I have called and called them about an appointment . I talked to someone Two different times about my appointment and how I need to pay when I come to the dentist. Every time they would say let me find out and we will call you. No one will called me so I missed 2 of my appointment because I needed to make sure I had the funds before I went. when you call you can never get through or they put you on hold and never come back to the phone. I think this very unprofessional.

Dr Dawson is awesome. I have no insurance and at the present time unemployed. They saw me and treated me same day. I had no funds to get my 2 prescriptions. One of the employees called and paid for my medicine. She was heaven sent. May God bless this staff. Words cannot express my gratitude. Thank you all.

Dr. Dawson was kind and provided excellent care. Everyone in the office was also very kind and helpful.

I have had a broken and painful back tooth and a chipped front tooth since December 2019. I have been trying to get an appt. To pull back and repair front since then. They always set me an appt. 3 months out then send me a letter they have to reschedule because the dentist will not be in that day. I had appt for next month but received another letter so now cant be seen until April. Now my front tooth has completely broken off. They cancelled my husbands appts. Said they would call him with another and he has never had a call. We will now be going elsewhere.

The Dr. Is wonderful about explaining how she does her work on my teeth and I love that. She takes care of her patience. Lots of love!!! ✌️🌷🌷

Closed On Mondays My Wise Tooth Start Hurting That Saturday Night

Waiting months out for a painful tooth. Dentist skills are lacking and dangerous. Hygienist was overall ok.I dont recommend this place.

I called today (July 9th) for a cleaning and was told the earliest appointment would be October or I could come in as a walk in and it would be up to the dentist if she wants to see me or not. Who would do that and how does she decide who she sees? The girl that answered the phone sounded annoyed that she even had to talk to me. No thanks! I called another dentist and was able to get an appointment for next week.

If Dr.Edwards is there, get up and run! She has no idea what shes doing.

Dr. Edwards pulled my friend teeth and she pulled the wrong teeth and left metal stitching in her mouth for a month some one please take her license from her

Over the phone was told to come in as a walk in at 7:30 and when I show up on time the hygienist is not here. No one to examine teeth or even come up with a soloution to help. The receptionist acting unaware of hygienist behavior. Please do not waste your time. They are not helpful!

Very slow and GHETTO. Appt was at 11 and waited 1 1/2 before being seen.

DR. Jasmine Edwards is AWESOME . I had an extraction there was No pain at all.. Im forever a patient.

They take great care of you from the time you walk in to the time you leave.

Very unprofessional staff. Not welcoming at all. They left the phones on service so I was unable to reach an on call dentist over the weekend. Plenty of excuses no resolve. DO NOT go here.
