility and in particular Dr. Lozman.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and genuine compassion. The wait was shorter than expected. When brought to the exam room I was informed that the doctor would be in soon. Soon was less than 15 minutes. Dr Lozman came in and greeted me with a warm smile. He had taken the time to familiarize himself with my case and asked how I felt. He made eye contact and really listened to what I had to say. He included me in the proposed plan to help improve my quality of life, with a plan B in case there was no improvement. He also provided a card with his go-to-girls name along with her personal number in the event I felt treatments were not working. I left there feeling hopeful and encouraged😊 Not a fan of ANY doctors however this was a positive experience👍🏻

Dr. Lozman made the situation fun and simple. He has a great personality. Will look him up again when i have my knee replacement.

Dr Lozman made me feel at ease right from the start. I was impressed with his knowledge and his interaction with the staff. I watched the entire office work in unison through my entire visit. Im glad I chose this office for my treatment

From pulling into the garage for easy parking to checking in to seeing Dr. Lozman, getting X-rays, then back for consultation, to cortisone shot in the knee and check out. Every step of the way was choreographed for ultimate patient care and efficiency. So fortunate to have such great care!!!

I could not have had a better experience. Dr. Lozman and all the staff exceeded my expectations. He really took the time to talk to me, explain things, and treated me with kindness and concern. I have had prior negative experiences with doctors, so I greatly appreciate the difference an excellent doctor makes. Thank you Dr. Lozman!

Dr Lozman saw me very quickly and explained what my issue was so I could understand. I highly recommend him and the B&J center urgent care.

Dr. Lozman takes the time to listen and extract the symptoms your experiencing from you in a conversational way. You do not feel like your being interrogated nor do you feel like you being placated. I have always felt better after seeing him.

Had a great experience at the bone and joint specialists ,i was in and out within an hour with x rays ,dr. lozman was very respectful and knowledgeable about my injury,the nurse was super nice and so was the receptionist,definitely give the whole crue 5 stars (:

Im sorry to see your post K because Dr Lozman is the BEST orthopedic surgeons in the area and one of the tops in the whole country. He travels the world getting familiar with new procedures and consults with other leaders in the field about them.

Dr. Lozman is an amazing doctor. The entire facility was efficient, friendly and thorough. I would highly recommend Dr. Lozman and his facility for orthopaedic and bone injuries. My husband was hurt on the job. If it wasnt for Dr. Lozmans care, the injuries would be lifelong. He is what every doctor should strive to be.

Running over an hour late with no explanation and then doesnt see a patient who has taken an entire day off from work? Worst doctor in the area.

Had a long wait (almost 3 hours) but worth it as Doctor Lozman took care of my immediate problem.
