I absolutely love Affordable dentures in Albany. Everyone there lets you know they care about you and any issues you are having. They are very familiar oriented and absolutely treat you like family. Especially Mary. Even if I am seeing another assistant there she always comes in to say hi checks on me and walks me out. They are a blessing. I would recommend them to anyone. You will be very pleased.

The worst place to get dentures, I wouldnt recommend anybody use Affordable Dentures in Albany. They are not very professional. They are rude. The dentist walks into the room and does not introduce herself. I got the premium set of dentures and they have not fit since the first day I got them. And I was told by several that I would always need to wear glue. Why? They were brand new. $1700 worth.. that never fit. Oh they can make them tighter for more money they said. But 2 years later dealing with loose dentures, I finally had the money for a relign on top dentures and after they kept my dentures Monday through Thursday, they still were too loose. I did finally get a refund for that amount but I should have gotten one for the whole amount of my dentures. My advice is to go to any other dentist and pay a little more money and get the best dentures. That will treat you like they care and are not rude like the ladies in AD in Albany are. They treat you like you bother them by even stepping foot in their office and dont bother with filing a complaint with State ADA, as I was told it is independently owned and they can pretty much do as they want to. If I could, Id go up there every day and warn new customers coming in for the first time... Hurry, run as fast as you can from this place!!

Difficult to deal with and will not answer the phone when you call corporate or local office. Was on hold 5 hrs cumulatively to get one set of dentures....

1star because I wasnt given an option for zero. I got a service in April 2019.... its January 2021 and after approximately 7-8 consecutive visits the final product is still not right🤦🏻‍♀️ I look like I paid to have horse teeth. Unimpressed is all I can say. I will not be back

To start they were nice but when I could afford the lowest price dentures they were all rude. My dentures to not fit they have never fit.I made several trips to the office to get them fitted. The last time June 3rd they told me come in they were going to make new dentures. When I arrived at their office they told me they could not do that. They took my dentures and messed them up. This time I had a very bad experience and will never again used them again my Dentures are still not right and I am very angry this is the third time that I’ve been back for repairs and I am very very very upset with them so I will not used them anymore will never go to them again in my lifetime.

I had to wait an hour finally seen at 4:00 for my 3:00 appointment. I dont like to wait that long.

My 88 yr old mom went here and they made her sit in her car, both times in 95+ degree temperatures. The “guard” at the door was rude. The lady that saw her for her appointments was nice. They have a nice large waiting room, but don’t want to clean the chairs after someone sits in them, and this is after all the restaurants have opened back up for dine in. Very sad, we wouldn’t leave our children or animals in the cars, but they expect the elderly to stay in cars.

Their service is always so friendly and they get you taken care of as fast as she can.

I love my new bottom denture, but I must say the receptionist was a bit rude. The rest of the office staff and the dentist were very kind and helpful. They were good at listening to my requests concerning what I wanted my denture to look and feel like.My denture fits very well and looks amazing.Every customer that goes to Affordable Dentures is a paying customer. The receptionist needs to be reminded of that and treat people accordingly. I was kind to her, regardless of her actions, but she needs to be kind in turn. I was not the only person she treated in this manner.I would still recommend Affordable Dentures in Albany to everyone. Their finished product is amazing and will leave you with a beautiful smile!!

The entire staff and Dentist were professional and kind. This is my first experience wearing dentures. They took the time to teach and answer my questions. I appreciate their knowledge and understanding which made me feel comfortable with this new experience. I must make sure that I include the receptionist along with the staff .

Although I understand that its still early in the transition period adapting to dentures, its been almost 4 months and I still cant eat more than 2 bites of ANYTHING before my lower plate comes loose and has to be removed.Ive complained since DAY 1 that the back of my upper plate strikes the lower plate and dislodges it because the plates dont come together evenly.Even after 2 soft liners have been put in, the problem remains unresolved.Right now, the LAST thing I would do to any friend of mine is recommend Affordable Dentures.

This was my first visit to affordable dentures and I will be returning in 2 weeks ! I’m sure they didn’t know me and I didn’t know them , but they treated me like family and my mouth is in a mess, but Dr. Beal told me what I needed and it wasn’t to pricey for me !! Love the Dentist. They make extractions almost painless. The only reason I gave them a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star is that I left on the day of my extractions ,with my temporary denture not fitted correctly . It was lunch time and I was the only patient left , so I feel I was rushed out. I had to wear an uncomfortable denture all weekend.

I went got a full set, they were offline with my teeth. The top teeth has a space from the teeth and the gum, also they have an indention on the sides (that food gets in them, as well on the teeth itsrlf they have uneven sized teeth. They have the spaces in the teeth where they didnt mold it correctly. Have a gap in the front teeth. I went back to germ fixed but the people didnt do nothing to the top teeth. The bottom teeth are unknown with my top, its a gap on either side.. They fixed one problem on bottom but made another ones. The bottom front teeth scratch my tongue, as I believe the teeth are too big or long for my mouth. One tooth is not completely formed. I used this company in the same city ten years ago, and didnt have any problem. But now its as if they dont use the same mold or dont care. I dont feel comfortable with these teeth. Having trouble eating with them. The quality is not as good as it was many tears ago. Im gonna deal with these because I did pay a lot but next set, Im not using affordable dentures. I live your from there and I cant continue wasting my time and day, and it not gonna fix the problem. Been there once since Ive got the dentures. Sorry nobody can tell them how they fit and work in office.

Dr Beal is amazing! She was extremely gentle in pulling my teeth. I didn’t even feel her numbing my mouth! The staff are very friendly and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Its definitely not like the TV commercial. The doctor is pleasant but the denture is inferior to others I have had and I paid for the premier teeth. Had to have them remade and they still arent what I thought I should have had. Can wear them about 2 days and out they come and Im back to my old ones. Would not refer anyone to go there.

Took forever, they had poor communication, and lied to my face about bottom teeth needing to come out! Felt like I was at a used car lot, pushing me to pay for things I didnt need!

I have never had a worst experience in my life, the dentures were horribly made and never fit. The staff was rude to the point that one of the females threatened me with violence. Thanks to their being less than honest about the package I purchased , I now have to buy new dentures and spend the holiday season without my top teeth. Now I know why my Dentist laughed when he saw the set they had made and said thats what I got for going cheaper. The staff are all racist need I say more.

I left the office a very dissatisfied patient. Wont refer anyone to the office. I sat over hour and half , finally got called back to do full mouth xray, called back again and was told the dentist wouldnt see me bz of some xray issues last time I was seem in the same office. I gave them poor rating bc I was turned away.

When I called the call center, they gave me my appointment time, was told that was only time for that day. The Albany, Ga had me do for a different time and no one told me. Didnt know it until the office called me to let me know they had an opening a few days sooner from a cancellation. Then when I went in for my appointment, waited about 2 hours in lobby.

Very inferior quality and do not fit my mouth. Cut my mouth all to pices. Call for a appointment and was told they had one on March the 9. Almost a month away. I call them back and told them I will be there in the morning and they could keep these cheap teeth and I wanted my money back. They now had a opening at 10:00 tomorrow. My mouth is so sore I cant wear the teeth.At this rate I will never be able to eat with this Dentures.

IN MY OPINION......Affordable Dentures is not as advertised on television. Several hours missed from work due to appointments and long waiting periods. One day he had an early morning appointment, they kept his dentures and told him to come back again in the afternoon (same day); had to return to work without his teeth, get off again to go back to the dentist office.....ridiculous!The first visit was $745 (new patient $25; x-ray $85; paid in advance for Economy lower partial $635). Weeks later they did 3 extractions..... $270; followed by several return appointments. The upper Economy partial will be $635 in addition to the cost for extractions.My complaint is not so much the prices we paid, but that the advertised prices in the 300 and 400 ranges were no where in the equation during the actual visit in the office. Plus so much time missed from work and losing income to keep the required return appointments.

If I could give Affordable Dentures of Albany, GA zero stars I would. My experience was through trying to help my mom obtain necessary dental treatment. My mother had a bridge on the front six teeth that broke due to exposure from chemotherapy used to treat her breast cancer. This incident resulted in her needing an upper denture. She is a widow and doesnt make much money. As her daughter, I wanted to help her with the costs of consultation and dentures. My mom works at a healthcare clinic as a nurse so she has few days off and wasnt able to schedule an appointment so I agreed to do it for her. I started looking up places that offer denture services and came upon Affordable Dentures. They appeared to have offices throughout the South so I figured they were a well established franchise and should offer good services. Well...I was wrong! First, I called to make my moms appt on a day she had off. We were able to secure an appt within 3 weeks for the initial consultation. On the day of the appt I called to give my card over the phone in order to settle the bill. The women told me it was against company policy to take payment over the phone and I had to be physically present in order to pay with my card. I was shocked because Ive never had a problem giving a merchant, doctors office, dentist, etc. my card over the phone for payment. I mean we were talking about a consultation fee of $110. It wasnt like it was some enormous amount I was trying to charge to a card over the phone. I explained that I lived in Florida and could not be present. However, they still refused my attempt to pay. I talked to my mom and told her I would transfer the money from my bank account to hers so just write a check so she could keep the appointment. I was trying my best to make this happen because my mom really needs to address this issue, its her only day off, and she drove 45 miles to the facility. My mom arrived at her appt and filled out the paperwork. She noticed a sign that advertised the various methods of payment. The sign stated they accepted certain types of checks so my mom wanted to make sure there wasnt going to be a problem. She inquired about their acceptance of checks. The lady responsible for accounting stated that they run checks through a machine for prior approval. My mom explained that I had called previously trying to pay but since they wouldnt accept payment over the phone I was going to transfer funds to her account and she would be writing a check. My mom stated the lady was very condescending and passive aggressive with her response. She told my mom it was against company policy to accept payment over the phone and she better call me to make sure the money was in the bank before she wrote the check. Due to the fact the women was behaving poorly and made my mom feel like she was some trashy person that wasnt going to pay her bill my mom walked out. The women followed my mom in the parking lot trying to get her to proceed further but the damage was done. My sister was present and advised the lady she wouldnt tolerate her being rude to my mom. The lady continued to behave in a unprofessional manner being passive aggressive arguing she wasnt being rude. Ultimately, my mom wasted her time, my time, my sisters time and still wasnt able to get the dental care she needed after waiting three weeks for the appointment. So, to salvage the situation for my mom I had to call another facility offering dentures who didnt have a problem taking payment from me over the phone. I did find one fairly quickly and got her needs addressed. Affordable Dentures shouldve been capable of this if they knew anything about customer service, how to employ professional staff, and that people from all walks of life deserve to be treated with respect. Shame on you Affordable Dentures!!! I hope you dont get away with treating other senior citizens in this manner but something tells me you do. It is obvious your focus is primarily money rather than the well-being of your patients.
