I have been a patient now for almost a year and have been extremely satisfied with the service provided, the cost and moreover, the attention and value they make me feel as a patient. This last appointment was my first cleaning and Haley was my technician. She was very informative, ensured that I was both comfortable and aware of everything that was happening, explained the numbers she was giving and helped me to understand what my risk was. Dr. Hardie came behind her and took the time to even put finishing touches on my teeth and made me feel valuable and appreciated as a customer. I thank them that I finally found a GREAT dentist who meets all my expectations

I did not have to wait when I got there. I got in right away and they were very efficient and pleasant to be around. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

As always my appointment went very well. The staff greets you by name upon entrance and immediately informs you of wait time. Facility is clean and Corvid prevention is practiced. Today’s visit was for a cleaning. There’s no rush to get to it because you’re greeted again and hygienist wants to know how are you?any problems? any questions before she starts? You’re informed of what to expect that visit so you’re made comfortable before cleaning began. On this visit I was informed on something to do at home to improve dental health and commended on improvements from 6 months previous takeaway.This staff knows their business!!!!

Dr Hardie and his staff have always been top notch when it comes to mine and my families dental care. Unlike many others I have seen, Dr Hardie puts forth the extra effort to actually get to know his patients and talks you through every step of what will be done and how it will affect you. Dr. Hardie and his staff are the best. They have gone above and beyond to help me with any of my Dental needs and also helped me with some of my insurance concerns. Dr. Hardie always has games and give aways to do in the waiting area which makes my visit a fun experience. The music is good and the location is great. I would trust Dr. Hardie with any of my Dental procedures, large or small. I had a tooth pulled and was so nervous going into the procedure, but I didnt feel a thing. I didnt even take any ibproffen or anything for pain afterwards. What was I even worried about?

Both were patient and gentle with me...Dr. Hardie and his staff are top notch and top of the line... They also gave me a beautiful yellow rose for Valentines day!! THAT ROSE LASTED NEARLY 2 WEEKS IN MY HOME!!! Each time I have left this office I have felt empowered to take my dental health seriously... I had a great experience at my last dental appointment. The hygienist, Kelsey, was very professional, pleasant and thorough. My wait time was less than a minute. As soon as I sat, Kelsey greeted me with a smile, called me back, took my temperature, shared the reading and led me to the examining room. Kelsey patiently answered my questions-she listened and promptly began my cleaning.

It was weird and awkward at first but I was so happy it got better. I still think one issue isn’t acknowledged but he’s not the first dentist, that hasn’t considered it a possibility.
