Doctor Ben and all those working in the office were wonderful, kind and friendly. Very knowledgeable of what is to take place and information to give you. Keeping it real with what needs to take place. Great atmosphere no long waiting to be seen and if so doctor Ben came in and stated that he was running a little late but he would be with me shortly. Where do you find A doctor like him anymore?, Is far and removed. This is a place I would recommend to my family and friends.

I had my first appt with Dr Ben in the Clifton Park office. It has a very modern feel with a central registration area for all practices in the building. Everyone in the check in area was young, energetic, pleasant, and professional. I was called in quickly and the MA thoroughly reviewed my history and medications and was very pleasant as well, making small talk while taking care of tasks. Dr Ben was personable and not rushed, taking a full history, doing a thorough focused exam, and making recommendations based on my complaints. He scheduled me for a procedure I knew I needed and one he offered to me that I didnt even know was available but should help us get down to the bottom of things. He was kind, knowledgeable, thought outside the box, and made me feel like a person not just a name on an appointment slot.

I I have been a patient of Dr. Ben’s for more than 25 years. He is an amazing doctor, as well as kind, compassionate, and he takes his time & explains things. He truly cares about his patients. I have recommended him time & time again.

Dr Ben is extremely professional! He identified an issue, that I had been dealing with for seven weeks, with another practice, in my first visit. He booked me for an endoscopy a week after my first visit. He is personable and kind. Everyone in the practice is pleasant and efficient. I was very impressed with their protocols for preventing the spread of the corona virus. I highly recommend Dr Ben and this practice to anyone dealing with gastric issues.

Dr. Ben is hands down the best. He stands by his oath, goes out of his way for patients, and is very quick to respond to any and all questions and concerns.
