I walked into the Longleaf dental office this afternoon I was late for my appointment they excepted me anyway they spoke to me with respect and trying to see what they needed to do to help me. They took care of me right away and unnaturally I was comfortable with the procedure, and with the care I was receiving. I didn’t just feels comfortable I felt cared about. I have been to many dentist many times and it can sometimes be A very scary time. At this visit I knew that I was in good hands. Although when I first got there I was very upset they remain calm and assured me that I was in good hands. To each member of the staff I would like to say Thank You. This is what humanity should feel like. Although I was having a bad day when I left I felt better.My sincere thanks to you all.

Being new to Albany, I was looking for a dental practice that offered me the level of service I was used to in a much larger city in the PNW. Longleaf is that practice. In addition to their advanced technology they offer friendly, organized and very professional service.

Always feel comfortable at their office. Everyone is so nice and kind and always has a minute to speak to you. The Dentists take time to explain what you will be experiencing in your procedure. I’ve been going to that office since Dr McKemie owned it and I find they all have the same easy going manner he had. In my heart they are the only dentists I would use in Albany!

All of the excellent things I had heard about Longleaf Dental were experienced by me as a new patient last week. Dr. Singleton and all of his staff were very courteous and professional in resolving an unexpected dental issue. His assistant, Anna, was very knowledgeable and conscientious in her capacity. Overall all genuinely friendly and professional staff as well as skilled dental work. Dr. Singleton can make what may otherwise be a torturous dental visit into a pleasant experience which I think is to his personal credit as well as a collective credit to Longleaf’s team. There are very few Albany businesses I would frequent or recommend but this is one of those select few. I highly recommend them for your dental needs.

My visit with Longleaf Dental was very nice. Every employee was welcoming & very friendly. Dr. Singleton told me what to expect as he worked on my teeth keeping me from being so nervous. My Dentist retired and gave a referral to me to try Longleaf Dental. I have to say I was very worried about starting a new practice but it was wonderful. The minute you walk in you are greeted and made to feel welcome, not rushed and treated well. Its like I had been their patient for years. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Charles Clark was very nice and upfront about his recommendations for treatment. I am handicapped and never felt rushed. I was told to take as much time needed. I am one of those nightmare dental patients! My anxiety goes thru the roof everytime I go to the dentist whether it be for a cleaning or a crown. I was BEYOND PLEASED by the doctors and staff at Longleaf Dental who went out of their way to make me feel at ease during my latest appointment where I needed two root canals, a cracked tooth repair, and two temporary crowns. I was in their chair for over two hours and NEVER felt anxious. They made sure I was ok, and checked in with me often to reassure me that everything was going well. Im so happy I found them. I feel good knowing my children and myself are in their capable and caring hands.

Love going to Longleaf Dental,everyone is so pleasant. Charity cleans my teeth she is always very very good,she makes sure she gets everything checked. I have going to for many,many years started with Dr McKemie when I was 13 and here I am 65 and stilling going there,plus I drive 1 hour and 15 minutes to go there.
