Rude the dentist. The receptionists rude. They hardly answer the phone. Just all around bed side manner stink with the dentist right down to the staff. Dr Fiman was not very gentle and very rough. Having my tooth pulled was the worst experience ever. I don’t recommend

I would rate Jenna Fiman with a 0 if I was able to. I went to her office three times this winter, once to get my teeth inspected and twice to get cavities filled. I had a lot of questions about the process and she was extremely rude and unprofessional and shut me down. The quotes that have stuck with me most are Im a dentist, I know what Im doing and you should ask a family member who has had cavities filled about how the process works both while I was getting cavities filled in her office. After my final visit with Dr. Fiman I had a lot of pain in two teeth she filled and wasnt able to eat without tears for a week only to be informed by a new dentist that food was entering inside of my tooth and I had to get those two cavities extracted and refilled again. I would advise anyone away from her office, especially if youre a person who has questions about their health and wants to be informed about their dental procedures.

I have a hard time finding a place that will take my insurance but I am so happy with Jenna! She is very knowledgeable. I got there early and was taken in right after I finished my paperwork. Very painless cleaning and professional staff!

I havent been to the dentist in 25 - 30 yrs.Like a lot of people I have dental fear.My experience couldnt have been better.The receptionist was stunning and couldnt have been nicer.Jenna and her dental asst.were also so friendly and professional. I wish I wasnt moving to Fl. for now I have to find a new dentist.

I’ve been going to Dr. Fiman’s office now for 3 years. I’ve got excellent teeth so, I really just go for cleanings and to get checked out, just in case. The dental hygienist is the best I’ve ever had. She’s easy to talk to, extremely friendly, and does a thorough cleaning without any pain whatsoever. She’s truly the reason why I go back. A lot of hygienist’s I’ve seen in the past were rough, made me bleed, and didn’t clean as well as I would’ve liked. Not the case here. I’m glad I found this office. Dr. Fiman also does a thorough job with her inspection after the cleaning. I’ve yet to have any real issues. I find the office and its employees to be professional, courteous, and they suit my needs extremely well.

I have had some really bad experiences with dentist offices in the past. My first visit to Dr. Jenna Fiman was the total opposite. It was the best dental office visit experience ever for me. Extremely friendly staff, totally nonjudgmental (huge for me since I had not been to the dentist in awhile), professional and knowledgeable. I recently had a follow up appointment which was just as great. Overall excellent customer experience. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience at Dr. Fimans dental office. Dr. Fiman made me feel comfortable when going to the dentist. Usually I would hate coming to the dentist but she reassured me everything would be okay and made my experience a great one. I will also be looking into bleaching for holidays, which they do offer for their patients!

Great service! My hygienist is always thorough and able to answer a lot of my questions and concerns. My dentist was great too and did the actual cleaning on my first visit. I have recommended Dr. Fiman to many friends and co-workers, and I will continue to do so.

She is a very good dentist and knows her stuff. The staff is very nice too. They take CSEA so I never pay out of pocket and they are very good at getting things approved before I come in. The office could use some simple modern touches as the rooms are a little dated as is the waiting area. I hope that she can do that to bring in more clients. It is clean and friendly and you always feel well cared for.

I had to get a tooth extracted and Dr. Fiman did a great job explaining things and checking on me throughout the procedure. Its been four days and the area seems to be healing nicely. She followed up with my after the procedure, as well. With her skills and patient care, I would definitely recommend her to someone.

Dentist is great and very patient, but unfortunately there is always a long wait time even when the appointment is scheduled.My latest appointment was scheduled at 9.30 am. I reached at dentist at around 9.20 but had to wait until 10 am for my 9.30 appointment. 40 minutes wait for 25 minutes appointment doesnt make any sense.This happened with my both visits. Not coming here third time.

Dr. Fiman is an excellent dentist! I called in today as a potential new patient because a crown that a dentist in Utah gave me fell out here in New York when I ate a fruit snack. Dr. Fiman gave me an appointment the same day just 5 hours after I called in and she was able to save my original crown and cement it back in for me. :) Thank you so much Dr. Fiman!

Dr. Fiman took me in as a new patient and quickly fixed a cracked tooth. She was quick and gentle and the filling was perfect the first time around, no adjustments needed. The staff was very nice too.

Dr. Fiman is the best dentist in Albany, shes so thorough, she is upfront, honest and does the most beautiful dentistry ever. Ive seen quite a few dentists, and she is simply the best, the whole office is wonderful, thank you for such a beautiful smile and healthy mouth....this is the office and dentist youll want to see !!!

For being a first time patient I did not feel welcomed at all! Called me in n was supposed to call in someone else . We had the same names .... apparently didn’t look at our last name.... Does not seem to knw what they are talking about ..(dental hygienist). Told her my tooth hurt and her response was “that was a root canal , it can’t hurt!” Ummm yes it could!!! And still does!!! Dentist came in and wasn’t too friendly, deff NOT going back !

I found Dr. Fiman to be quick, courteous and very easy to understand. She explained everything and made sure all my questions were answered. Her staff was also extremely helpful. Great dentist.

I cant say enough positive things about my experience with Dr. Fiman. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and when I left my teeth looked great! I live in Cohoes area so her location is very convenient. Her staff was extremely polite and made my experience one of the most positive experience Ive ever had at the dentist office.

Had to have two molars (adult) extracted 3 years after Dr Fiman botched fillings on both teeth. She should not be allowed to practice at all as a dentist and does very poor work for quick money. I recommend any dentist but her.

Rude and inpersonable. Never introduced herself. Cleaned and polished my teeth in less than fifteen minutes and never once asked why I was there, if I had any concerns or otherwise. Lacks professionalism in several regards.

The doctor was knowledgeable and helpful, but the old woman receptionist was absolutely rude, mean, and unsympathetic. I would recommend firing her for the way she treats patients.

Just few weeks ago, I broke a part of a crown off. I called the emergency line and got a call back within 30 minutes!! Anna was reassuring while I panicked a little about the poor timing. She said that if I was in pain, to call her back, and someone would meet me at the office. If not, I would have the first appointment after the holiday. Here I am, with a temporary crown, feeling good! Thank you, Dr. Fiman! I would never go to another dentist after the excellent service I received!

Not impressed. I came here as a new patient. I booked almost 3 weeks prior because of a cavity due to new medication. After a 30 minute wait, I was told my x-rays were needed from my prior dentist. Now I have to call them myself, and make a new appointment to get the cavity filled. When I asked why this wasnt brought to my attention 3 weeks ago, I was told thats just the way its done, youll be fine. It was the shortest appointment Ive ever had, maybe because of the X-ray, but if thats the case - why wouldnt they mention this over the phone?? Overall, wasnt happy with the experience, and will more than likely not be coming back.

When my beloved dentist retired, I tried several different well-known dentists in the city but was turned off by, on the one hand, completely impersonal offices with lots of new techniques that did not always work as promised, and, on the other hand, smaller offices that pressured me to begin extensive and unnecessary treatments.I am so happy to have discovered Dr. Fiman and her staff. I have been a patient for a couple of years now, and I have received top-notch dental services for both regular maintenance and an emergency cracked tooth. Dr. Fiman treats my teeth like I imagine she would treat a family members: she asks questions and makes small adjustments that keep my teeth in good shape and she explains what I can do to protect the significant investments Ive made in my teeth over the years like buying prescription toothpaste with fluoride. I trust her completely, and really appreciate her professional skills as well as her thoughtful approach to her work and my teeth.

Brought GF here twice, nothing but attitude from the two girls in the window. Jenna might be good, but the waiting room and the reception ladies is a major turnoff.

First visit, looking for a local dentist and in dire need due to a badly cracked tooth. Dr. Fiman made me feel like a long term customer and fixed all my dental woes. Wife and kid are now patients too.
