This was my very first visit, from the moment I walked in everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The environment is very relaxed and comfortable. Dr. Mann and his assistants are the best! Today was my first dental appointment in years. I had so much plaque buildup and discoloration that I had trained myself to smile and talk a certain way because I was so embarrassed. Dr Mann, Torey, the dental assistant and staff are amazing, courteous, accommodating, very detailed and informative!!! They literally took 10 years off my smile on my first visit. Not once did I find myself waiting or wondering. Other than wondering if they noticed my tears of joy when Torey handed me a mirror. They deserve more than a Google review for their hard work. Im so thankful for Mann Dental for helping to restore my smile and confidence. 😁

The best experience at the dentist by far!! Everyone was very pleasant and made my anxiety about being there go away! It’s a beautiful facility; bright, clean, and smells so good! It sounds unheard of, but I’m excited about my root canal and crown replacement to get my beautiful smile back. That’s just how pleasant they made me feel! And I, like everyone, hate pain! They were very informative and comforting!! Handed me the remote and I hummed all the music they played! Go to them!

First, everyone is friendly and PROFESSIONAL. You dont hear them talking negatively about their jobs, peers, or patients. Dr. Brian Mann filled three deep cavities, and despite all the instruments/appliances used, my gums are not sore!!!. This is because he is talented, and he listens. When you tell him something hurts, he does not brush you off.

I went in to get a wisdom tooth pulled. A worker was asked to clean my teeth and put holes in my teeth with a broken drill. Now I have to get work done from a better dentist dont waste your time and money here. U wish I never went to Mann dental care.

I received impeccable customer service from Kristy Snead, she was so helpful, warm and welcoming...definitely a great asset to the company. My dad and myself were very pleased.

Erica is extremely rude and unprofessional. Ive attempted to contact her on multiple occasions and have always been told that she isnt there or she will call back because shes busy with me customer. The ONE time she finally did call back, she had an attitude and was trying to rush me off of the phone. She said she would call back in 2 days. Well, its been 2 weeks and still nothing. My issue is still not resolved and its been 3 months now. They really need to get someone with better customer service skills doing her position, because its apparent that she doesnt want it. Ive tried my best not to make a trip to the office to conduct business, especially during covid, when this matter can be cleared with a simple phone call and fax to the insurance company. But it seems this is what its coming to.

I had an appointment at 3 and left at exactly 4! Brian Mann did my extraction and he did it so quick, effortlessly and effectively. The nurses are very nice and helped me thru the extraction! They are worth the money! Please visit them!

I do NOT trust. Sadly the Dentist is great but the ladies handling your bill WILL over charge you AND wont respond to repeated calls. Im so disappointed. Charged me $109 for a water pic only $59. Called 4 times...nothing.

I love coming to this dentist office. The office is very clean and has a great atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly. I went in for my cleaning and it was done by Ms. Mesha and Ms. Lesa. They made me very comfortable. They were very knowledgeable and talked to me through the process.

Definitely won’t be coming back . stole money from me and “ claimed “ it was holding on my card as they do at gas stations . when they bluntly swiped my card twice . one 693 and one 342 ! the 693 was suppsed to be taken but they was not supposed to swipe an additional 300+ ! they were aware !! and told me my money would be back the next day ! called the next day and now they don’t see the transaction anymore but ME & my bank does ! they never game me my money back but a dispute and police report was filed !

This is the nicest dental facility I have ever seen. Not that I am a big Price is Right fan but when I arrived, the Price is Right was showing on the television in the lobby. When I was called to the dental chair, it was also playing on the television at the dental chair, in what appeared to be high definition. Everything was state of the art. Today I went in for my very first appointment as a new patient (Im relatively new to Albany), and I must say that my experience was AMAZING! I scheduled the appointment during the Christmas holidays, and from my first encounter over the phone, every person I spoke to was so pleasant and nice. Walking in, I was a bit nervous, but the office staff were extremely kind and welcoming. Listen, my dental hygienist, Lisa, was PHENOMENAL! She took great care of me during my visit, and shes so knowledgeable and accommodating. Please ask for her when you go in! Dr. Mann did an excellent job as well with thoroughly walking me through my exam and explaining treatment recommendations for my current oral health. He made things simple to understand as well as made me feel more comfortable about future treatment. I have truly found a great dental family & I highly recommend them!

Don’t know if It was just rust from weekend but the experience wasn’t too smooth. I usually don’t complain, because I know the health of my teeth are my responsibility, but I wasn’t happy with my first appointment at all. My review:Receptionist- was friendly at prompt with greeting me and getting me everything I needed for a first time patient enrollment.X-ray techs - they had a hard time getting the equipment to work properly and it took several attempts to get all my scans done. I don’t know if they still use radiation but I was “zapped” at least 20 times.Dentist - was polite and gave a thorough exam and took his time explaining everything to me and even showed me pictures of his findings on a monitor mounted to the chair. I needed shots to numb up my gums for a deep cleaning and his technique for giving shots was very painful. At one point I was “white-knuckling” the chair because it hurt so bad, felt like my face was on fire.Hygienist - was friendly and gave a thorough deep cleaning.Billing Process - my procedures were neatly displayed and explained to me on a monitor but the only thing I didn’t like was having to get back up out of the chair and walking back to reception to pay then back to the chair. Need a mobile charge system or either wait and let the customer pay later.Overall all the establishment was clean, reception area was nice but fumbling over the X-rays, getting marched back to the front to pay first, and the painful numbing shots have me second guessing a return visit.

First let me start off by saying I have never done a review after any service but I had to take the time out to do this one. My visit at Mann Dental Care was unbelievable. I never experienced such great customer service. When I first walked in the receptionist greeted me by my name and I had only been there once and this were before I signed in. My appointment was at 10:30 and at 10:35 I were call back and my process started then. Everyone was so courtesy and made me feel VERY welcome. One of the ladies came out into the waiting room and ask does anyone needs anything and she stated to me that they were getting my room ready and this were in about a couple of minutes after I arrived. Never seen that happen before in a waiting area. I would like to thank Dr. Mann and his staff for the wonderful visit and service I received. 5 star service for sure!!! From M. Hopkins

Staff was great and very welcoming. I actually wanted to stay there because of the good time we were having. The place is clean and inviting, and the technology they have available is top of the line. Everyone was knowledgeable and straight forward on how to keeping up oral health. From Reception to the Dentist everyone treats you with warmth and respect. At the tender age of 6 my son actually enjoys his trips to the dentist. They are always accommodating and it helps that he is a cool and calm kid.

I really enjoyed my visit to Mann Dental Care. The people were friendly and the service was great! Dr. Mann does exceptional work and I trust him with all my dental work. I also loved the TVs that were in every room and the new machine technology.

The staff upfront were so nice! However out of 3 dentist they are by far the most expensive. They wanted $11000 to cap four front teeth! Unheard of everyone else was $1600 or about $2000! These were the metal backing to! The other dentist price were porcelain! The eldest dentist did a root canal on same tooth opposite side about 4 years ago. Its cost was $200. The younger dentist cost 768 same tooth same issue same wear! I dont know if he was prejudice or did not want my business but Im very disappointed! Whatever the case God will see that it is made right in the end! Just a heads up unless you want to take out a loan big enough to buy a used car dont go!............ ..........Also the music was more club music while most of general population listens to that we do not! My 5 year old left singing get up on it get with me tonight by Beyonce ok song for bars not for dentist and virgin ears how alarming!!!!!!!!

First, the office was very clean! I was able to sign my daughter in utilizing a tablet. I love the use of individual technology being utilized by each patient so that you dont have to wait as long filling out forms. Too, my daughter loved the flat screen tv connected to the dental chairs! Last, the service was personable and professional! Oh, the t-shirt and goodie-bag was definitely an added bonus! My daughter cant wait to return!

I came in with a chip tooth. They took the time to fit me in as a walk in instead of scheduling me days out. Then they have the best advice when I thought my only option was to pull it. I ended up getting a root canal & crown in the next hour or more. I could not believe the technology they have available. I will never go anywhere else. I didnt even need pain meds.Love this place.

The Mann Dental Care provided services for my daughter who has Down syndrome. The care and friendly service was awesome..Every Dentist that I took my daughter to stated they had to refer her elsewhere.
